McDonald's Restaurant in Schafisheim

A very nice restaurant. The entrance can be a bit confusing the first time. The staff is very friendly and does a great job. It is very clean and tidy.

Was very surprised, rarely seen such a clean MC, fast staff, tables are cleaned immediately when they become free and the floor is also very clean. Again any time.

Stop at a McDonald's, very friendly and helpful staff, which is always good, the food was ok, it's just fast food

The bottom was very sticky and the burgers and fries without salt are always cold

Compared to the other McDonald's, it is a “nicer and more modern” restaurant because it is relatively new. Every now and then we pick up something from the drive or go out to eat there because it's only 3-4 minutes from home. However, I'm really wondering whether I should go to another McDonald's or go to Burger King 200 meters away. For simple reasons: - Drive very slow, sometimes you wait almost 10 minutes for a McChicken menu. The reason definitely can't be the number of visitors, as I'm the only vehicle waiting in front of the drive and the parking spaces are relatively empty - When unpacking the drive orders it is a lottery as to whether the food ordered has been packed. It has also happened that there was bacon in a veggie burger (we didn't ask for it either). - Big lottery for the staff at the drive. Either very friendly or not friendly at all. Please do not expect an email from me with further details. The staff needs to be better trained.

If you follow the instructions and drive to the second window (directly), you will then be rejected by two employees and you will have to follow behind despite ordering online. Formulating German correctly is not easy!!!

Food is just Mc ;) . But the staff is always super nice and accommodating. Ambiance nice and clean. Super, plastic is increasingly being avoided locally and to take away. Keep it up.

I'm disappointed because I often take a larger order home for the family and for the third time I realized that something was missing again. The first time the chicken wings were missing, the last time it was a cheeseburger and this time a BigMac was missing. I will probably switch to another branch in the future... If something like that happens once, OK, it can happen, but not three times...

Nice staff, friendly and quick service. The coffee tastes better here than at the other McDonalds...I'll always come back...

The quality of food is not good. Shrimps were definitely not fresh.

Yesterday absolute chaos broke out here at the MC due to a KAPO event. And even though we had to wait 35 minutes for the first menu and 55 minutes for the second, I would like to thank the employees! Getting the job done in front of all the angry, impatient and sometimes low-level customers and not just running away deserves HUGE praise!

It's a damn shithole that needs to be cleaned up.

Orders repeatedly incorrect and/or incomplete. Orders should be checked on site, especially in the drive-thru. Also keep an eye on completeness indoors.

Take Away.... my McCrispy couldn't be crispier, unfortunately it couldn't be deader either. Sorry but something like that shouldn't be sold. There was no straw with the cola either, I bought it to take with me...

Mc Donalds with a difference instead of McDrive wasn't overcrowded either.

Probably one of the nicest McDonald's in the area. Is always fully booked. As always, when checking in, we ordered the food from the machine and then sat down. Table wasn't clean even after 5 minutes. Is okay… Took a seat somewhere else and the food came afterwards. Tea and Ovaltine Flurry. The staff were positive, they were all friendly and there were USB ports on the counter, which is very modern. Inductive charging would be a step more modern, but it would suffice. Facility very nice. Modern decoration!

A very good McDonald's, always worth a visit.

Yesterday, August 17th, 2023, we got cheeseburgers from Mcdrive in Schafisheim. 1 cheeseburger was simply without meat. After I ate, I got a weird stomach. Something is wrong here.

Fries were very good, nice and hot and not too salty for me Perfect 👍🏻 menu was complete.. hot, fresh and only had to wait 5 minutes on a nice waiting bench, which I really liked because otherwise I always had to stand ☺️

Food: tastes good… But sauce next to it and not stacked nicely on top of each other. Service: pure disaster! An employee is in the wrong place! Cheeky and arrogant is no longer possible! Gestures and facial expressions also say a lot. If employees are constantly in contact with guests, more people should be able to speak German. Ambient: nicely decorated, but could be cleaner!

Unfortunately, the employees don't value good-looking burgers. Usually a lot on the side or just sauce on one side. Please raise this with the staff.

One order all errors, burger doesn't taste good either, other McDo are better

I was at the drive-in today and was once again served in a very friendly and polite manner. I've only had good experiences in this branch so far.

My elderly neighbor accidentally knocked over his fries. The employee tidied everything up without hesitation and brought new fries for free

I've been there many times and, above all, I notice every time I go to the drive-in how friendly and courteous the staff are. As a team leader, I notice this extremely and that's why I wanted to praise the team in this regard! Keep it up!

Modern McDonald's, good traffic situation.

Waited 30 minutes for food, food was cold and didn't taste good at all

McDonald's Restaurants are getting worse and worse, and this one is no exception. The burgers need to be revised, their flavors, textures. The construction of the hamburger is increasingly far from McDonalds ideology. Employees don't want to know if these are well constructed and packaged decently. Worse and worse. The space is pleasant.

