I am referring to the order via eat.ch from Sunday, October 22nd, 2023. After waiting for almost an hour, the order was simply canceled, even though it had previously been confirmed by the local. As if by magic, it was then indicated locally as “closed” everywhere, only to reopen a few hours later. I can't comment on the food, but my experience was subpar. If you're hungry, it's better to order somewhere where your order will be delivered safely.

Schlosstalstrasse 1The dessert we ordered couldn't be carried out - as the ice cream machine was apparently broken. Unfortunately we waited a long time for dessert without any information about what exactly the problem was. We had to go and ask ourselves where the dessert was. Refund hassle-free.
