The noodles of ramen (tonkotsu) is really delicious, but soup tastes like water and it is cold(not warm)!! The umeshu with soda water is highly recommended.

Super fine ramen dishes! Everything is made in-house and the ingredients are organic/Demeter quality - it tastes good.

Best ramen in town! Luckily he doesn't take reservations. Otherwise the restaurant would probably always be fully booked. The delicious broth, perfectly prepared noodles and diverse selection of fresh ingredients make this ramen experience incomparable. Every bite is a delight for the senses, and the restaurant's authentic atmosphere completes the culinary experience. An absolute must for all ramen lovers and a place to visit again and again to indulge in this gastronomic masterpiece.

A very nice place, we really enjoyed the food. We had to wait about 45 minutes, but that wasn't a problem. I found it a bit of a shame that we had to share the table for four with others, but we will still come back.

I think it's very tasty at MIKI! The service staff is very friendly and accommodating. The selection is generous and delicious! However, I think it's a bit expensive that's why 4 out of 5 but I'll happily come back!

Very bad experience! The stupidest reservation system I've ever seen. I called them one day before to reserve a table, they told me the restaurant doesn't do reservations and I could just come. After arriving there were some free tables and no queue, but they didn't attend us, you should write your name onsite on the waiting list to be able to have a table like in 2-3 hours! Why would I come for them to write my name and return in 2 hours? It doesn't make any sense.

The Tantanmen was the tastiest ramen, but not spicy.

Love this place. But note: you can‘t make a reservation here. We had to wait around 30 minutes, but it‘s worth it in my opinion. There are plenty of vegetarian options and it‘s just a super cute place to eat.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. We arrived and no tables available inside and they told us only take away possible. In the meantime someone paid so we asked for the table but they told us it was already ordered to go. After we took the food we sat in one of the many tables available outside and they came to kick us out because on her words “we agreed on take the food”. It was really awful

Very good ramen, especially the home made noodles. We have been here dozens of times. Consistency pretty high. My favorites are Tantanmen and Tonkotsu ramen. Agenasu Don (vegan) is also an excellent choice.

The best vegetarian tantanmen ramen in town is here. The portions are great, the service is very friendly and if you have a seat, you don't have to wait long until the tasty ramen is in front of you. If you plan to spend your lunch break at MIKI, then we recommend not going out to eat until 1 p.m. At peak times and especially at 12 p.m. you can queue here for quite a while.

I had dinner there with a friend on November 21, 2023. I ordered a Shio Ramen. The next day I had food poisoning, which luckily got over after a day. I would have liked to complain about this over the phone. Unfortunately, they never pick up the phone. If you care about your health, you should avoid this place.

Great ramen, seems pretty authentic

Beware of forced tips when paying by credit card here! The cashier kept insisting on my pressing the OK button on the payment terminal. This was not my first time eating here. However, it is the first time I noticed that she decided I should pay an extra CHF3.-- for the tips. Sorry, but we live in Switzerland and have NO obligation to pay a tip at all, since staff must be paid decent wages. And to insist that people pay for it by taking advantage of their inattention is truly indecent and very questionable. Well, the meal was ok and the ramen were good, as usual, but the premises were way too crowded today at lunch time and I had to join 3 other people on a cramped and small table. Their gyoza do not seem to be house made but more likely frozen industrial (Korean) ones, though. Today was not a good and enjoyable experience. Next time, provided there is any, I will definitely pay more attention to their payment process and avoid this place at noon.

Really sad experience. Bad service and cold/Lukewarm ramen to go. I came there with baby and was asked to wait outside in the middle of November. Will never go there again. Meat was cold and hard, the broth was lukewarm.

The place does not take reservations and tells customers to wait for 1 hour before the door in the cold month of November. Really disappointing.

Excellent Ramen for reasonable price and Ingredients are sourced fairly (demeter) which is a huge plus! Waited for abiut 15 min on a satursday which is ok.

Stopped by at Miki during weekday lunch hour for their Veggie Miso Ramen and it definitely was worth going there! The Miso broth was incredibly rich and tasty (one of the best Miso broths I've had so far in Zürich and I've tried a lot of the Ramen places here), the Ramen noodles were cooked on point and the ingredients were well balanced. I'd definitely come back to satisfy my Ramen cravings.

Very nice, small Ramen restaurant. We had some delicious appetizers here as well. There are some quaint bars nearby where you might consider having a drink whilst waiting for a table as Miki doesn’t take reservations.

In the trendy neighborhood with good choices clustered in this Lochergut/Wiedikon area, Miki is a popular ramen shop that seems to always be packed! We went on Saturday evening around 18:30 and put our names down and were told to come back in 45 min. We easily filled up this time by grabbing a drink with all the bars close by it was no problem! Unfortunately we were not particularly impressed by the food—we ordered the vegetarian variant of Zhajiang men with eggplant, miso ramen, and tofu gyoza. My Zhajiangmen didn’t have much flavor and the miso broth doesn’t stand out in any special way compared to the other ramen shops in town. But their noodles were exceptional and tasted hand-made and fresh. The gyoza was fresh and pan-fried but crumbled and fell apart in the sauce but was maybe the best part of our meal. The host and waiters were all super friendly and attentive; tap water is free and self-service.

