Migros Ristorante in Morbio Inferiore

The overall rating is so bad because the selection was already reduced to a minimum at 3 p.m. We were told we could only order what we saw at the counter (the selection was really manageable...). I thought it would close soon, but actually the restaurant would have been open until 7 p.m..?? Although there was bratwurst on the counter, no currywurst could be offered. All in all, a bit sad. Although the atmosphere is actually nice and the prices are OK.

The food and selection is ok for a take away. What surprised me: Compared to before, when food was served on normal plates and with a knife and fork, people have now apparently switched to disposable plastic bowls and disposable plastic cutlery. The result is a larger mountain of plastic waste (see photo). For me, given the current discussion about the flood of plastic and sustainability, this is an incomprehensible step, especially from Migros.

June 2022: new take away written. At lunchtime around 4 p.m. warm menu is still available, great. Portion size good, just unfortunately a bit salty. everything with disposable plastic plates and cutlery. If so, I would have introduced the compostable version of tableware. Nice seating areas inside and outside. sun and shadow. now very clean and friendly staff. 2021 2 stars: at 11:30 a.m. tables not clean with so few people. Eating with two vegetables and rice was good, but just barely warm. service, yeah. Kind regards and good luck. She said it was difficult because of the mask and that they were even allowed to be open... Be careful, the sliding door keeps opening and closing, so eat even faster otherwise it will be cold.

Disastrous unfriendly service. At 2:30 p.m. the entire kitchen is already cleaned sparkling clean and only stale things are served. The waitress wasn't even able to serve my daughter a hot dog. Customers are being dumped one by one.

Really unfriendly service We wanted our Sadwich warmed up We were there at 1:30 p.m. and the lady had turned off the oven. And she just didn't care. Two stars because I like migros.
