It's really difficult to find a really good restaurant in the Biel/Bern region. But after a long search I finally found it: The Pintli Meienried is one of my absolute TOP favorites. At lunchtime there are three menus to choose from. The most expensive one for 19.50 - which is in the normal price segment. But what's absolutely great is that everything is fresh and prepared with a lot of love. Even at lunchtime it's a four-course meal! The staff is very friendly and great delivery. Atmosphere of the restaurant is very warm and homely. The selection of dishes available far exceeds average. Food quality absolutely TOP. What else I can recommend: Hungarian red wine. Many thanks to the great Pintli team with the two chefs in the kitchen. I'll be back - again and again...

We booked a table hoping for live gypsy music and delicious food (our wedding anniversary). There was no music at 1:45 p.m., that's when we arrived and ordered Hungarian food. Neither the quality nor the taste was similar to the domestic ones. It wasn't what it should have been! At 17.20 there was still no music. Well, thanks.

What can I say, it was just a great evening. From the food to the Hungarian Csardas group, the friendly people at the service...thank you Pinte, see you next time

We didn't ate but for that half hour there we felt very welcome. Person behind the bar was helpful and he friendly. He also talked with us on English and German language. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 We will come back for sure.

Restaurant which is located almost on the banks of the Aare.... There is a road between 2. Terrace and small park for children. There are also sheep in a nearby park. Regarding the catering, it is really good. The menu is not huge but you can really find a little bit of everything. From Burger to pizza to chicken wings without forgetting the cordon bleu.

The welcome was very warm. This warmth accompanied us throughout the whole day. The service also took touching care of the small children, offering syrup and bringing painting materials to the table. The food was excellent. Just looking at the menu and the corresponding prices gave it a little damper, because it's actually in the upper price range. Otherwise beautiful location, super well maintained - we had a great stay. Highly recommended if you want to eat great food and don't necessarily have to pay attention to the budget.

The food was ok Service, well unfortunately she was alone with all the guests as everywhere is saving on staff... Ambience would be good, but unfortunately much too loud... it's a shame we couldn't eat in one of the quieter Sähli... since the bar in the restaurant was full we could hardly speak together...

The restaurant is very homely furnished. You come in and feel comfortable right from the start. The service staff will let smokers know when food is ready inside. The food itself is very good home cooking with seasonal specials. The quiet and remote location invites you to take a walk and there are free parking spaces available.

Very, very warm, friendly and friendly staff. So much free time is put into designing the surroundings and redesigning, decorating and renovating with a lot of passion. I always really liked the Pintli in its "rustic" presentation, but for many years it wasn't convincing. Neither by the offer nor by a special ambience. But today it is always worth a visit. Perch fillet with fries: +Fish, good. Generous amount -French fries not seasoned enough and fried too long (crispy) for my taste. Service good looking and friendly.

Very nice service. Garden restaurant is beautiful in the evening sun. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio wasn't right for me: Mixed salad not fresh, a lot of it canned / bought ready-made. The French fries smelled of old oil and the portion of perch fillet was rather small for the price.

Beautiful menu with a very varied choice of dishes (meat (also on slate), fish, Hungarian and Polish specialties, pasta & pizza, Swiss cuisine (800 gr XXL cordon bleu), etc.) at reasonable prices. During the week, every day 3 menus with salad and soup, main course and dessert. Friendly and attentive service and always with a nice smile. Establishment on the banks of the Biel - Solothurn (Aar) canal with refurbished interior and beautiful large sunny terrace, large parking space nearby. Highly recommended...! 🤗🥰

We have been to Pintli many times and were even regular guests there. The staff has known that we are vegan for several years. Nevertheless, every time they want to serve us coffee with coffee cream and salad with French dressing. Service is the very last thing. They put the food in front of you in an absolutely unmotivated and uncommitted manner, no polite "En Guete" is requested. When it's cleared away, the plate is carelessly put away. No question is asked as to whether it was good. When paying, a quick "Good day" for the tip to artificially raise it and then that was it. We say thank you very much for such little effort and customer friendliness and goodbye! Apparently this restaurant doesn't need to worry about its reputation. If you complain about something, you will be ignored or treated with hostility by the staff afterwards. Not for us, we're looking for a restaurant where. you are warmly welcomed and where the service responds to customer requests.

The two of us recently went there for dinner for the fourth time on a Tuesday evening. The Pintli is in a great location and has a large parking lot. On the terrace all the tables that had shade were either occupied or reserved. The friendly service couldn't help. So we just took a place in the sun. After what felt like an eternity, a table in the shade finally became available. So we ordered a fitness plate. Unfortunately, the sauce on the salad was not homemade and the beetroot and the corn salad had no sauce of their own or no sauce at all. That is not how it works . The meat, on the other hand, was very good and juicy, so there's nothing to complain about. Otherwise the service is very nice. However, the prices for some dishes are rather high. When we finally paid and left, the reserved tables were still free and one of them was missing the reserved sign, well what the heck............

Varied menu where everyone can find what they are looking for (meat on slate, fitness plate, fish, burger, pizza). Attentive service with a smile. Sunny terrace until late in the evening, ample parking. Ideal for meeting up with family or friends.
