Mcdonald's Glattzentrum. The order arrived cold, when I showed it to the supervisor Asmir, he said that it has been standing for 5 minutes. I showed him that I ordered two minutes before and he refused to exchange the order or refund. Asmir seems to refuse to follow McDonald's rules and standard. Bis shame.

Das Angebot ist ja bekannt, die Qualität gleichbleibend (tief?). Am Donnerstag war ich abends im Drive-Inn. Relativ lange Wartezeiten. Als man dann die Mitarbeiter etwas unorganisiert umherirren sah, wusste man warum.
