Terrible! The slowest McDonald's I have even been to. And it happen at least two times. Today, we ordered just 3 coffees and nuggets, we waited for 23 minutes! And there were almost no visitors at the restaurant, it was almost empty. When I came to the counter to ask where my order, the guy was just standing there and chatting with his colleague. When I told him that it's been too long, he started preparing coffee. And he didn't even apologize! Terrible!

Catastrophic! 2 weeks ago I visited this restaurant since I am a regular customer at McCafé in Italy/France. Arrived around 10 a.m., empty restaurant, after 15 minutes at the cash register someone came to me to ask if I wanted to order. I ask for the cappuccino/croissant promo at 4.70 CHF for 2 people. The employee charges me 2 cappuccinos at normal price + 1 croissant and giving me the receipt he goes to clean the tables and the floor. I sit down quietly, but after 10 minutes no one was preparing my order so I went looking for the employee to ask how long it could take. In response, people come back to me asking if I was in a hurry!?🤨 For this company, cleaning the floor is more important than serving its customers. So don’t hesitate to deprive yourself of half an hour (or even 40 minutes) of your day if you want to have 1 coffee. Bad service, which endangers the image of the brand!

By mistake a valuable object was thrown into the outside trash can, when we were asked to open the trash can to search they refused for "lack of time", they asked us to wait a moment to then (after an hour ) say they didn't have time. My boyfriend even called in the evening to see if he could go to the locker to check once the bag was out, but the answer was always the same (lack of time) So I wonder, is it that complicated to open a trash can for a customer who is even available to wait? I understand you have work but I find this behavior completely unpleasant and rude. I think we could easily find a solution.

Design and comfort above average mc do. The terrace sheltered from the sun and the wind is really great!! It was clean, including the toilets. The 6 fast charging points in the parking lot are great too!!

It was a very nice McDonald's with fast and courteous service. I got everything I ordered in a reasonable time. I really liked the experience of ordering a pain au chocolat at McDonald's and there were many other choices of pastries.

We have been to this restaurant before as it's a convenient stop on the way to Verbier. The food is good, the service is rapid and at the table once you place your order. Interiors are kept clean, and on a good day your can eat outside. Easy packing too. You can't ask for more from a fast food restaurant!

When we arrived at 11:45 p.m., the waiters and waitresses welcomed us with open arms and prepared the menu of the day, rib of beef (not Côte d'Azur lol) placed on a slice of bread accompanied by potato and salad. I recommend anyone who wants to eat a typical restaurant in the region to come here! The restaurant has play areas as well as a St. Bernard garden that you can walk around.
