Disappointing experience with the chocolate drink: Today I was at Café März on Rossbodenstrasse in Chur and tried the "homemade" chocolate drink. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but pleasant. The drink smelled like expired milk and the taste was overpowering and undrinkable. The seller claimed that this is how the drink should taste, which is hard for me to understand. However, the seller was a bit embarrassed at the same time and said that this felt like the 50th complaint about this drink. Dear March team, please put the Ovodrink back in your drinks cupboard. The woman with the pixie cut hair and glasses was awful with customer service to me, my mother and sister. Ignored us at first and was very rude. The other staff was kind and food was good.

One of my favorite restaurants in Chur. The service is always very friendly and accommodating. I find the atmosphere very cozy. The food is fantastic. I love the curry soup with banana chips. The Penne Juliana is also excellent. I think price/performance is great. It's important to make a reservation at the cafe with staff, it's always very busy. Always happy to come back.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food is nowhere near as good as it was 4/5 years ago.

Me and my mother were at Cafe Merz in the afternoon. My mother ordered a cafe and apple strudel with vanilla sauce and I ordered a warm Ovaltine. The drinks arrived and a few minutes later the apple strudel arrived. The sauce was runny like water. My mother told the waitress that the sauce was runny and the waitress said it was just like that this morning. When she cleaned everything up and we wanted to pay, the waitress said: The chef said it had to be so liquid because it was a sauce and not cream. I find this answer from him very cheeky because, according to the waitress, we weren't the only ones who drew attention. Maybe you should look up this “sauce” carefully in the books again, because for me a sauce is not water.

Personally, I don't think it's great that you have to stand in line to get your drink and food for such a low price. The part served is so small.

Friendly staff. Very good coffee, bread and patisserie. Neat and clean shop. Unfortunately, the environment is loud and hectic as the café is located between the Manor and other shops.

Waffle with strawberries 12 francs. Not even freshly baked, bought cheaply! The pack of waffles from ALDI is even better!

Great collection of sweets and chocolates, great for gifts, nicely packed and mixed. Sometimes they also have very cheap collections of yesterdays bread and buns.

Unfortunately, coffee is undrinkable. It's a shame there are no more Älplermagronen. Sandwich with vegetables is very tasty. Self service is simply flop.

The visit was ok but breakfast as described was not available. But the staff tried to find a good alternative. If you sit at the front you have to fetch it yourself and that leaves a rather cold atmosphere. Not so comfortable.

Today visiting Chur for breakfast we come here! The products are of quality The service is lousy: we ask for gluten free: answer NO we don't have!!! We are served dessert with an unwashed spoon!! Dirty Then when we leave we place our tray in the trolley and when we turn around we discover all the breads in gluten Here we're crazy about you We will never come again, it's lamentable

Merz used to be one of my favorite restaurants with very tasty food. Unfortunately, a lot has changed in the restaurant and take away. I've been disappointed most of the last few months. The dishes no longer have the same taste and the selection in the restaurant is unfortunately no longer as large. The popular dishes are no longer offered. A pity :(

I bought an Advent calendar in the shape of chocolate cubes. I paid over Fr. 30.- Was very disappointed. I was expecting different types of filled pralines for this steep price, but unfortunately 80% are dark filled and 20% have a caramel filling. A pity!!!

No one understands why Cafe Merz focuses on self-service! Nobody has to go to a restaurant for this! There is also no non-smoking area, it's absolute horror all the smokers there, you can't eat or drink something without being completely smoked!

Good food and this even after repeated visits!, but please adapt your concept... the fact that you can only get food in the afternoon (from 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.) on “self-service” is unfortunately very inconvenient and unnecessarily complicated. Please reconsider your concept.

The saleswoman in the store prefers to spend time with her colleague while she collects money. The Bircher muesli is only available with a spoon and roll upon request, the confectionery specialty (a fragile Mother's Day heart) is only packaged upon request. Doesn't seem very professional... The service specialists in the cafe, on the other hand, are very friendly.

I live in Aarau and ordered a Bündner nut cake for a homesick Bündner woman for her 95th birthday. I was served so kindly on the phone and after just 1 1/2 days the cake was there. I thank them and hope to be able to visit them in person. With kind regards Ursula Holzach

Bought pasta and on the train I sit in front of my meal without cutlery. Pasta was good but eating with your fingers was mediocre in times of Corona...

We went to dinner at 1:45 p.m., actually almost too late for the lunch break, but we were still able to order everything. I had a delicious Grisons barley soup that was simply incredibly tasty. My son ordered 9 chicken nuggets and he received 11 pieces. And at fair prices.

Rivella by the glass was non-carbonated and the glass wasn't completely full either. Instead of 3dl there was 2.75dl. Service was very slow. My friends got their coffee first and the rest of the drink was added 5 minutes later. Everything should be served together
