We had an irresistible craving for cheesecake and came across Mrs. Cheesecake. Even though it was well outside of her business hours, Karla welcomed us with unparalleled warmth and served us the best cheesecake we have ever tasted. The cheesecakes are absolutely great in a wide variety of variations and it's great, especially for single-person households, that the cakes are relatively small: if you just want to make yourself and a loved one happy, buy one, if several people are eating with you, buy several :-)

Every sweet tooth must try this cheesecake. It's worth every sin. Creamy, juicy and a slight lemon note when it melts in your mouth. What I particularly like is that Mrs.Cheesecake does everything herself and you can taste and see that she does it with passion. Anyone traveling to Basel should definitely stop by.

Wow! Mrs. Cheesecake makes the very best cheesecakes I have ever had the pleasure of eating in my life. I come from a family of bakers and have high standards when it comes to sweets. Mrs. Cheesecake has surpassed this with every flavor. I was able to taste tangerine, chestnut nougat, apricot, pear and classic and was always thrilled. Highly Recommended!

By chance I discovered Mrs. Cheesecake at the market in Basel. I was surprised to find a traditional German cheesecake in Switzerland. Of course, as a native of Freiburg, I wanted to try a piece straight away and decided on the classic cheesecake. I am a hobby baker myself and all I can say is: This cheesecake is a poem 😍 So creamy and light, no sticky sugar that sticks to the palate, just absolutely perfectly balanced and balanced in terms of taste. Carla, the owner of Mrs. Cheesecake, informed me about the ingredients, which are 100% Swiss. Each of these little delicacies is lovingly handmade by her. And you can taste it too. I tried two more cheesecake variations and even after 3 days in the fridge at home, the cake was still delicious, fluffy and absolutely fresh. Cheesecake is a fantastic dessert and there are many variations at Mrs. Cheesecake. Today I enjoyed a rhubarb cheesecake. It is a particularly delicious combination because the fruity and sour note of the rhubarb harmonizes perfectly with the creamy and sweet consistency of the cheesecake.