WE EATED THERE TODAY, THE TWO FREE TABLES WERE BOTH NOT CLEAN. WHEN I SAID THAT TO MY PARTNER AND AN EMPLOYEE WAS JUST WALKING PAST, SHE TOLD I SHOULD SAY IT EVEN LOUDER SO THAT YOU CAN HEAR IT AT THE FRONT... SHE THEN CLEANED THE TABLE, BUT YOU could see her mood.

It confirms that not every McDonald's is the same as the other. A lot of effort goes into preparing the burgers here and the staff is nice and accommodating. Bravo

It's important to check the car before driving away, we were missing the salad.

It's really embarrassing when someone can't tell the difference between a barbecue sauce and a sweet and sour sauce...

Almost always has to wait a long time in DRIVE

Now I'm not really convinced anymore. Today was the first time there was soap in the soap dispenser, but the tap is so calcified that you are completely wet after washing your hands. I can confirm the comments about dirty tables despite minimal occupancy.

First MacDonald that takes 5 minutes every time you eat. The staff feels like they don't want to work. Except for a little boy with a white t-shirt, I think he's a new employee but you can see how he's a professional. Bravo. Chicken wings are usually frozen inside. A pity. The catering staff is friendly. The Mc Restaurant is clean and brightly decorated. When it comes to the toilet, it's not the staff's fault that it's not clean, but individual guests.

Hygiene and cleanliness below all expectations. No free table was cleaned and the restaurant was barely half full. The employee who informed us that there were no clean tables simply wiped all the dirt from the table onto the floor in front of us. Really disgusting. Thumbs down for this McDonalds

MacDonald is beautiful and it's quick. Even if it is a bit stressful👍 unfortunately there is rarely an ordered/paid sauce🧐 that could be better❗️thanks for the implementation with the sauce🫣

the people who work are a disaster, zero service

The deco makes the place comfy and less of a fast food joint. Unfortunately didn't quite like one of the employees. She could be management level who took our orders.

The McDonalds in Schafisheim has now become our favorite restaurant. The staff is a bit reserved, but friendly and accommodating. The food is brought to the table very quickly and is always very freshly prepared. Bravo, keep it up!

It's a shame.. I've been to you several times before, but tonight was a catastrophe because something could have been forgotten in the order. It's okay, you reacted immediately, but the fish burger just wasn't done at all! I've often eaten a fish burger and it never bothered me when it was cold, but the fact that it was only fried and still raw on the inside has never happened to me. It's a shame Hunzenschwil MC, I don't know what's going wrong tonight.

Just like McDonald's. I like to eat there from time to time.

Actually good nice McDonalds. But the toilet area doesn't work at all. Washing hands impossible, men's toilet water for washing hands, water comes with sensor for a maximum of 1 second. Then with a 3 year old son that I have to hold, how is that supposed to work? You're definitely saving money in the wrong place! No soap came either. Today 12 o'clock!!

I usually don't like McDonald's franchises but this one is clean, friendly, well-staffed and well located... It's right there when you need it!

We were customers of the McDonald's in Schafisheim from the very beginning. It's now a medium-sized disaster. The tables and the floor are not clean, the staff barely understands our language and last time our food wasn't supposed to be eaten. My partner's burger was carelessly put together, my chicken nuggets were lukewarm and tough and let's not even talk about the fries. We ordered the drinks without ice, but if no one understands you... And it wasn't before closing time at 2 a.m., but at 7:30 p.m.

I've been there several times on Sundays, but I have no idea what it's like during the week. For me the most beautiful MC I know, very appealing. Toilet facility without door handle is great, there is space and it is very bright. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. Even the machines work...

The Mc Donalds in Schafisheim is visually one of the nicer branches in Aargau. However, drive-thru orders are rarely issued in full. It also seems like no one cares. Today I once again paid for chicken nuggets and various sauces, but didn't receive them. Once I didn't receive an entire menu. What's probably going wrong... Tip; Be sure to check the order. The staff is very friendly and the branch is clean.

I was slightly shocked at the prices in Switzerland. How do the locals do that?

Clean and well maintained McDonald's

Very well maintained and clean. The food was very good and everything was fresh

I ordered a grilled chicken salad and the meat wasn't grilled it was still raw and extremely cold like an ice cube

Both burgers were a sloppy mess, far to much ketchup, impossible to eat by hand without he whole thing falling apart. Fries, chicken nuggets and tenders were good. Collected inside, service was easy using the screens and was fast…maybe too fast considering the state of the burgers. Will go across the road to BK next time.

Everything was great, I’m also looking forward to a positive review 🙂.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff

For the third time in a row at the drive-in something was always missing, fries, drink, etc. I'll never shop there again!!! Was the last time!!!!

Friendly service, really great. Thanks to the staff for the great service, always nice and very accommodating, I was there with 4 kids, I would have been excited myself 😅, the service was very nice.
