On Friday it used to be cake day, I remember the grater apple cake like when I was my grandmother... Old values ​​are upheld here.. The bistro with its meals is also a welcome stopover, whether sweet or savory, I loved the soups... Even though I no longer work in this region, it is always worth a trip to Thurgau most India for me.. 👍😋

We rarely go out and wanted to treat ourselves today. The deluxe breakfast for 11.50 was an absolute failure. We are very disappointed, you have to get the 2 rolls yourself (two small rolls are definitely not enough given the price). The orange juice wasn't brought at all, and every butter or something like that goes extra with exorbitant prices. For me, a cheese plate is not: 8 thin (3x3cm) slices of cheese! There were also 2 slices of salmon and a good teaspoon of Philadelvia, 1 butter 10g, 1 confi, 1 kafi! You definitely won't get full here for the price. I had a barley soup (okay but not special). The sandwich I ordered didn't come at all. There were 3 guests in the catering area! I'm from the catering industry myself, but I've rarely experienced something so outrageous. The service is listless and average and uninterested in the guests. We spoke briefly to the sales manager - she was very friendly and nice! She deserves an extra point in this review! It's a shame, but the restaurant is definitely not recommended and a rip-off. The bakery has delicious products (we took a few things with us) but to be honest, extremely expensive. For us, the price/performance and quality are only right for the sandwiches and the cider cake. It's a shame, we're coming. no longer and do not recommend it. Elsewhere I can get breakfast for 2 people for 40.- where you don't leave hungry

We were there for breakfast. A complete breakfast is available for around 20 francs. It's expensive for what you get. I'd rather pay a little more and get a brunch buffet. Service was friendly. Rolls were good Good place for coffee and croissants, definitely not for a real breakfast anymore.

Very nice restaurant with a bakery in the middle of the beautiful village of Wängi in Kt. Thurgau. Open from 6 a.m. and you feel very comfortable and very friendly staff. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend it.
