McDonald’s Restaurant in Bulle

This doesn't even deserve 1 star, they made a mistake and they gave me a big tasty instead of the dbl royal bacon, this is not excusable. I expect a more qualitative service for my next consultation, on which I wish you no a good weekend, mine is ruined!

After a disappointing experience in the restaurant across the street, it was time to see the competition. The meal was served on time and was hot. I was very lucky to have a heart-shaped nugget, which is obviously a rare commodity here in Bulle. And the Bacon Royal Cheeseburger was succulent, high-flying, well done Chef Ronald 😉 The waitress was smiling, friendly, and made no mistakes on the orders. She quickly spots the markers, so we see that she knows her restaurant very well. The restaurant was somewhat noisy. Vincent wanted to leave in a hurry, but we were all finished so it wasn't too serious. Patrick and Pierre knew how to create an excellent atmosphere. Today is Nathan's birthday, but Ronald didn't come to greet us. It will surely be handed over for Olivier's birthday in 2 months. Thank you for everything.

A McDonald's like any other. Positive point, the food is hot compared to other McDonald's

Really disappointed! I order a special heart-shaped Nugget for my son who likes hearts, I end up with a poor normal nugget! 1.20.- the special nugget is expensive! And of course service at the Drive and I didn't check! Between that and the few times the sauces are missing or the drinks are wrong, that's a lot... Next time I'll go to Burger King it might be better!

Served at the table, the person threw the tray on the table, no hello, no thank you, no good day and in addition no napkin in the order.

Easy order board, quick service right to our table, great mini chocolate sundae to end a meal.

Edit 09/14/2023: 5 stars, thank you Edit 08/29/2023: I changed my opinion following a new order yesterday. The restaurant was much cleaner than the previous time and one person was responsible for cleaning the tables and floor after each person left. I was able to eat with my children on a table and in a clean place. Thank you for taking my comments into account. Previous review ——- I was shocked by the dirt, the tables and the floor are dirty inside as well as outside. I was not able to eat peacefully inside because of the flies that kept attacking it inside and the sparrows that were harassing by the dozens outside... this is due to the lack of sufficient cleaning which inevitably attract them in numbers. This is the first time I've seen this in a McDonald's. I don't understand... the restaurant has to be cleaned continuously otherwise it becomes unlivable. Nothing to say about the service and the fries and burgers which were perfect, just regrettable not to be able to eat on site in decent hygienic conditions. I think it's not too much to ask a restaurant to do what's necessary to keep the restaurant clean. I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the restaurant. I would be delighted to be able to modify this review by putting 5 stars after the hygiene and cleanliness have become decent again and up to par with this restaurant chain.

Normally, I don't comment on a McDonald's but here, there is an employee, extremely helpful and polite, you have the impression that you are in a Michelin-starred restaurant! Unique!

Unacceptable service always errors we place two orders arriving at the time of receiving the orders one is missing.. sauces which are missing bad drinks served small fries and small drinks instead of large ones.. we must systematically check who is not no shortage of fries or nuggets sandwiches because each time we know that something is forgotten... if only it were exceptional We know that this happens in all McDonald's... unfortunately no it is recurrent in this one if it's every time.. this evening no drink other than water... a paper to warn us before spending time in line would have been much more commercial... at least the customer being informed he knows to advance to what without holding on..

Fast and efficient, a fast food

If you want to eat inside, don't come around midday (11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) or at night (7:00 p.m. - closing) because all tables (even outside) are almost full If you have the app, you benefit from offers/coupons and accumulate loyalty points to exchange them for products/menus

Service is a complete disaster. Waited almost half an hour for a menu. Apart from that, connecting to the WiFi is apparently not possible in this McDonald's because I have a German SIM card. Information from a Swiss newspaper from 2009. The fast food chain is expanding the existing hotspot, which was previously limited to 30 minutes of free surfing per guest per day. Guests can access the free WiFi in all restaurants without a login or password.

As usual... in pubs the Burgers are much bigger... the MacFish are lousy... 3

MCDo in Bulle a real disaster, happy meals never the right toy but put back toys from previous editions, the Big Macs and other hamburgers never done properly, I wonder where the cook comes from, there is a way of doing things that doesn't is not respected etc etc in short if there is a boss let him stick his thumbs out...

Cold fries and poorly assembled hamburger, not appetizing

They are super nice but if you ask for straws they do ecology stuff but they are all in boxes and sort nothing and that's ecology

we came in very late and were 8 people all together. One of the orders got mixed up and didn't arrive. However the manager was kind enough to prepare us the order again and the workers were very friendly

It was busy and we both ended up with diarrhea.

