I was disappointed with the cuisine because I expect much more from a Guild-awarded restaurant. Perch fillets were too dry and should be served with a freshly made tartar sauce - please no mayonnaise in a restaurant like this. Wir wurden unkompliziert an einen "Service"tisch gesetzt. Personal hat viel Arbeit - gewisse Wartezeit - ist ok. Bekamen 1 Karte. Ich war enttäuscht weil kein Hecht mehr im Angebot. Naja, Eglifilet gebraten mit Mandeln, sehr gut, auch die Salzkartoffeln dazu. Grosse Enttäuschung danach : extra Hecht-Karte später entdeckt!!! SCHADE!! Habs gesagt, wurde nur mir "oh" konstatiert! Dessert: War jahrelang Fan vom bekannten Bärechöpfli.
