Food was really good, but ordering times were sometimes long...

The food was okay, but the waiting time and service were subpar. The prices are absolutely outrageous (Fr. 10 for a liter of tap water). The last time for me.

We were happy to enjoy a frappe on this hot day. But disappointment came immediately. Bad service, nothing meaningful, aroma with a lot of imagination you might notice what it was! The preparation was so bad that I had diarrhea for two days! 👎😡 Never again.

Very friendly service even when the restaurant is full, small menu with reasonable prices and good quality. The only thing that is annoying are bike idiots who race through the restaurant despite the ban

Very unfriendly service. Employees were harassed by management before us. The order was not fulfilled correctly and was not exchanged. We had to ask for the bill several times. Never again!

1.5hr waiting for 1 schnitzel with at least 5 waiters and few guests is just not acceptable. Nice view but horrible, horrible service.

When the weather is nice, you can sit here and relax and look out over Lake Constance. A glass of wine with it, what more could you want?

Bad service and cuisine. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our food and after that our chicken burger wasn't cooked through. They then forgot the second burger and we moved on two hours later with an empty stomach.

Wir waren am Sonntag 25. Oktober 2020 extra nach Romanshorn gefahren um in der Mole bei wunderschönem Wetter einzukehren. Es stand auf der Homepage geschrieben bis 18 Uhr geöffnet. Leider war die Mole geschlossen. Habe angerufen danach kam eine Dame um 15 Uhr heraus und sagte sie öffne nun gleich. Aber nur bei schönem Wetter. Es war schönes Wetter. Wir hätten gerne gegessen aber die unfreundliche Art der Dame und das Desinteresse Kunden Willkommen zu heissen hat uns abgestossen. Wir empfehlen allen dieses Lokal nicht aufzusuchen weil es nicht gastfreundlich ist.Mit freundlichen Grüssen Claudia

Freundliche aufgestellte Bedienung in der direkt am See liegendem Restaurant Mole in Romanshorn. Sehr gutes Essen mit reichlichen Beilagen. Einen reichlich garnierten Salat vor dem Hauptgang. Wir kommen wieder vorbei. Die Chefin hatte auch Zeit vor einen Smalltalk.

Very friendly service. Nice place to sit right by the lake. Just had something to drink. But we'll definitely come over for dinner too. Everything looked very tasty!

very nice atmosphere. Therefore one star and the other for the good pizza. The rest was a disaster. Service was very bad, not courteous nor good, plates weren't cleared away when the food finally came after a long wait and the table wasn't even set. I wasn't particularly friendly either, the fish crispies were dripping with fat, I've never seen anything like that before. never go there again.

After 1h15min. We (4 adults, 2 children) asked if the food would be coming soon. It said in 2-3 minutes. After another 15 minutes and another request, we were told that the chef could now take our order. We had enough and left hungry.

One can debate whether a waiting time of 30 minutes for hot food is appropriate. But if you don't have a sausage and cheese salad on the table that doesn't need to be cooked after waiting for more than 30 minutes in a restaurant that isn't full, then it no longer has anything to do with gastronomy. The restaurant only lives from the view.

Grundsätzlich gibt es gutes Essen, leckeres Eis to go und die Lage ist herrlich. Nur sind wir mit unserer Familie 20 Minuten am Tisch gesessen, ohne bedient zu werden. Der Kellner hat lieber mit anderen Gästen geschwatzt. Die Schirme waren nicht offen, obwohl es heiss war, Gäste, die nach uns gekommen sind, wurden zuerst bedient und immer wieder ging der Kellner "leer" ins Gebäude rein und kam dann "leer" wieder raus um uns weiter zu ignorieren. Wir sind dann gegangen, als der 3. Tisch, direkt neben uns, zuerst bedient wurde, obwohl sie sich gerade erst gesetzt hatten. Schade.

Service disaster, boss cheeky! Iced coffee is advertised as having 2 scoops of ice cream - only one is served. If you want to complain you have to be able to speak English - the boss doesn't speak German. Not recommended locally even if the location is great

Locatin is great. The service is very inattentive and it takes a long time to wait. Not suitable for dogs, we asked for water for our four-legged friends and were told that they didn't have a container and that the dogs could drink in the lake.

Unfortunately, unfortunately, the fine fish dishes are a thing of the past. The whitefish fillets, if they really were any, tasted a little muddy, they were covered in a run-of-the-mill (ready-made?) sauce, and the rice was bland and overcooked. Incomparable to what was served here last year and all the years before. It's a shame, because the location is unique and the service staff is extremely friendly. August 26, 2014

Yesterday we happened to stop by this beautiful open-air restaurant and had a really good meal there. The "whole fish (whitefish)" was carefully prepared and fried until crispy; The veal steak was also great, served with a rich salad with a great, certainly homemade salad dressing. ONLY RECOMMEND!!!
