Master Mehmet is a very successful person! Those who leave bad comments here have different intentions.! The man serves food for 150 people at the same time! In most places, when 3 people arrive, their hands and feet wander...

We were there for İftar, unfortunately the soups were distributed to the plates 15 minutes before the call to prayer, which is why the food became ice cold. Otherwise friendly and helpful waiters. Food was also good and everything was halal 👍🏼 we would be happy to come back at another time.

It is a good restaurant that does very successful work in every aspect. It is one of the rare Turkish restaurants in Switzerland, where the owner and all his employees take special care of their customers and provide table service in the fastest way possible. We wish them continued success.

A typical turkish restaurant which can be better to visit in summer. Also in Ramazan they serve iftar with Chai and Baklava. Overall, the quality is average as in many Turkish restaurants in the town, and they may serve you in a back room when space is limited, which is not very nice.

I was here recently for Iftar and despite the restaurant being full, the food came quickly and was delicious. I was impressed by the quality and speed. The atmosphere was lively and cozy, the staff attentive and friendly. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back.

You will generally be satisfied with the food you eat and the tea you drink at Mehmet Usta. Its prices are very normal and its most special product is "Mehmet Usta Special" It's a place I would recommend even if I gave it 3 stars. Think of it as around 6-7 out of 10.

We were dissatisfied, there was no service, we picked up the salad water ourselves, the salad had no sauce and there was no cutlery, we ate by hand, we only ordered a grill mix but she calculated a menu for us herself and we spent a long time Still we waited and we were fasting and the food was cold and dry. In the end we only paid 90 chf for two mix grills.

The restaurant was recommended to us by friends, but we were disappointed with our visit. The service was disrespectful and not customer focused. It seemed difficult to accommodate our requests and there were inappropriate situations, such as asking an elderly lady to get up to serve us food. The meat was cold and tough, the rice and bulgur also cold. Only the salad met our expectations. At the checkout we discovered that the amount was 40 Fr higher than expected. When we reported this to the boss, he reacted defensively and shifted the responsibility to us. The price was subsequently corrected but we didn't have the feeling that it was an oversight. Overall our visit was a disappointment and we cannot understand how one can have a pleasant dining experience there.

The food was good and the atmosphere is impressive. There is seating for more than 100 people and the service is fast. Main courses come with salad and fresh (homemade?) bread. It is inside the mosque compound.

Good evening We were there last night for dinner. Unfortunately, the meat was not good at all. There was a smell and it did not taste good at all. Usually we always came and were satisfied, but unfortunately this time we didn't like it at all.

Adana Kebap was so bad that life no longer made sense. Yesterday, January 26th, 2024, we were there and ordered Adana Kebap. We got the worst Adana in the whole world. I had to be careful with my teeth when chewing, as there was probably bone or cartilage involved. Otherwise, I really enjoy eating there and will definitely eat there again, just no longer in Adana. Iskender is also very bad and not recommended.

I was really very disappointed this time. I went there very often, we as a large family loved to eat here but last night this time the food was cold and had no taste. The lahmacun was nice and thin and crunchy but almost no meat on it and no flavor.. service was very chaotic and no organization.. I'm so sorry but we can't come and we couldn't enjoy it anymore. At the end, service asked if everything was okay. I said it wouldn't work. She didn't answer anything.

The friendliness is absolutely unbeatable...that's reason enough to go. The portions that are served are oversized. The atmosphere is like a cafeteria... The reason for my 3 star is that it has an open kitchen. The consequences are that the clothes have to be cleaned immediately after the visit. Ventilation and separation of the kitchen from the dining room must or should be provided. I would visit MEMEt Usta more often, but you can't get rid of that smell there...

Very bad, chaotic service and a long waiting time. The food was also very poorly prepared, very very greasy, so much so that the Adana Beyti was swimming in oil and was soggy. And the fries were also just thrown on the side. I didn't like the food at all. We ordered 4 things and the three orders came after 20 minutes. The fourth order came after 45 minutes, even though two items were the same. I also had to ask four times and even had to go to the kitchen to ask where my food was. I was also the first to order that day but the last to eat. All the people who ordered after me got their food early.

We had an open buffet breakfast, it was excellent, there are all kinds of kebabs, it's a clean place, I especially loved the nail pitas, they were delicious, I recommend you to stop by if you happen to be there.

Best kebab in Zurich and the surrounding area. The xl kebab (14.50) was large and had a fine smoky aroma from the charcoal grill. We were there for dinner. All the dishes looked very tasty. At the beginning flatbread was offered with 2 delicious sauces. Everything was very clean and the service was very good and friendly. We will be back :)

First time we visited this restaurant. Positive surprise, we were 4 people (2 children and 2 adults) the saleswoman recommended a dish for two people, but it was also for 4 for the 2 children. The 4 of us really ate well. They also have very tempting offers. The prices are OK to be in CH. Very good attention from all the staff. They have a good terrace, but inside the restaurant there are many tables. We will surely repeat.
