Too many people on Saturday evening, a lot of noise and not easy to find an available table.

Definitely the worst McDonald's experience of my life (and I've seen and tried it)... how can you miss cooking a steak and bread? Literally burned... The quality was already very questionable before, but currently I can only advise against anyone who wants to set foot there. And as if that wasn't already enough, there are also some items missing and once you get home...well anyway...it's better to walk a few extra kilometers.

Friendly staff, no errors in orders

We have been eating at this McDonald's in Sierre for years. The drive also, and since several times with each order items are missing, arriving at home it is too late to claim. I think the manager of this place should take our comments into consideration and do what is necessary with his employees. It is unacceptable to be poorly served even if it is a fast food restaurant. And what about cleanliness. A cloth for everyone. Tables, sofas, worktop I saw it with my own eyes. The covid was not enough to be a little more careful.

Yuck! Bad and dirty. A Mc Do nothing more than very expensive junk food at that. We can't always give zero vouchers in this case it would be -5 zero that's too much.

First of all I scanned the offer and the lady told me that it was not valid even though I was coming from the activity then we were served by someone very unpleasant then when we arrived our The order was completely wrong with cokes on ice when we had ordered without, the fake burger, other things instead of fries and finally not the right sauces.

Sunday 11:45 a.m. at the drive-thru, suffice to say that the service is catastrophic, the person who took our order mixed everything up and what's more, she closed the window in our face, a total lack of respect, we left with the order still wrong!

Staff not always friendly but fast service

The food is always fresh and delicious... It's a shame that you don't really get greeted... And when you pick something up, the lady waves around with the receipt instead of giving the number... Surprise stop to please my son. Ultra-fast service by a smiling and very friendly lady, crispy and juicy nuggets. Accustomed to the big M franchise, I recommend this one which surprised me, in a good way.

This McDonalds tries very hard. The food is almost always fresh and warm, the fries are prepared just right and the staff is very friendly. The waiting time isn't long either and it's your turn quickly. What I would really appreciate if the staff could speak more German. That's always a stupid point. Or you could put the machines at the drive so you can choose there. Language barriers are often a reason why people don't visit these restaurants. Otherwise really great. We recommend.
