Migros Restaurant in La Chaux-de-Fonds

The children's area, tables, chairs and floors are always very dirty. I find it very poorly maintained, regardless of the time of day or day of the week.

If the new decoration of the restaurant is successful and the food served remains quite correct, even good (apart from the vegetables which are always or almost too bland), the cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired since the reopening. The tables are regularly dirty and the floor is often strewn with waste, at all times and not just after a “gunshot”. The same goes for the baby chairs, all of which were disgusting during our last visit. And what's more, it was defective, which was dangerous. Probably a lack of staff (very friendly indeed, especially at the checkouts), because we actually see a lot fewer people in the room than before for cleaning. I also deplore the fact that there is only one place to clear the trays. Much too far from many places, especially for the elderly and/or those with mobility difficulties.
