NA081 in Opfikon

We had dinner at NA this evening, it was very tasty for all of us, as if we were in Italy, I can say as a southern Italian ☺️ The staff is extremely warm, courteous and very attentive TOP! The photos clearly speak for themselves! GRAZIE DI CUORE TORNEREMO SEMPRE!!!!!!!

I love this place, it's one of my favourites! Well-kept and welcoming environment, you really feel at home. The staff is always friendly and helpful, attentive to customer needs. And the food? Fantastic is an understatement. From the pizzas, worthy of the Neapolitan tradition, to the first and second courses... everything is truly exquisite. Always very happy to eat here with my friends, certain of always making a good impression.

BEFORE..Formidable staff, helpful and friendly, difficult to find in other places, not to mention the pizzas, to say the least FABULOUS. NOW..Unfortunately following the changes recently made by the management, I would give a maximum of 3 stars, the service in the room is disgraceful, it used to be a pleasure to enter. Not to mention the pizzas, although the pizza chef is a MASTER in his profession, I believe they imposed changes on the dough, bringing the pizza to a level comparable to frozen foods, not to mention the toppings. Absolutely no negative note towards the pizza chef, as I don't think it is absolutely his responsibility, but rather that of the management. It's a real shame to have ruined such a restaurant

We waited 40 minutes to quench our thirst! It is not possible! I can't put all the blame on the waiters. They ran left and right. Maybe a little more staff? As for the taste, it wasn't to my taste. But this is clearly personal. The others liked the pizza. A piece of advice to the owner: a few more waiters! I can't say I will go back

Beautiful place, excellent quality of food, professional and welcoming staff, excellent cuisine and pizzas absolutely recommended. The name of the restaurant makes it clear what it represents but in the menu card this Neapolitan character is missing a bit, in addition to the dishes that almost all Italian restaurants in Switzerland do I expected to see for example a Genoese, pasta with potatoes and provola or the Scarperiello in short, underline the origins. This is just my opinion

This is our regular pizzeria in Zurich 😉. We come here once a week and love NA081's pizzas, especially the cacio, pepe e guanciale 😄. Just stay like that!

The food is super tasty, the pizza and spaghetti vongole were very good and the portions are large. TOP price/quality ratio. I think it's a shame that the salad dressing isn't homemade and the mixed salad consisted of green, red lettuce and rocket. What I mean by a mixed salad is something different. Otherwise really great! Unfortunately, when the restaurant is full it is very loud.

I always ordered and ate there and it was one of my favorite places to eat pizza and pasta. But since the staff changed, that's no longer the case. I have a carbonara and a fried pizza Brought home, portion of carbonara became smaller, guanciale was not cooked through and not crispy. I can't complain about the Pizza Fritta, just a little dryer than usual. A pity.

I travel a lot to restaurants throughout Europe, the food is normal and good. What honestly struck me was the service that Sofia offered us: humble, always on point and does an excellent job unlike the other guy who brought the beer after a while. now...if I were to open a restaurant I would try to hire as many staff as Sofia...well done, keep going!!

Very bad service, no good knowledge of German. The service had 2 main courses served one after the other, 10 minutes apart. The 3rd judgment was completely forgotten. After asking about compensation, the service employee became very unfriendly and obviously placed the payment device on the table in a very aggressive manner. To eat: carbonara bacon was burnt way too much and tuna fish pizza way too many onions

As I write this review I am sitting here, total disgust, we waited 45 minutes for a table and the waitress told us 20 minutes, then another 50 minutes for the pizza which then arrived, a disappointment the dough had not risen and the pizza it was raw, the waitresses tell the owners the cabbages to the customers and speak very badly, those who work extra hours are paid little and are exploited etc they scream and bang like crazy, an endless wait, rude waitresses and poor food,, I gave mine away money to those who don't deserve it,, not recommended

On a Saturday evening we had a delicious dinner with a group of six. Despite adding two additional guests an hour before our reservation, the staff accommodated us seamlessly. The food and desserts were delicious, offering generous portions at a good price. Highly recommended!

Simply incredibly delicious! Landed here spontaneously, I quote my husband: best pizza ever. I can agree with that, also the starter (Mozzarella di Bufola and Prosciutto crudo) as well as the espresso - it couldn't be more Italian authentic!

For swiss standards this is a good restaurant. Led by italians. Staff speaks italian to you, whoch i personally find a little weird. The menu is also in italian so i mostly order the same thing again. The struggle to translate a menu annoys me a little. This is zurich after all and not milano. The food is pretty authentic though.

The pizzas are excellent, the service is very nice and friendly. The staff is also very helpful. Unfortunately, the only thing to complain about is the ambience with the narrow seating.

Unfriendly staff, after we received the drinks, we were told that not everything could be ordered, time 7:05 p.m. Bread is brought to us in packaging. We waited a long time for the main course. Waitress sings around. We felt like they had forgotten us.

They were unfriendly, they were very, very rude and we were not welcome. You can see it in their eyes (racism). Menus were not all available which is unbelievable for an Italian restaurant. They're always singing, you can't even have a normal conversation. We waited almost an hour for our food. Bread came baked in a bag, too much source. I honestly can't offer a service like that.

Some time ago I was at NA081 in ZH Seefeld and ate a top pizza there. This time I wanted to recommend it to a friend who had never been there and went to Opfikon. Food and everything was great, but the starters were definitely warmed up. Pizza Maialona was good, but unfortunately I got a massive stomach ache during the night and had to vomit. I will probably only visit the restaurant at lunchtime as the service and ambience in the evening are simply not good.

The food wasn't fresh at all, I had pasta with tomato sauce and meatballs. The meatballs were totally cold and inedible. You noticed that it was only warmed up briefly. The pasta wasn't cooked through at all and was still way too hard. I left the plates there. The service was quite unfriendly, she just cleared my plate without asking me. Very unfortunate.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting 'Na081' restaurant and it was an excellent experience. The friendly staff (Rebecca and Maria) created a warm atmosphere.The pizza I ordered was delicious and freshly made. 'Na081' is definitely a place I would happily recommend. I will certainly come back!

Very mediocre pizza. The set up of the spaces amplify the noises, it was at times quite loud inside, so the atmosphere wasn‘t relaxing or cozy at all. Somehow, despite sitting at the opposite end of the exit, the massive stench from the cigarette smokers outside managed to enter and pervade the entire space. The personnel was very friendly, attentive and efficient. However, we will not be coming back.

Good day I was at NA81 in Glattbrugg this afternoon. The service was really not good and was unfriendly. Then I ordered a pizza of the day, pizza biancha with crema di friarielli salsiccia e `nduja. The pizza was totally burnt and the ingredients weren't fresh. Mozzarella wasn't crispy, everything was rubbery. The whole thing was upsetting. One thing I can assure you is that if you get a pizza like that in Naples then you can close the place. Unfortunately, I cannot understand all of these positive recessions. It really wasn't anything positive. It's a shame, I was really happy. The first pizzeria was opened in Meilen and the pizza there wasn't bad, but today's one really disappointed me
