I had to return from the parking lot because the ice cream was forgotten. Then I went home, opened the closed bag and the burger was missing from the menu. I had to go back from home to pick up the burger and get it as an excuse. Janu, is apparently the Swiss service today.

An okay McDonalds, it doesn't help if you are hunting your friends across Switzerland and they happen to be on the side of town this McDonald's isn't on. But the food is probably good, mad about the accessibility and service. Atmosphere was great for planning however.

Actually everything's okay, but the radio is damn annoying. Can't you turn the music down or, better yet, turn it off completely? I don't want to be constantly exposed to noise when I eat or talk to someone

I ordered a McFlurry M&ms ice cream... while eating I noticed a piece of plastic in the ice cream and couldn't eat it anymore. Just disgusting and unhygienic. I have visited you several times and bought food from you but I definitely won't do it again in the future. Spent money for nothing

Shameful...!!! I ordered 20 chicken nuggets to take away.... and when I got home I discovered that a large part of them was spicy.... It's so sad... the first and last time...!!!!

In this branch, the employees and management are very unfriendly and listless. We often come to this branch and today, as always, we ordered a Mini Sundae. This time, as always, it came in a mini cup, although this cup was half empty! My husband insisted at the checkout that this quantity was not up to standard. In the end, the “boss” portrayed us as liars and said that this amount always existed! In the end it's not about this quantity BUT it's about a standard! It can't be the case that one day the cup overflows and another day there's almost nothing in it! One day there is too much chocolate sauce on it and another day there is almost no sauce on it! Additionally, the soap dispenser has been EMPTY for a week! The floor is sticking and that's definitely not from today! In general, this branch is unfortunately a disappointment! Either the fries are too cold! Or the sauces you ordered are missing. No, I do NOT mean the co-op toilets! The soap dispensers in your branch itself!

Every time I order it takes way too long. Recently I only ordered a hamburger and then I waited 20 minutes. I prefer to drive 2-3 minutes longer. There really needs to be a lot of improvement there

Typical Mac. Tables and benches could be cleaned better. The lavabo in the seating area for washing hands is great.

Quick service, standard swiss McDonald's quality, quite big dining area with plenty of natural light. Outside you can find a playground for the kids and plenty of parking spaces.

Basically pleasant, but as with almost all McDonald's locations, at least something is missing when ordering.

If all the McDonald's around the world would have one Matteo in their team, there would be no place for BK. Top of the class service even late in the evening when I was tired from the days work. He needs and deserves a raise!

Big tasty bun is too small... The lavabo didn't have any paper... I told the crew member because it doesn't have any paper... A paper roll would be put there even though there is a compartment for single-use paper towels. There were enough spare wipes in the cupboard! Garbage bags are stored in the farthest corner of the bench. Next to it is the crew door! Would also have space in the crew area instead of the dining area

Compared to other Mickey D (McDonalds), things are much better here. The burgers taste better and the French fries also stand out in terms of taste. Everything is freshly prepared here and the waiting times are short because this Mickey D's is not as busy as the others. If you want to go quickly, then this MCD is an insider tip.

Picked up Order&Pay and went home to chill. But then… half the order is wrong. So I drove back and asked for the correct order as the one in the bag was obviously the wrong one. I have never experienced such an unfriendly reaction and unworthy of a restaurant. No acknowledgment of the error and no apology. On the contrary, the employee accused me of having eaten what was missing. Outrageous and, in my opinion, just plain cheeky.

I can't say much...I ate a cheeseburger from Happymeal and a Big Mac Bacon. I have food poisoning now. Luckily my daughter (1 year old) didn't eat any of it.

Very nice and bright McDonald's. Good seating and next to the trash can an opportunity to wash your hands is a great idea. Instead of going to the toilet you can do it there. Service on the table works. It was clean too. I'll definitely be back .

Unfortunately, hygiene has deteriorated extremely. In the beginning it was always clean... the employees often cleaned the tables briefly. On my last 3 visits it was always very poor. Every table somehow has smear marks 😶 It doesn't work at all!

First; Since we live in a society of mistakes, complaints are often written down here, and customers with good experiences pass them on by word of mouth. Apart from all the little mistakes that can happen in every restaurant, I couldn't find/read any fatal impudence or anything else. It's a shame that there are people who only exploit the sales force for their profit instead of spreading humanity and being human with heart and mind. My conclusion about McDonalds: Very good. Clear, clean and spacious. I was served very friendly by a lady who was very friendly. Everything is clean and it's not loud either..

Were there on a Saturday. We waited more than 20 minutes for our food. Please hire more staff. Unfortunately, fries were also cold.

I had a lot of special wishes and she fulfilled all of my wishes without being annoying or even discouraging me, i.e. ice cream tea with a few ice cubes or canceled the order several times because I couldn't decide.
