The delicious amuse bouche with grilled leeks, field caviar and falafel was a sensation. The ricotto raviolo was a real taste explosion with salsify, pumpkin espuma and the grated “Belper Knolle”. A Luma entrecote that melts in the mouth, richly garnished and excellently presented on the plate, pampered our palate once again. A delicious cheese buffet and the final gingerbread dessert rounded off this culinary evening in a wonderful way. This unique restaurant, right on the Rhine, is really highly recommended!
