In this Mc the burgers are freshly prepared directly after ordering...therefore other branches are better/fresher👍🏻

A co-worker ate half of one of my nuggets and one was missing. This is seriously disrespectful and especially on Ramadan. I will not act any further but Allah will judge you inshallah.

Stays on the MC DRive forever! Guests are able to read, so you could put up a sign saying that there is no ice cream. Instead, you advertise big on the monitors.

Cappuccino is served with chocolate. Firstly, I'm allergic to chocolate, secondly, the cappuccino was the last thing. A tasteful misstep at its finest. Thanks for nothing, money thrown out the window

The table and bench weren't that clean, and the staff can't always clean after every guest!! My fries were a little under-fried (tangy), but the burger is great👌. The service is super nice and friendly👍, you do a great job!! around the sometimes difficult guests.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a simple big tasty in an almost empty restaurant.

For me, McDonald's is no longer what it used to be and there has been a decline in quality for children. In the past it was always cool for children to visit McDonald's. The children's chairs are completely dirty and broken, even in the MC, the playgrounds are dirty and sometimes dangerously defective.

I love a quick bite at this McDonalds when I am on the way for a business trip. It’s very fast and tasty. If you eat this type of food from time to time it’s fine! 👍😊 For every day I wouldn’t recommend it, especially young people! Watch what you are eating! But sometimes McDonalds is fun and I really enjoy it! 😋

What upsets me are the ordering machines. It feels like 10* they ask you whether you would like to have this or that. NO damn it. From now on I will go to the checkout again and order there. My burger was lukewarm and kind of dry. The fries were sloppy, not crispy and not seasoned enough. For my wife's burger you had to look for the chicken because the piece was so small.

Food wasn't good at all. Burger bread was burnt and the meat was disgusting....Wasn't edible. We also ordered a cheesecake but received an apple pie because they didn't have a cheesecake on offer...so why can you order this? It was definitely better before, but unfortunately it wasn't worth it.

Spacious, friendly staff and good fast food

In no other McDonald's I've been to (Luzern, Baar, Root, Zurich) is the food as hot and fresh as here! TOP! Even when you pick it up, the food is still warm at home and not completely cooled down. Especially the french fries. The staff was and is always friendly!

McDonald's is just what McDonald's is. Not a culinary highlight. But if you're hungry, it's okay.

Dirty toilet really disgusting. Totally overwhelmed service

We were there two weeks ago. The food was okay, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We wanted to sit outside, had trouble finding a reasonably clean table and when we got one, something was dripping down from the ceiling, constantly...so, changed seats, but it's no fun at dirty tables, sorry, fast food seems like it extremely quickly extremely dingy.

The stay was horrible, as a long-time McDonald's regular customer it is difficult for me to talk about these disgusting grievances. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I was waiting in front of the checkout for my order. I watched as two pieces of chicken fell to the floor, one of which ended up under the deep fryer and one in the front. The red-haired cook simply took the one at the front and put it in the deep fryer. When you complained, you simply showed that you wanted to throw the piece away from under the deep fryer. They wanted to cover up the whole fact like that. Simply outrageous and disgusting. There wasn't even an apology. And this chicken crispy was still given to a customer. I think you lost me as a guest after such a disgusting action...!

New at this McDonald's is the Egg McMuffin menu all day, which uses reduced packaging, so McDonald's is expanding the meat-free menu. Thank you very much for this! Went out to dinner with my friends and paid for everyone because of my birthday. We ate and went back inside. We threw everything in the trash but a friend of mine forgot to throw away a package of his burger. While we were eating dessert inside, an employee came to us and forced us to throw one package outside, and she said it really arrogantly. There are enough staff at McDonalds and the staff are paid for their work! So you can certainly throw away a pack with two free hands or just say it in a more friendly way without walking away with an arrogant look... never again.

I would have thrown all the employees out. They should learn how to deal with guests.

Down from 4 to 1 star! Unfortunately I had to change my application today! This after 8 months. Tonight at McDrive. Staff unfriendly, don't understand what you want, inability to pack the food properly into a bag (everything was squeezed together) and a portion of fries was missing. A pity.

Just disgusting! Ordered a burger with bacon at 3 in the afternoon. It was cold. When we asked the staff about it, the answer was: yes, it's always cold, it's fried early in the morning. Seriously?! The food is good as usual but always extremely fatty and salty. What really bothers me is the quality of the toys in the Happy Meal. This is really just horrible and this policy deducts 2 stars. For example, if you advertise with Hotweel's monster trucks, the cars look solid in the pictures but then you get a rickety plastic frame with cardboard cladding, that's pretty pathetic. Then give the parents the opportunity to pay 1-2 CHF extra and in return they get a toy that doesn't have to be thrown away after 5 minutes. And the incredible amount of waste that is created, even when you eat in a restaurant, is no longer up to date.

We are at this McD’s more often than I care to admit! We mostly use the drive through. Service is offered in English and staff is always very friendly. Food is at the McD’s standards and they fulfill orders accurately. A good place to get that quick fix! 👍🏻

Not far from Zug, it is a bit difficult to reach by car (at round about you must take tye side road), there is a parking not that big but sufficient. The service is quite good, the chicken salad really good and big.

I have never experienced such an unhygienic restaurant in Switzerland. Tables are hardly cleaned at all. There is dirt on the floor. There were more flies inside us than outside next to the trash can. We as a family of 5 ordered food and had to complain about several things (drink was missing, no tubes received, Mc Flury was not mixed and came without a spoon, Happy Meal was ordered with a book but came with toys)
