Birenbrot and Biberli are unfortunately a bit dry, I don't know if that's because I had them sent to me by post. But it shouldn't be. 12 francs for postage is also well-intentioned / calculated!

At Messmer Biberbeck you can get the typical Appenzeller Biber in a wide variety of variations and other sweet Appenzeller specialties at affordable prices and of excellent quality. I usually leave the store with a lot more than I wanted, but you don't have to eat everything yourself :-)

Excellent service from a lovely lady, and wonderful food. Every dish is fresh, delicious and prepared with love. I felt very comfortable and in good hands right from the start, the landlady radiates a calming, pleasant aura. Many many thanks My personal favorite: Chef's Style Chicken + Fried Rice.

Schmiedgasse 8I love your yoghurts which I buy at Lidl. When I look at the sugar content of strawberry yoghurt, it's clear to me why yoghurts from Forster Dairy are my favorites. Simply because it is less sweet and still tastes much better than competitor yoghurts. The opening on the side for removing/recycling the packaging box is also clever. I really like Dairy Forster as an SME.

Schmiedgasse 10Very tasty food. The mezes are highly recommended. The ambience is inviting, but for our taste it should be a touch more like a Greek tavern. The service is top and hospitable, as you know it from the Greeks!
