It's a shame, I ordered my lunch today at 1:15 p.m. and didn't receive the order after more than 1 1/2 hours. Wasn't the first time. Unfortunately, no one can be reached by phone on the number provided. I definitely won't be doing any more advertising for the Luxor, it seems they no longer need to satisfy their customers.

I once had a piece of glass on the pizza. After making the point several times, the manager admitted that a glass at the counter was broken. There was no free pizza nothing. Dangerous to life!! Never again!!!

Bottomless impudence!! We ordered online for the whole team and after placing the order we listed what was ordered, the cost and the duration of 45 minutes. The order was also confirmed to me by email. After over 90 minutes I called about 8 times without success, no announcement, nothing.

After 90 minutes I called about 5 times without success, no band announcement, nothing. I decided to go straight by after 2 hours, the shop was simply closed without any notice or anything. There is no notice on their own homepage either. A shop operator like this should have his shop closed.

I ordered a pizza via the website. After a few minutes, I received a confirmation email from the restaurant that the order was being processed. On the website it said delivery time was around 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours there was still no pizza, so I called and was quickly brushed off on the phone: "I'm sorry, the kitchen is being renovated, we can't deliver..." No information on the website that the kitchen is being renovated or anything like that + unfriendly customer contact...

I ordered a calcone on Friday... Never again! Paid for 40 cm, but the packaging was only 30 cm... almost 5 fr. paid too much! And when it came to the ham I felt really ripped off... because there was exactly 1 piece of ham measuring 3 by 4 cm in it and that was awesome... never again... At casablanca you get a stone oven pizza for 16.- and it's filled...

I have been here until now,-The food taken home Had it delivered, but it was always very good and the portions are also very good. Very friendly, price-performance ratio more than reasonable.

I've already ordered several times. Great delivery service, friendly staff and quality food. I can only recommend.

Food arrived after 1 hour 40 minutes, instead of after 40 minutes as stated. The phone rings empty for several minutes.. The French fries that were delivered were definitely from yesterday and were warmed up again.

Ordered Dürüm beforehand. Ingredients were of absolutely great quality even though it was already 10:20 p.m. It tasted good too. In my opinion, well, that's me, it could be a little more, but that's just me. Ordered at 10 p.m. and it said 50 minutes. And it was delivered at 10:20 p.m. TOP. The only thing I would improve would be that although we only live a few streets away, it was already too cool for us. But that's fine as long as it's just because of that. Otherwise really TOP :)

Friendly service, super good pizza prices cheap

After an hour of waiting, the order still wasn't there. When I asked, I was told that the pizza would be coming soon. After 2 hours of waiting I gave up hope. Never again! Stay away from this pizza delivery guy!

Pizza ordered online, confirmation received after 1 hour. No delivery yet, the lady called and said he was on the way, nothing came again. The gentleman called and said he didn't have an order! He was sorry, that was all. Hello in this day and age, I will never order anything here again

Bottomless impudence!! I just called to order something but I didn't know which pasta dish I wanted. It started well, the man on the phone wanted to give me the chef on the phone to help me better with the advice, I thought that was nice, but the chef answered my questions very cheekily: whether we were having a meal here and whether whether I want to order something or not! Then I said: then no, and hung up. I think this is a shame because I would have loved to order something and just needed some advice. I don't think that's too much to ask as a guest!!

It was sensational, we felt very comfortable and it was fun...

Large pizzas, good taste (even the veggie pizza!) and prompt delivery - exactly what I expect from a pizza courier.