The dishes are supplemented with Swiss products but always of the same quality. Ordering at the terminal and then being served at the table makes the food taste even better.

Order Almost complete, just missing a few sauces

Quite a scandal when we ask for a straw, we get misled by the little blonde with the helmet who thinks she's for I don't know who, because we're not children to have the right to a straw.. We were taken for M* and it won't stay there Plus we take Medium menus and they don't give us the drinks that are supposed to be offered.. we'll ask for it and we clearly say that they were waiting for someone to say something..

I go there daily for my lunch breaks. The waiting time is very fast, however it happens 2 or 3 times that there are errors in the orders but they have always been able to make up for it correctly.

Raw meat!! In a salad, cold and not grilled. The staff insults customers because they don't understand their language. They don't want to ask the manager. Worst McDonald's in Europe!!!!!! Very well received by the very smiling and warm manager who makes you want to come back. The restaurant is very clean whether it is the toilets or the room everything is clean the panosse comes by regularly it is very pleasant to come and eat here I will come back often! It would be too kind to say "bad" because this place is a CATASTROPHE: 1 time out of 2, the order is wrong. I notably published a photo proving it. If you can't see the latter, know that it shows my hamburger ordered with "only the bread, the meat and the onions" (so without ketchup, without mustard and without pickles) having ketchup, bread, meat (still happy) ketchup and mustard. But the worst part is that there weren't even the onions At least I can thank you for not putting pickles in it! Do not think that I am focusing only on one example; Living in the region, I go there many times. (If another one in the region were to open, I will go there, don't worry). So I can tell you with certainty that this situation is a habit with this miserable fast food restaurant! THE ORDER IS NEVER CORRECT!! If you really want to go somewhere to waste your money and your good humor, go for it! 😉

Once again I'm buying a meal for someone who works at McDonald's. Once at home I notice that half of what I paid is missing. It happens 4 times out of 5...incredible.

This is the first time I went to McDonald's in Bulle through a friend (Wednesday September 8, 2021). The person who served us was great 👍👍. She is friendly and smiling and very professional, well done, I recommend her 👋👋.

There is always something missing in the order or something wrong. Too bad because they have very fast service.

Food worthy of a great gourmet restaurant, excellent value for money. Their chickens are simply succulent, with an artisanal curry sauce it's the perfect combo. I recommend ! Very salty and crunchy fries. It sometimes happens that a potato slips into your fries, but don't panic, they are a pleasure for the taste buds.

Refuses to serve us at the drive-thru at 10:58 p.m. because they close at 11 p.m. We ask if they don't have something they couldn't sell and what they have left, they tell us yes but that everything goes in the trash. They prefer to waste food rather than "give it away", when we would happily put a note on the counter in exchange for a cheese or two. First time I've been disappointed by your brand and it's a shame.

Accessibilité, personnel gentil et souriant, j aime beaucoup y aller car moins de monde que le mc donald's de la ville de Bulle.

En plein Rush, petit oublie sur ma commande, je téléphone, une dame très charmante ( Maude) me reçois et constate effectivement qu'un article de ma commande est devant ces yeux, s'excuse au nom de toute l'équipe et m'invite à revenir prochainement pour réparation. Aujourd'hui, j'y retourne, de nouveau des excuses ( soyons juste, cela arrive surtout en plein rush), grand sourire, mes articles manquant me sont restitué et on m'offre un petit dessert, des macarons..... Hummmmmm trop bon !!! Merci à vous pour votre professionnalisme et surtout bon courage pour la suite car être remplis de monde, ce n'est pas facile ! Courage et merci !

Toujours aussi mauvais...mais ça dépanne bien

Franchement ça commence à faire beaucoup. Cela fait maintenant de nombreuses fois qu’on ne prépare pas mes commandes correctement, en oubliant des choses ! Aujourd’hui c’est le bouquet ! Lors d’une commande à l’emporter, on oublie 4 de mes sauces, on on me met une frite small au lieu d’une médium et pour finir, j’ai payé un supplément de 1.- pour des potatoes qu’on me remplace par de frites ... Je trouve ça dommage d’en arriver là, mais cela mérite une note médiocre, au vu du nombre incalculable de fois que j’ai eu le droit à des erreurs/oublis.

Macdo suisse, donc honteusement cher. Exemple un sundae coûte 3,70 Sfr. alors qu'en Allemagne vous avez le même pour 1€.
