We spent a few days on vacation in Nidau ​​and went to this restaurant based on a recommendation. We were there again the following day. We just had to try more dishes and were once again impressed by the quality. The prices are very fair. Thumbs up for the chef and host!

Thank you very much, Roland :) On Tuesday evening my partner and I spontaneously went to the Nidauer Städtli with the aim of having something nice for dinner. We walked into the Mélange and quickly decided to stay. Fine tapas, warm hospitality and a man for everything. We had a wonderful evening and will be back. Thank you.

We discovered the mélange by chance. As we walked past, we read the menu and looked in and entered. We really enjoyed the lunch menu with salad or soup. The service was courteous, flexible and helped us choose the menu. We'd love to come back.

Best sandwich in town. California style, lots of different flavors in one bite, creamy, crispy, avocado, the pickle on the side... it’s a symphony between two slices of bread.

Very good salads for a very good price. To recommend.

Had 2 meals so far. First was a great pulled pork sandwich on a toasted bun, excellent BBQ sauce and pickle. Then with 3 friends we shared meatballs, potatoes, avocado wrap, and a rice noodle salad. All was well prepared and tasty. Nice inexpensive wine selection. I will be back!
