Too perfect. Were there as a large family with five children. Reserved 1200, arrived 1210. Amuse bouche is all well and good, but at 1:15 p.m. it would be better to have a salad and, above all, The children's menus were helpful. Then came at 1:30 p.m. Everything dragged on until dessert, dessert came staggered (children's ice cream NOT first) at around 3:45 p.m. If the kitchen is understaffed - then it's a little easier, especially for guests with children, but within a useful period of time. Perfect for seniors and adults with time on their hands, not suitable for families. There were only 2 IKEA high chairs and they didn't cost the whole world...

Once again we were able to enjoy the pampering program.

We drive past this restaurant every day and it is almost always busy. Today we were there for the first time and we are absolutely thrilled! We didn't make a reservation, but they were able to offer us a table. The food was excellent, value for money was great, the service was very friendly, warm and accommodating. You have gained guests :) Thank you very much for this great experience!

05/14/23 (Mother's Day): Dined in 'Gade' for the first time: great, bright atmosphere with lots of wood for cozy hours! Note the antique skis including bindings! Pleasant acoustics even when fully occupied and the quality of the food including service is fantastic as always! Mothers received a rose as they left the restaurant 👍👍👍 02/12/23: Ate again at lunchtime at the mill: Still top service, very friendly service and excellent quality of food (including dessert). Still recommended! 👍 Excellent cuisine and very friendly staff! Today I had a huge plate of game (sliced ​​meat with homemade spaetzli in a game cream sauce 👍👍👍). Excellent as is the dessert (see picture). A visit to the mill is definitely worth it!!!!

Nice atmosphere and excellent food. The restaurant has about 10 parking spaces and seats for about 60 guests. There were two waitresses who looked after all the guests wonderfully. Service was friendly and pleasant. The dishes were excellently presented and perfectly prepared. Portions were just right. Highly recommended, especially for family gatherings or groups of 4-8 people.

The day before yesterday I had dinner with 3 friends and was thrilled. The table is beautifully set. The candles were lit immediately and the staff were very friendly and calm. You couldn't hear anything from the open kitchen. The food was sensational. The presentation is very nice. The sauce came with the salad in small bottles for each person, which I find very sweet and, above all, very practical because I always like a lot of sauce in salads. For dessert I had Caramel Töpfli with small caramel cubes on the whipped cream. I've never had anything so hot. Everything tasted fresh. The boss came by personally and asked if everything was okay. We had a very nice evening, which is rare in a restaurant these days. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!!! Thanks so much

The menu has something for everyone and the red wine selection exceeds all expectations. In the associated “Mühli-Gade” I enjoyed the best racclet I have ever been served. We stayed there 3 days ago. The food is delicious. My main course, the beef tartare, was simply very good quality meat. It's a shame the smoked salmon ravioli aren't made in-house, or so we were told. But otherwise everything is fine. Thank you very much.

We happened to drive past it. The restaurant really appealed to us from the outside. Inside it is very nicely and comfortably furnished. The mill fits perfectly. The food blew us away. We had menu 1. Salad and then meatloaf with mashed potatoes in a fine mushroom sauce. Great. The restaurant is worth a visit. Gladly again. The service from Yvonne was also very pleasant.

Were there as a family and had the feeling that we weren't welcome with children. Food was good. Unfortunately, some of the service staff were not very friendly. We had to demand everything for our child, from the chair to the plate. It's a shame, children are the guests of tomorrow.

If you are always rejected like I was able to experience on Tuesday, then goodnight Restaurant Mühle and the serving daughter would do well if she doesn't feel like changing jobs. In the Corona period, I think every innkeeper is happy to serve guests .

Such a perfect beef fillet...a dream! And the Cordonbleu was also very good. We'll remember this super clever restaurant and will be happy to come back when we're in this area again. We were there in a motorhome and initially didn't feel welcome. The staff was visibly annoyed and completely overloaded. After ordering, the service worked great and the food was, as always, excellent. So if you want to enjoy fine food served on porcelain despite the lock-down...

Ordered 3 menus at lunchtime yesterday, Cordon Bleu with fries and vegetables, it was very tasty and still warm when we got home. Dany and the team do a great job, I can only recommend them

Mühle Wohlenschwil, motorhome dinner Conclusion: disappointment! There was no one on site when we arrived, but we knew that according to the telephone information someone would be there from 4:30 p.m. So we waited... But it wasn't like that after all... The employees didn't arrive until around 5 p.m.: 00 little by little, exactly one person noticed us and gave us a smile... My husband then went to the restaurant to ask about electricity etc... Here was a rather annoyed reaction... Later I went to the restaurant to ask to pick up the menu and then came the biggest disappointment: although I had been informed by the boss himself that you could also order something from the "normal" menu, this was impossible on site... And this fact was emphasized very vehemently by the deputy present ... But then an employee remembered that she had overheard the telephone conversation with her boss and me and confirmed my statement... Anyway... We then found what we were looking for on the take away menu: the Nüssler salad was very tasty , our dog ate the dry toast that was served with it... That says it all. The fact that the salad was served before we received the cutlery and napkins no longer matters in retrospect... But the main course was really excellent... Nevertheless, it is clear to us: if it's just about the food If it were possible, we would eat at the mill again at any time... But, after always receiving an extremely warm welcome and service from 3 motorhome dinner providers in Emmental, we are more than just disappointed with the offer, behavior and approach of Mühle Wohlenschwil.. So for us a clear conclusion: the first, the last and the only time in the mill.

I can only recommend. The delivery service worked great, very friendly and the food was very good... keep it up.
