As a long-time customer, I was very disappointed by the boss of the Mohn Bakery. After ordering a cake that wasn't made as described, I complained. Little insight from the boss and dealt with a 20.- voucher, which I haven't received yet. A real disgrace for this great bakery with great employees. They definitely lost me as a customer.

The price performance was not right for me and us! Ordering at the buffet is still his job, but simply slamming the tablet with the drinks onto the table in such an unfriendly manner "doesn't work at all." In addition, they didn't even take the time to take the drinks from the tablet and distribute them to each guest ! I don't have the impression that the guest is king there! Staff was very unfriendly! Unfortunately, not good advertising... I also come from the hospitality industry and my attitude is: Every guest brings the boss and the employees a salary!

It was very busy. We would have liked some nice cake or a piece of tart, but except half frozen Schwarzwälder, was nothing else available.

Let's put it this way, the products are ok for the rather high pricing policy but nothing earth-shattering. But what doesn't work is the way the employees communicate. As far as I know, I'm not on a first-name basis with anyone there and the politeness in general is very poor. In this area, those responsible would have to train people and investing money would definitely pay off.

Sandwich freshly prepared upon request - tasted very good. Offer of breads and confectionery; In summer there is also our own ice cream. Self-service. Seating inside and outside.

We ate a very nice ice cream. However, the cream has condensed a bit. Maybe because of the warm weather.? I think the price-performance ratio is too high for self-service (you have to order at the counter). Otherwise a modern, clean café, bakery, pastry shop.

Excellent company. However, as a customer I expect a product that is of impeccable quality in a high-price segment. This applies to the croissants that were sold from yesterday and were therefore soggy and inedible.

Innovation, such as drive in and solid baking craftsmanship come together here in the best quality. Poppy is a household name in Thurgau and sets a high standard. Everything is probably recommended. The braid and the extraordinary peaks are addictive. Especially the ones with lye sunflower seeds. It's nice that you exist at different locations.

Actually 5 stars when it comes to the products, everything fine, fresh and wonderful. But the voice of an employee...when she was talking to an employee behind the counter, her voice was completely natural and pleasant, when she spoke to me and served me, her voice became two octaves higher, like a fake one, I would like Voice seems friendly - as if she were talking to a kindergarten teacher - I just noticed it negatively and maybe the person concerned doesn't know that it seems artificial and forced, so rather unpleasant 😉 - I don't want to be addressed like a little boy when I'm almost 60 years old . Sorry if there was one less star for that. Naturalness is important to me, thank you.

Mother's Day - 8 a.m. The cake counter is full of “fancy” cake creations. Black Forest cake? None - Not out of stock but according to feedback: "We didn't do it". I walked out of the store shaking my head...

Definitely worth a visit. Delicious things that seduce. Bread, patisserie and the Easter bunny are all available. In the café you have the opportunity to enjoy everything comfortably. Only bakery I know with a drive-thru.

Pleasant atmosphere. The price is in the upper segment. Unfortunately, the reheated food was only just above room temperature. The conditions at the counter seemed unmotivated and only forced to be friendly.

Wide choice of desserts and bread! Excellent for breakfasts but also brunches, super welcoming trendy environment, dynamic young staff who fortunately speak English, (I also found a girl who spoke Italian.) For tourists Highly recommended!!

Everything was fine for us in Sulgen, nice service, unfortunately it was very cold and the staff couldn't/didn't want to close the door because of supposed steam. Unfortunately there is also a lot of glutamate in the salad dressing. Therefore only 3 stars...

Cake is good. Unfortunately, coffee doesn't taste that good.

We stopped spontaneously to grab something to eat before heading home. The selection was endless and very beautifully presented. The staff courteous and friendly. Everything tasted very good. What particularly impressed me was the fact that every ingredient used preferably comes from the local region and the route can be traced.

Is a great bakery!!!!! The staff in Sulgen simply leave the customers standing there without serving them!!! 2 cash registers out of 3 are billed at 2:30 p.m. Question is the staff customer friendly??? It's a shame for the great business.

Very nice, modern cafe/bakery. It looks like it's always full at lunchtime. Fresh salad buffet and rich food. Many craftsmen and travelers come here for lunch.

Big presentation, poor bakery quality. St. Gallerbrot ordered, unpacked at home a 2 pounder filled with air holes. Nut stollen falls apart completely when unpacked. I'm not going there anymore.