We will definitely be coming back here! We arrived close to 6.30pm on a Friday evening and the whole place was full. Luckily we were first in line to wait for the next table. The waiter was so friendly and always had a smile on his face despite the very busy service. We ordered the vegetarian gyoza and both vegetarian ramens. All of it was delicious!

Amazing food and very kind waitress! Prices are in line with Zurich standards. Tap water is free. You cannot reserve a table: you need to be patient and wait in line until a table will be free for you. I think I have waited for more or less half an hour but it was worth it!! I will come back!!

Finally a good restaurant in Zurich, where you don’t feel ripped off, overpaying every slightly better than average food ! The ramen there is an explosion of tastes, perfectly balanced, just wow ! I had the tananmen in vegetarian, the broth was thick and tasteful, it is nice also to see that they don’t under do the non meat options :) Price of 23,5 is very reasonable, again, especially with this quality, it is not something I got used to in Zurich ! The waiter was super friendly, having a smile for everyone, he made everyone feel at ease. I will come back and try the other options !

Nothing to complain! Absolutel 5 star deserved in my opinion. We waited 30 minutes to get a table but it was worth it. Service was absolute kind, patient, took every customer serious! The food was very good as well!

The ramen is very tasty and well served. Price is reasonable and we enjoyed dinner at Miki. I would say our server was fairly inexperienced and a bit too casual. Service training could be useful.

Food good, service but unfriendly.

Food was good, but not mindblowing. Miso and Tantanmen ramen were good, and are worth getting them. I would like more noodles and broth. But starters and desserts were nothing special, and I would not get them again. We paid 94chf for 2 starters, 2 ramen, 2 desserts, 2 drinks. What will make us not come back is the 50min waiting we had to do outside to get a table. We went on a Saturday at 19h15, and the queue was the same or longer until we left at 21h30. The place is good, but not worth in my opinion if I need to wait so long and standing. I would rather get some of their ramen as take-away and go home or a park.

The broth for the miso ramen wasn’t super interesting but with the combo of flavors it was a lovely soup, that I definitely crave and wanna have again. The eggs were also not the best. I’d say 4.5 stars for the food.

We wanted to make a reservation because we (the two of us) wanted to celebrate a birthday. We called and were told you don't have to make a reservation, there is always room. When you got there, the line stretched all the way to the back and you would have had to wait an hour...you should rethink your concept.

It’s been a few years since I was in Japan, but the Tonkotsu ramen here was very decent. The Gyoza, well, they must have a profit margin of 1000%. I’d stick to the ramen here. It’s a popular place though and has some wait time.

Make a reservation or come early, because lines get quite long! But definitely worth the wait 😊 Get the tonkotsu ramen if you can, and I also get extra noodles, hehe. Great broth, and great noodle consistency. Go-to ramen spot in Zurich

The food is great and it’s probably the best ramen place in Zurich. But this place is the Schrödinger’s cat of reservation. You can’t book and you never know whether you’ll find an immense queue when you show up there, or if you’ll have a seat in the 10 minutes. It’s a quantum gamble.

Very disappointed that there is no vegan version of the ramen soups. According to the menu, there are eggs everywhere, but especially no egg-free pasta. Doesn't fit today.

It is considered an internet celebrity restaurant, with many people waiting in line every day. But the texture of its ramen noodles is a bit hard for me, the soup is a bit salty, and the portion is not much. After finishing the ramen, I still felt not full, so I went to the other side and ate sushi again.

We were there a couple of times for lunch and every time they’re mixing up the order. Minced meat in my Tantanmen was undercooked and I felt it my stomach for the rest of the day.

Absolutely to try. Ramen was really great. Best Ramen in Züri!

Zhajiang Me noodles vegan version take away for CHF 22; poor price/performance ratio, max. CH 16 (already eaten 1/3 in the photo), otherwise everything was fine, Arigato Gozaimasu🙏🏼!

In the poke bowl the salmon was cooked, not raw. Mediocre waiting times and prices. Good place for vegetarians and vegans.

The Gyudon was very good, but the vegetarian tantamen ramen and the miso soup were mediocre. The restaurant atmosphere and the hosts are really good.

The vegetarian ramen here is excellent with good service. There is a line sometimes that you might have to wait in but it goes by fast and is worth it.

Charming little restaurant that serves mostly ramen, but also similar dishes like donburi and lots of appetizers. It can be quite busy and they don't take reservations, so it might be necessary to wait a while for a table. All noodles used in their dishes are fresh and hand made.

Best tantanmen ramen in Zurich that’s for sure!

We had a miso ramen and shoyu ramen. Both were good and especially chashu was very good. I believed it was japanese ramen. And the service was very good. It was a nostalgic type of ramen with thick noodles and was delicious. The chashu was soft, juicy and very delicious. The staff's response was also very good.

Ramen is OK I guess, I expected more. Waiters are great 👍😃. Joyful service. Be prepared to share your table with strangers

Second time here. At 12:30 Tonkotsu was sold out. So we ordered Shoyu Ramen and Tantamen. The broth was nice but not the best of Zürich. On the other hand the homemade Ramen were with a perfect bite! The place is rather small. Gyoza was nice. Service was friendly& quick and even made space for a stoller.
