Very bad service, very unfriendly staff, we had to wait for everything much too long. Sorry, we not come again soon

It took them more than an hour to serve us our food while we watched other tables that had arrived later being served. When we complained about it, instead of apologizing, they became defensive and did not give us clarity about how long it would take. Once the food was served, some dishes arrived dry and overcooked, which gave us the idea that the food had been ready for a long time and was reheated.

The pizzas are excellent here. I had the pizza parma and it was filling and tasty. It is a large restaurant where you get your food quickly even when it is busy. Often busy. If you are looking for a cozy place, choose something else.

Very good restaurant at the top of the Gondola which leaves from Verbier. We were made very welcome there and ate very well. The setting is nice. It is the starting point for ski slopes and other snowshoe hikes.

During our 8 days of snowboarding in Verbier, this is the place we visited on the slopes the most often. It has a good selection of food and drinks, amazing views (right next to paragliding station) and is pretty spacious. The food is ok, as you would suspect in such a food court, nothing fancy, but quite tasty. And a huge plus for the Wi-Fi, it's the only place on these slopes that has it (though when heavily crowded, it's pretty useless, but still).

Delicious food. If you have any questions, the rösti with vegetables could also be vegan/lactose-free (without cheese). As standard they have a vegan burger on the menu, but that's not my thing. Fortunately, the rösti was an option and I can recommend it! Good and friendly staff and the terrace enjoys the sun.

Modern restaurant with beautiful decoration, the dishes were all excellent. The servers are friendly and welcoming. The prices are however relatively high, but nothing shocking for Verbier. A special mention however for the 1L bottle of Henniez bleu at 10.- 🥳 the wine was almost cheaper!! Too bad, because everything else was great and we had a great time.

Don’t waste your positive vibes, let alone your money at this place. The restaurant manager, Mitchel, is extremely rude. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff that work here, it’s not their fault that their boss is hostile and unwelcoming and will ruin your mood (and their tip)! We made a reservation for 11 people, they have two seating schedules at 12:30 and 14:30. They only had availability for the second one. When we arrived our table was not ready, we waited half an hour to be seated only to be told we couldn’t order an appetiser because the kitchen was closing in half an hour. When we asked why they didn’t tell us this when making the reservation Mitchell started screaming at us for being rude and told us he’s “sick of people like us” that we should have known this and it’s not his problem. He dumped a bunch of built up anger on our table completely unrelated to our group. Absolutely absurd. Mitchell claimed this is “standard” for Verbier, we’ve been coming here for 15 years and I can testify that I’ve only met this level hostility at his restaurant, nowhere else. Then we received bread baskets and were served butter pods that were already open and used from a previous seating. Gross. Overall, very sad. And sadly not the first time. Since Motion Noir opened everyone in the community has been rooting for it to become a cool and fun place to go to but unfortunately they just don’t seem to get the management right.

The waitress informed me at 12:50 that the kitchen was closed already. Despite my insistence to stay, she suggested I go to the fast food area downstairs, stating that if the kitchen will accept my order it would take at least 30 minutes. Felt a bit rushed, and it seemed like she preferred I leave.

Too bad no possibility is given to modify a dish for people with allergies!!!! disappointed…. And more cheese crusts…

We had our self-service lunch on the terrace. Since we chose different food, we had to queue at different stations, which was rather inconvenient. The food is rather expensive. I had a veggie lasagne that was extremely bland, the pasta was too soft and the tomato sauce on top was simply unloving. There's a lack of flavor (herbs, salt, etc.) and not even a packet of salt and pepper made much difference. The salad had too little sauce and the leaves were too big. The burger was good, but had a lot of onions and the fries lacked salt. The goulash soup was good but very expensive at 12.-. The seats outside are okay, but a little too few, so you would have to sit tighter.

They made us sit at a side table telling us we could order food, refused to serve it afterwards claiming kitchen would Have closed before they could prepare it. We ordered at 13:00 with half of the tables empty…..
