Good, clean place. Friendly staff

The staff were nice, but they didn't have Mc Flurry and then my poor cousin had to eat an apple turnover that tasted burnt... what's more is that the ketchup packet didn't open and then everything ended up on her pants...

What can you say, a McDonald's... What's very positive is the direct proximity to the motorway, so you can fortify yourself on the way past without wasting much time.

Very nicely designed food, there was a good wait, but there was little going on, but still OK. Friendly staff. Clean location right at the motorway exit.

Clean and well maintained, friendly staff. Order on a modern touchscreen (still a bit unusual for us older semesters) or directly at the counter (like before 😉). McDonald's standard. Quite busy at lunchtime.

Service didn't speak German, was unfriendly and when the food was served she dropped the food.. drive away, get out and get the bag! Luckily the car behind us didn't run over it. No apologies, nothing unbelievable! No more mc zizers!

In principle, I have nothing against hiring staff (without Swiss origin) who don't speak perfect German. But if there is such an extreme lack of understanding that the order is taken incorrectly due to a lack of knowledge of German, you really have to think about it again. Work Yes! but not at the drive-in. You need someone who even vaguely understands the local language and can't just say "Welcome to McDonalds" and "Yes". The food was very good, but I had to go back because the drink and burger were wrong.

Drive in fast service, Unfortunately it was the worst burger I've ever eaten at McDonald's, which is a shame.

I think reviews should certainly be compared. Rating McDonald's in comparison to a "normal" restaurant is not fair. Expectations shouldn't be high for fast food. Otherwise you will be disappointed. It's fast, comfortable and made for today's generation. As a restaurateur, I sometimes find it amazing how everything works so smoothly. The love for... well, everything, is of course not there. Nevertheless, I find it a change every now and then 😄

Amazingly ingenious and modern hygienic toilets with automatic sliding doors, everything clean, friendly, will come again because the access from the motorway is also very easy and close!

There is drive-thru and take-out, and there is plenty of parking space where you can leave your car to eat inside. Service speed and hygiene are good. Current Swiss prices with app discount.

Been to this McDonald's a few times now. Now I have to say that something was missing or wrong with my orders too. The restaurant was partly quite dirty in terms of the floor and the tables inside, but unfortunately I can't give it a better rating for the terrace either. I can't say whether this is because there were too few staff or because there were a lot of people in the restaurant. However, I think it's somewhere in between. However, my complaint regarding my orders was resolved without any problems and an apology was also given. If the location has more staff, the problems should be solved.

Guys, what's going on with you? Waited for probably 8 minutes at the first column alone without any service. Then a second vehicle came to the second pillar. This was then served in front of me! The place was practically empty except for a few people. After paying, I was directed to the waiting area. I waded there again for 5 minutes for a menu and a buger! The staff wasn't exactly motivated either. What a shame actually! The reviews are not answered. Pretty unprofessional! Avoid this restaurant in the future!

Switzerland,....there is only Swiss francs as change, German EC cards are not accepted, anyone who is not from Switzerland is looked at strangely...not a good place

Worst MC of all. Staff is completely unable to issue an order correctly. 4 out of 5 orders are messed up. Yesterday the fruit puree was missing and I had a huge one from my little one. Today I ordered 5 extra cocktail sauces and all 5 were forgotten. I'm slowly demanding compensation 😡😡😡😡😡

Disastrous service. Unfriendly, incomprehensible service in Mc Drive. I ordered a vanilla shake. What I got was an undrinkable mix of chocolate and vanilla. Unfortunately, I was already on the highway when I noticed it. All for an expensive CHF 5.30. Actually expect a replacement from McDonald's!

Bathroom has fancy doora that opens without touching it, which is great. Unfortunately, the fancy doors open to a filthy bathroom, which makes me wonder about the cleanliness in the kitchen!
