We don't always come across proactive people who take charge of errors and find a resolution quickly enough.

New Migros in Chêne-Bourg, on two levels. Very wide aisles, which can be practical but a lot of steps to find the desired items. I thought the choice would be wider than in its little sister from Thonex but not so much. Non-food items are in the basement along with biscuits and chocolate??? You just have to get used to finding your way around, as practical access is available from the Chêne-Bourg station platform. Otherwise just for 1 or two races we waste too much time, I prefer smaller spaces. And one more thing, we were waiting for a BRICO, there is nothing else around. Ultimately we can do better, but this is only the beginning, improvements will come over time. Let's be patient. 😉
