Very tasty cordon bleu, friendly service! Luckily it wasn't that crowded, so it was very relaxed

Dinner was very good. Staff was very committed to their work. Will definitely visit it more often.

I really liked the food, it's just a shame that you have to order using a QR code... so no contact with the host and staff, so no hospitable atmosphere. Most sauces are gross.

Unfortunately, Mister Cordon in Thun is not recommended! First of all: I haven't eaten anything myself for various circumstances (see below). But my colleagues were anything but satisfied after the visit. Everyone can choose the business model for themselves. The fact that someone explains to you how the selection works, but then you have to order yourself using your cell phone is a bit strange! Well then: selected, ordered and paid directly via Twint. After a good 5 minutes we were told that what we ordered was “sold out”! Since I didn't like anything else, I decided not to order anything - a huge mistake! Because the 30 CHF that had already been paid could not be refunded on site. I had to provide my name, email address and phone number and was told it would take about 3/4 business days. After almost two weeks, nothing had been refunded. A response from the restaurant (which doesn't have a phone number on the website) only came after my second (not so nice) email! But then suddenly it worked pretty quickly! About the food: My friends who have eaten a variety of Cordon Bleus all over Switzerland were anything but enthusiastic! The fries as a side dish were too salty and the meat of the rather small Cordon Bleus was tough - even though some people even chose the more expensive veal! All in all, the visit to Mister Cordon cost us more nerves than anything else! At least the money worked out in the end - after almost two weeks!

The Cordonbleu’s were really perfectly made, tasted great and the meat was still very juicy. The ambience fits perfectly with the concept and also with the cinema right next door. Somehow self-contained. The selection of drinks is good and well selected. Immediately again.

Cordon Bleus at Mr. Cordon. I ordered the Q-Cordon Bleu with fries and salad. All you can drink is available for 5 francs. Afterwards we saw the film Beekeeper 😎🐝 in the Rex cinema

The whole thing sounds good, but for 30 CHF you can get a relatively small and averagely good Cordonbleu. Since the entire ordering process is done via the website, it was a shame that the order got lost. In the end, the discount we had and was promised to us was not counted. So I wouldn't go there anymore.

Frozen cordon bleu and a high price at that. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

Very tasty, the vegan cordonbleus!

The concept takes some getting used to but is okay. Unfortunately we have a good 60 minutes. Waited for our food. Luckily we didn't plan to go to the cinema next door, otherwise we would have missed the film. Information from the service staff would have been appropriate. At Mr. Cordon I don't really expect vegan products, which makes it all the more surprising that all of the sauces are vegan. Unfortunately it wasn't my taste at all. There's nothing wrong with the fries and salad, cordon bleu was okay.

A large selection of delicious Cordon Bleus and soft drinks can be refilled as often as you want. Everything can be ordered and paid for independently via smartphone. Love the concept.

We didn't like the anonymous concept of ordering online. The prices are also too expensive for the meager selection of side dishes and non-existent desserts. Fast food at a higher level…

Mister Cordon was an absolute experience that we will repeat. Firstly the service, Eric served us with passion and was courteous and polite with a dose of humor. The advice and wishes were really great. The ambience was like a vacation for a restaurant in a movie theater. The food is great and brilliant for people who like to eat enough. The sauce is a culinary delight, I think I finished the homemade BBQ. Come again. Thanks Eric

The host should take the feedback seriously and not always repeat the same answer. I for one will avoid this restaurant - won't be there long anyway.

The concept pursued by Cordon is contemporary and refreshingly innovative. This is reflected in both the presentation of the menu and the ordering process in the restaurant. During our visit, accompanied by a couple of friends, we enjoyed the cordon bleus and the French fries, which turned out to be extremely tasty. The service staff also proved to be courteous and friendly. However, we would like to note that drinking from cups was found to be somewhat unpleasant. From our point of view, a glass would be more pleasant for the guests. We also noticed that the still water from the machine was unnecessarily cold, possibly too cold for most guests. The interior of the restaurant is undoubtedly modern and contemporary, but it lacked a certain coziness or "warmth" that could make the ambience even more appealing. In comparison to established restaurants such as Beau Rivage da Domenico, the price-performance ratio did not seem to be fully developed in our opinion. Cordon still has potential here to ensure that guests visit the restaurant again.

The Cordonbleu: Two tasted slightly like pork. The other five were good.

I ate with you for the first time with 4 friends on December 19th, 2023. As a Cordon Bleu lover, I was very excited. Unfortunately, I hoped for more. The Cordon Bleus were solid, nothing more but nothing less. I think the variety of Cordon Bleus is good, and the quality is also okay. Crispy breading and varied fillings. However, in my opinion the price is a bit too high. I also miss a little more variety in the side dishes; “Only” salad and fries is a bit sparse. The salad was fresh but the fries were unfortunately run of the mill fries. An additional selection of, for example, Bärner fries and sweet potato fries would be an idea. The presentation of the Cordon Bleus as a "platter" on a wooden plate is funny, but not particularly coherent. Perhaps decorated with a few cherry tomatoes and parsley as a “decoration” on the plate, it would come across as a bit friendlier. All in all, a solid performance. Greetings Luke

Was there for the first time with friends. We were very impressed by the food, ambience and service. We took the plate and tried several Cordon Bleus. All of them were very good, even the vegetarian version (I say this as a meat lover!). Absolutely recommended, we will be back!

