Small McDonald's, with really helpful and smiling staff. The only downside is that parking is a bit difficult, depending on the size of the car, but we didn't know the places, perhaps there are other places nearby..

Really pleasant staff even when you are not used to this type of restaurant. A lot of choice in the formulas is nice. Just one downside, I find it a bit expensive for the quantity... Even the sauces cost money!

Request double chisburger and I receive 2 chisburger, they no longer listen to people too bad and above all not friendly

The worst service at the drive-thru, on February 14 the employee who takes care of the orders does not understand the order and tells me "you have to know what you want", let's talk about the hamburger which was crushed like a pancake such that even the pickle had half fled, the drinks were poured haphazardly since the bag had absorbed everything, I just remember that it was at the drive-thru so for transport by car not great to have a carpet full of them

Poorly cleaned tables, dirty chairs (even for McDonald's), we had difficulty finding a place to eat. The fries were cold and not very good.

Sometimes the fries are cold or left too long under the warmer lamp. Otherwise, every time I pass, they run out of straw. They should stop serving in soft paper containers that are impossible to drink without getting everywhere. We ate there and the Big Mac was cold as was the Chesburger. Lamentable, almost no one in the restaurant and the dirty tables. Place to avoid, for the price the least you can do is be able to eat hot and on clean tables.

The other day the fries were so hard and cold that we had to throw them away. Yesterday, in a large order, the banana smoothie was missing, also the fruit compote in the Happy Meal, yet they were well invoiced and paid! And instead of McFlurry Daim, we received a McFlurry Ragusa, which we don’t like… Frankly, it’s very disappointing! I don't recommend it at all!

Super slippery floor, mentioned to staff who do nothing. And no disinfectant in the toilets, staff does nothing either. And the croissant coffee offer at 3.50 francs does not exist on the terminal and the staff is not even aware of it despite the posters posted.

Great progress has been made over the last five years on waiting times and order errors. I will give 5 stars when the tables and toilets are cleaned more frequently.

We ordered at the terminal on a weekday evening around 9:30 p.m. The service was not very fast which is a shame for a fast food place. For the rest R.A.S

For some time this McDonald's has been declining in the quality of service and delivery. I went to the drive-through so I didn't get insulted by the person taking the orders, very not patient, unpleasant with customers, he responded poorly and to top it off he managed to mess up the order (I understand that he there may be computer problems without problem but customers are not guessing.)

When we arrived, the music was much too loud for a restaurant for families, plus rap music which is not necessarily appreciated by everyone. When I asked nicely to turn down the volume a little they looked at me with wide eyes and it took a while before they decided to stop the music. In addition, we saw the employees giggling behind the counter while looking at us. A big lack of respect towards the people who pay their salary.

Nothing to say about the service in particular but having been an employee of this fast food restaurant many years ago, I am horrified by the state of the restaurant in terms of hygiene. It is almost impossible to find a clean table to eat on. Certainly they are before the services but during and after it is a horror. Table, bench, floor.

Order inside for takeout. No one in the preparation with huge false nails so hygiene is limited, plus she puts 1 part of our sandwiches on the counter while waiting for the rest, after 3 minutes I ask her to put them in a warm place, she turns around and says 'ignore. The rest of the order arrives, which she almost throws at me. I check in the car and 9 nuggets are missing, I go back and expect at least an apology, instead she tells me to take my order and leave (the manager next door didn't react and finally I never had my sauces). This haughty, pretentious and incompetent lady will make me never set foot there again...there are other establishments in this city.

Suddenly the gentleman doesn't understand what I'm ordering and starts to disrespect me by saying "we're not at the nursery here, I'm not taking your order, leave" Given the time it was, my friend and I left, without any worries, no time to worry. By the time we left, the employee came out and threatened us. I find that unacceptable, yes at 11:30 p.m. you can be exhausted, but you have to know how to control yourself. It's a McDonald's so no surprises for the kitchen but the young people who serve the table are friendly. Sufficient parking space also.

So I find it really unprofessional of McDonald's not to have stock for customers. Furthermore, when you specify what you want very clearly when taking the order, it would be better to note it carefully and serve the right product.
