Merz Mühlbach Chur in Chur

Beautiful bread. Also loved their packs of day old bread to reduce food waste.

The almond topping has way too much filling in it. Sugar shock is inevitable.

Merz in the train station. Delicious cream slices, fine goat donuts and very watery, tasteless Togo coffee. It's never there anymore.

Unfortunately you are ignored by the saleswoman, obviously you don't want any customers here. Fortunately, there are many better alternatives in Chur.

Coffee is not my taste, I have rarely had such bad coffee. Rolls super nice and staff very friendly.

Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent service. She also typed something wrong and I would have paid more than 1.50 CHF too much if I hadn't defended myself. I had to ask three times to get a lemon tart. The other waitress was just packing it up for herself...it came out of the box at home suitably squishy. It's unbelievable that such an expensive store would hire such incompetent staff!!!! That was definitely the last purchase. 😡

Bread, rolls etc. great... service should be trained to say hello and goodbye instead of whispering to a colleague..