Super tasty Cordon Bleu’s! Pig tested and have to say A1! Nothing about the taste of pork etc… definitely not! Hot, crispy, melt-in-your-mouth cheese, all accompanied by hot and perfectly salted fries! Sharing idea is great so that everyone gets their own taste! Only recommended! I'll be back!!!! Price performance outstanding! Top advice and service, all in all TOP TOP TOP!

Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right: Unfortunately, savings are being made in the wrong place. The porky Cordon Bleu was barely edible, it smelled so much like pig. When it comes to fries, the kitchen hasn't yet understood that over-salted fries don't go down well. What particularly disappointed me was that the criticisms have been known here for a long time. I really hope for other guests that the kitchen will improve. Otherwise I don't see a future for this restaurant.

The experience with the Pork Cordon Bleu was disappointing as it smelled strongly of pork. The low price indicates poor quality meat, which is unacceptable in a restaurant of this class.

We were there twice. The first time we were approached by an older gentleman who worked there. He was unfriendly and very pushy. The second time we were served partly by him again but also by an extremely nice young lady. We took the record with the 4 Corin Blue. The size was extremely disappointing for this price. The turkey tasted good. The Pork Cordon Blue smelled so strongly of pork that it was barely edible. The fries were ok too, just far too few. We paid a price for this that you would expect in a posh restaurant. I cannot and will not recommend it. But the ambience was nice.

We were at Mister Cordon's for the first time. The first impression was good, service was friendly and the atmosphere was ok. But then came the cordon bleu...I don't know if the pork was old but you could really taste the pork. We could hardly eat the cordon bleu because of this. One of the three cordon bleu tasted so much like pork that we had to leave it alone. We think it's a shame that more money isn't spent on quality meat. If I had meat like that, I would also become a vegetarian. Sorry but we won't be coming anymore.

Very nice restaurant with a suitable atmosphere! Unfortunately the food wasn't good! You can tell that the Cordon Bleues were frozen. Vegan mayo is a stupidity to humanity.

Great selection of Cordonbleus, there is something for everyone. The restaurant was full, we were happy to have made a reservation. However, we felt stressed because we were told that the table had to be released again from 8 p.m. The concept is great. But not to spend a cozy, relaxing evening with friends. They focus on modern and fast-moving.

Unfortunately not the entire selection of drinks was available. Disappointing. Otherwise very tasty, simple and good value for money.

My visit to Mister Cordon had light and shadow. While the service was friendly and attentive, I was disappointed by the tasteless sauces, the high prices, the salad without sauce and the too small portion of the "Corde au Bleu". The sauces failed to serve their culinary purpose and the prices seemed out of proportion to the quality. An unseasoned salad spoiled the taste experience, and the portion of the main course was too small. Hopefully Mister Cordon will accept these comments as constructive criticism to improve the overall guest experience.

Delicious food; the cordon bleu was awesome, the fries were ok. Ordering process via APP is somewhat complicated, you have to calculate everything very precisely, otherwise you pay too much. Unfortunately, the ambience is not that great, wobbly high tables on which you are served tens of people or normal tables; too big for 4, too small for 6 people. All in all, definitely worth a visit.

Virtually no service because you have to order drinks and food yourself via your smartphone. Cordon Bleue very bland, little meat and fries too salty. Cordon sauces are only available with vegan mayonnaise, cordon sauces are greasy and bland... once and never again... Then prefer McDonald's!

visited the restaurant for the first time today. The service reacted relatively unfriendly because we didn't make a reservation 😳…. they had occupied a table! Ordering via QR code is ok, but I don't like it that way. especially since you should specify whether you want to tip or not. Eating goes like this, salad sloppy, not fresh, fries ok, we thought cordon bleu was edible, but I've eaten much, much better! Sauces with it: ketchup, barbecue and garlic (mister cordon) bland and greasy. a mc donalds for cordon bleu...but the food is better at mc donalds. I was here for the first and last time.

Mister Cordon is a great experience, especially for groups. With a Cordon Bleu plate you can try out different Cordon Bleu. You can easily order using your smart phone and the food doesn't take long to arrive. Attractively presented and delicious to eat. We'd love to come back.

Was there with my partner. The ambience is harmonious, the staff is really very friendly and the concept is well thought out. The cordonbleus are very crispy and juicy. Even though we ordered three meat options, I think it's great that vegetarian and vegan cordonbleus are also offered. We thought the concept with the drinks cup was great. We'd love to come back.

The portion of fries was oversalted and the drinks tasted cheap and overly sugary. You also had to tap the drinks from a machine. The staff walked past several times even though we signaled that we wanted to pay. The atmosphere is quite boring and looks a bit sad.
