Lovely pit stop during the hike (we hiked the round trip).

Food selection is very small, daily menu, sausage cheese salad, cold plates. Unfortunately, I waited too long for the sausage cheese salad, and I expect something better from a chef. Unfortunately, the sweet drinks were warm, but the beer and cider were cold, and the service wasn't exactly attentive.

It would be a very nice place, but unfortunately a little run down, hiking trails there and back are easy to walk

The hike from Libingen is beautiful but steep, depending on which side you come from. The restaurant has a small and simple menu, everything seems a bit run down, there are a lot of things lying around unnecessarily and therefore it's not exactly inviting. The staff also seems less motivated. The coffee is instant coffee, which is definitely too expensive for that.

Beautiful alpine inn in a wonderful location. Friendly service, fine cuisine at good prices. Gladly again soon.

Cozy, beautiful restaurant that is open from May to the end of October. Delicious food, friendly staff who “almost” always have time for a short conversation.

After a few years back on the Meiersalp, we planned to eat, but couldn't find something suitable on the menu. The "Schlorziflade" was cut a little short, the Landjäger and Alpkäse that you could cut yourself didn't come at all, and to quench your thirst the Möhl was quickly on the table without a glass! The wonderful view with Säntis makes everything better. We also saved money by eating at home afterwards!

Very cozy alpine restaurant that is run with passion, menu tailored to hikers (portions and prices), staying here with a great view is balm for the soul and the best thing to do is to decide to stay overnight in the beautiful shared camp and enjoy breakfast the following day, which you will have again is warmly served at the beautifully decorated wooden tables.

Very nice pub with friendly service

The Meiersalp shines in new splendor. The cozy garden restaurant offers plenty of space and invites you to linger, just like its predecessor did. The host couple are very friendly and serve their guests courteously and warmly. You feel as comfortable as ever in Meiersalp.

Successful birthday on the Meiersalp. The six of us booked the shared camp. When we arrived at Meiersalp on Saturday afternoon in Klitschenass, the oven in the inn was immediately turned on so that we could dry ourselves and our clothes. Five stars for that. The catering was successful from A to Z, be it the Älpler Rösti, the Schlorzifladen or the Meiersplättli, we felt completely at home. Even staying overnight wasn't a problem despite the cold, as there were enough military blankets in the camp. A big thank you to the good cook and to everyone who contributed to this successful event.

Still an enchanting place, unfortunately no longer with the same ambience as before the change of alpine farmers. The selection on the menu was very limited, sausage from the gas grill and bread, cold plates and barley soup were unfortunately no longer available in the middle of the autumn holidays. A pity. That certain something is missing.

Fantastically beautiful, idyllic place - Enchanting location - Great hiking opportunities - Possibility to eat something small - Friendly service.

A place like in another world: idyllic, homely, good and inexpensive food and also very nice and attentive service, I'll definitely go there again :-)

A small, cozy mountain pub that is easy to reach. The shortest route from the lower Stein in Libingen takes just 45 minutes. And if you want it to be a little further, there are various options.

A really cozy alpine hut. Including hotpot and overnight accommodation. Very friendly hosts. Many opportunities for hiking in the area.
