Always worth a visit... you'll never be disappointed with Piwi. Good beer, nice atmosphere and the service is also good. You can also eat something good here :)

Great Pub, with great People, extraordinary Drinks and great Service. This Pub gives you the feeling of being in the UK.

Not wasting my time here again, I was here twice in a row to have some food, but didn't happen because either the kitchen was closed, or they didn't have the ingredients to prepare the food on the menu.

Nice place to have tasty food and various beers. Staff is helpful and calm 😊 Portion is food is more than enough. Atmosphere is UK style. Recommend to all.

This is how an English pub should be. Fresh draft beer and at least 5 different football games on the TV at the same time.

The burger improved a lot over the years and the beer selection got wider. I wish they also had something like hazy IPAs on the menu.

Pleasant atmosphere and good service. Nachos however were the worst we've ever had. Gigantic portion but tasted as bad as it looks (see picture of reality vs. menu). Chicken wings were o.k.

The staff is nice and the drinks are served quickly too. Great store :) 10/10

Similar to Irish pup. Nachos were super tasty. Beer good. Were during the week. You've waited quite a long time to eat or drink. But service was nice.

Nice pub with different types of beer. Burgers and fries were delicious. Self Service, however, is by far the most expensive beer in Baden.

Initially we liked this place because it has an authentic pub atmosphere, so we came back a few times. However the first disappointment came when we order food. The portions are small compared to the prices and the quality nothing to write home about. The Mediterranean Platter is just tiny quantities of few bits, which are not enough not even for starter. The Club Sandwich advertises "fresh chicken filling" in the menu, which tricked us into expecting some chicken; all we got was some cream with tiny bits of what we believe was the chicken. The worst though was last time, when we sat at a free table, had drinks watching the Rugby, and later on ordered food, which was served to our table. Five minutes after they served our food, one of the staff asked us to leave our table because it was reserved!!! I could not believe it... (1) There was no "reserved" sign on the table. (2) The staff kept going round and picking our empty glasses but no one said to us that the table was reserved (3) They served our food at that very table, but they did not tell us it is reserved. Only 5 minutes later they thought of telling us that we will have to leave our table, while we were in middle of our meal. Totally unacceptable. If a table is reserved, it has to have a "reserved" sign on it. This is very low level of service, I'm sorry Mr Pickwick, but we are not coming back anytime soon...

Nice place to enjoy a beer (or two) on a Monday.

You also have Guinness and many other types of beer to try. Located right at the train station.

I find it very difficult to understand why this pub has 4.3 stars. I can't speak about the food, in all the time I was here the kitchen was shut. I will say, however, the beer was OK and the staff (Valentina) were very professional. I do expect a better standard from Mr Pickwicks. Staff very accommodating about sports on the TV.

Beer is good. The one I chose was not phenomenal, but the atmosfere is nice, and there's plenty of choice. Prices are swiss, beware if you're not from here, but they're not too high.

Great pub right in the center that offers a variety of beers and food. I particularly liked the location and the square where you can comfortably drink a beer and watch people stroll around. The service is good, advises you on your choice of beer and also clears away the mess. The only drawback are the blinds, which could be replaced.

Pub food with its qualities and faults. The advantage of opening on Sunday. Efficient service.

Everything is great except the print prices are very high. More than twice as high as in England.

Beer is expensive. 9 Stutz for lager 😏, otherwise nice pub, nice service and varied events.

The burgers come with a little amount of chips and they are also really nothing special, you can easily do better yourself at home. Also the description don't match the reality, there was no "knackigen Salatmischung" and the buns was far to be fine.

I have known this place for 30+ years and it is still great!

I live in the hotel upstairs. It's a lovely hotel with great view of the lake. The beear and burger in the bar are very good. I recommend to have a drink there. The staff there are quite friendly as well.

Great vibe, looks and feels like a PiWi. I tried all types of beer. The 10th wasn't good, I got dizzy and had trouble finding my way home. But I'll still come back!

A typical English pub in the heart of Switzerland!

Unpleasant place. We met a drugged, aggressive man who disturbed us. The staff probably knew him. Fortunately, he was asked to leave. Prices are excessive for such quality. The darts board experienced its youth probably 15 years ago.

Ended up going here four times in the week we were visiting my brother in law.

Atmosphere was fun and the food was really good. I had a cheeseburger and fries. I asked for a local beer and it was fantastic. I highly recommend.

Very nice pub, very nice to chill out. Extensive drinks and menu, friendly staff. Various football games are broadcast and of course there is also a dart board in the Irish pub.

nice place to have a pint.. big problem is that they do not have the food which is on the menu card, and you have to take something else!! Nice people to meet but the owner has no clue how to run a pub!!

Jägermeister Shot Fr. 10.50, when asked about it the boss was even more unfriendly than already and said it was on the menu. That was the answer if you consumed several hundred francs worth of beer in a group. At least 10 guests less in the future.

Often overcrowded and just a typical (Swiss) pub feeling. Like most pubs in Switzerland, they just can't come close to the original ones. In terms of price, it's in a different league anyway, which is a shame.

Even though we got the wrong thing, the waitress was so nice and offered us something. But we also really enjoyed the club sandwich, especially with the fried sweet potatoes

The hamburger was good and the service was very nice as they have served even if I was a bit out of time. I retain that the price was a bit too high but maybe this is in comparison to Italy same style restaurants.

Stopped here to grab late lunch and a beer. Food was good and quick, same as the drinks. Prices are the standard in Switzerland. The terrace is amazing, next to a fountain and to the clock tower. Can’t ask for more. Will come to watch some football.

We were very bad welcome and the service was outrageously impolite. Never ever again.

I’ve been at Mr. Pickwick several times and never I faced such an unreasonable bartender, hostile since the beginning, made me wait ages to take my order (at the bar… not even at the table) and then, after letting him know how totally unpleasant my experience was, he just refused to serve me and my table anymore, not even a glass per favore water for the kids… I swear I will never go back to this place. I hope the manager/owner will come to know very soon and will take some countermeasures or, if he agrees with handling that pub this outrageous way, good for him. :-(

Wonderful bar and staff spreading christmassy cheer. Loved the give out santa hats! Unfortunately even on christmas day some people can't be polite. I overheard a lady and her male friend/husband cursing out the bar staff and calling them rude because they were asked to show a certificate/wear a mask. I experienced very nice service and was glad that the nasty family was cut off from service and had to leave. The whole bar was relieved!

I am a rugby fan and here they broadcast all the most important matches of the best on several screens. Fans from New Zealand, South Africa and Australia gather here. There is always a good mood. It's an Irish pub with good beer. And there is also a corner for children. Just great.

Nice service, always good for watching sports. Tiptop drinks and snacks are also ok! If you are looking for English conversation, you have come to the right place too. But the biggest argument is one of the few bars in Baden with table football (töggelichaste)

Great respect to the landlady, she put an extremely naughty visitor in his place yesterday. He actually wanted to put his feet up on the chair. Not with me, she thought, this is my house, and the man took his feet off the chair without resistance. Strong action. Therefore 5 stars. Otherwise, as always, 3 beers, 467 francs, self-service, what more could you want!

An employee was extremely cheeky to us and didn't even explain it! Someone like that should be fired. Always leave so much money here. Don't come anymore!
