I would like to understand once and for all why it is so complicated to respect an order? When I take two medium fries and coke menu, why does the guy say to himself what if I put 1 coke and 1 coffee, it seems logical to me to put a coffee in a menu. And it’s not the first time, never, I mean NEVER, an order has been respected in this McDonald’s. There is always an error, or an element missing. It’s still crazy. If you don't want to work there, no one is forcing you.

The restaurant is well located, it is beautiful, large, there is little waiting, the drive is fast and the parking lot is ample.

An experience to forget. 10 items ordered we received 7 and fortunately we ate there.

Orders always wrong. We directly reported an error in the happy meal game, but once home, we noticed that a donut and a drink were also missing. 3 errors in a single order is nonsense.

Orders are never correct. There is always the wrong sauce, the wrong game. Today, I noticed when I arrived home that they completely forgot a burger for 9.50 CHF. The Mc Flurrys are also never mixed, that's all to do the minimum in terms of service.

Each time there are order errors, things are missing and an attitude that is more than limited. This evening when I asked for the ticket to check the order, they no longer had it??? Honestly, be careful when you order from this Mc Drive...

It's still a Mac, but it's clean which is a good thing, just a shame that it doesn't remove products from the terminals that are no longer available, I was disappointed when the waiter came to tell me that I had to change my donuts because there were no more...

A McDonald's like all the others, nothing special to report

McDonald's in Chamard in Yverdon....4 times I go to the drive-thru...they give me fries almost without salt...I ask for seasoned fries the last 3 times....and nothing! They always don't know how to season the fries, which ruins everything. In principle it's just the basics....but what do they do????

Ordered a Mac Chicken without salad received with lots of salad and Ordered a Cheseburger Royal BCon without ketchup and received with ketchup but without bacon when you are on the highway and you realize these mistakes it is difficult to go back and it's not there 1st time

50 minutes of waiting to find our order on the cold counter. The bottom is filthy: oily floor and lots of paper on the floor, tables sticky or not cleared, don't even try upstairs...the railing to go up is disgusting. In short, it was the last time I set foot there....I can't imagine the state of the kitchens!

A disaster. It was 1:30 p.m. when we arrived, order placed and paid at 1:34 p.m. Finally, we went to see where our order was at 2 p.m. Finally we were finally able to eat at 2:50 p.m.!!!!! I don't know why I'm going back there 😢😢 the hamburgers don't look at all like the photo they are much less appetizing you could almost say that there is deception on the merchandise if you place your orders for takeaway or even service at table make sure to check your order carefully because for my part there is always something missing

We have been coming to this Macdonald for several years, and this is the first time that we have been so disappointed. Extremely long service time (20 minutes at least) even though it was 3 p.m., so there weren't many people in the McDonald's. In addition, the salad was sad, the burgers were not quality and the staff was not responsive. I don't recommend.

It’s a McDonald’s, let’s face it, no need to introduce. It's certainly not the worst McDonald's in Switzerland but be careful after 10 p.m. it's no longer fast food but rather slow food with colder food!

Avoid going after 10 p.m. otherwise the food will be served cold. 30 minutes of waiting with few people inside for cold food. Mc Donalds is a bit like Russian roulette, once it works, once it doesn't.

Restaurant in a disastrous state: dirty tables, floor littered with waste, dilapidated interior and exterior, unmaintained. No soap in the toilets, changing table tagged. Cold food and long wait while the restaurant was almost empty. A real shame for the MCDO franchise...

Food is familiar, right? Salad for €10 and hardly anything in the bowl. Dressing Caesar well. Dry bread cubes from the bag are also better... No culinary challenge for the price! Service makes an effort, but we are used to something different from MCD Germany. Toilets unclean, toilet seat missing… you don’t want to put your child on them…. Garden furniture impossible to sit on. If we hadn't been hungry, we would have continued on. Are disappointed! Unfortunately this happened for the 3rd time in Switzerland...

The only downside is no more soap in the toilets at 12 p.m.

2:45 p.m. there are 2 of us and we just order simple hamburgers and 2 drinks. 25 minutes later we were served with barely a hello. Hamburgers almost cold no spoon for coffee. Sticky floor and I'm not even talking about the handrail to go upstairs. Mac do to avoid.

Lamentable. One order placed and 50 minutes waiting for service. We had to send back half of the cold goods. Staff regions “Priority is given to Drive” others can wait. I didn't quite understand the definition of the term fast food.

Order of 2 menus, 30 min to wait, not too many people almost empty, we are going to ask for information just say hello everyone is looking no one come and see what we want, don't come if you are in a hurry.

Mc flurry machine non-existent, I asked for a Mc Spicy I received my Mac Spicy however with the wrong sauce (the Mc fish sauce i.e. white sauce with pickles) I paid for something I don't like!!!!!!!!!

The drive-in service is beyond dismal. I'm not talking to you about the number of times you have to repeat the order on the microphone or items are missing once you arrive at home... but making customers wait in a parking space for more than 10 minutes with burgers and fries at room temperature mmmh.. after complaining at the counter, the balance of my order was on the grill I was told! What a mess! I was simply forgotten!! In rage, I left without my order and threw the rest away without receiving a single cent in return. It is regrettable to know that a brand like yours is not capable of admitting its wrongs. And don't bother sending me a message to say you're sorry and to get in touch. Given the number of dissatisfactions, you don't care! A good cash cow we say!

Avoid compared to other McDonald's in the canton. Still as unsanitary, not a napkin in all the restaurant, service half hot, Big Tasty made with Big Mac bread (so a little smaller, and for the price of the menu it's a scam), very long service . Looking at the other comments I can only see that nothing has changed. The managers don't care, as long as the establishment is not in loss and they are making money.

Items were missing several times from my orders (drive) I did not necessarily make a complaint, an error happens. Today, one too many times. I order 2 menus, cold, I am told to wait for 2 mc flury, 20 min later I will follow up with the staff adding that all the sauces from the order are missing, they are not even given to me to eat my menu . I waited 20 minutes again and ended up leaving. Explinations ? Luckily burger king is here to save us

At Yverdon Montagny the service is really bad twice wrong they bring us 2 trays one tray almost right and the other not for nizs we will have to review the service.
