My mother had been a daily customer of this business for more than 4 years but a month ago the cashier whom she knew from her many visits, abruptly asked her to see the contents of her bag in order to search it in front of three other customers. All this to realize that nothing had been stolen and let her leave without apologizing for this shocking situation for my mother who must pass by every day and remember this traumatic experience for a 60 year old woman.
