A nice surprise in Brunnen! We ate very well (two perfectly seasoned mezzes, very tasty, very tender grilled meat, a Turkish beer which went well with the dishes). The service is attentive, the setting cozy and warm. Flawless!

18.11.23 - party of 04. Good & nice service & hospitality. Tasty food and enough to feed an army. My advice: dont eat anything from 12.00h till evening... Plan enough time between meals. Starters (mezze) are rich in flavour and with bread almost a proper full meal for itself. Very nice service, be patient or go away (just 5 steps to the left is a fast food kebab shop) if you are inpatient as a guest. Attention if you go by car: almost no parking nearby, use the near underground parking garage. We were the first time there and will be back there for sure.

Good restaurant, but misunderstanding about the final price… too bad. We had delicious mezze as a starter and a mixed grill for three, really full of flavor. When ordering we were asked to choose accompaniments for the grill, which were included with it, we ordered them and we were surprised to find them on the bill. No, we found this restaurant expensive for what it is even though we had a pleasant time.

Not sure what went wrong, but we received the wrong starter and then after 45 minutes waiting for the main they told us that we have to wait for another 5 to 10 mins. The mains arrived after another 20 mins. Although the food as ok what felt strange is that they only asked if we want as a compensation tea or coffee an they charged even the starter without bringing the right one. I would expect better approach on the mater. However this was my second visit an the first time all went OK.

We always enjoy coming here. I personally really like the restaurant, the colors, the light and the interior. The service employee is very friendly, quick and attentive. We like to take the nice platter as a starter and the mixed grill as a main course. The food has always been very good and the portions are large enough. From the terrace you have a view of Brunnen's nightlife district.

A somewhat inconspicuous restaurant, but I absolutely recommend it. The food was simply great. I had the mixed meze and a shish kebab. The 8 different mezes were extremely tasty and so was the shish kebab. Quite a lot for one person though :-) Plus a Turkish beer and then a Turkish coffee - DELICIOUS!! By the way the service was excellent. Any time.

The food was simply amazing! From appetizers to dessert, each dish was carefully prepared with delicious spices and packed with flavor. I had the lamb chop which was grilled to perfection with perfect seasoning. The side dishes were also excellently prepared and went perfectly with the main course. Definitely the best restaurant in Brunnen!

The restaurant is very nicely decorated. There were three of us, we had enough space and there was a very pleasant and happy atmosphere in the restaurant. Melis served us. She was very friendly and always checked that everything was OK with us. The food was very tasty! The selection is large and all Turkish classics are there! It's a shame there was no Ayran to choose from, but that's not the end of the world. Highly recommended the restaurant, we will definitely come back! :)

Best food we had in Brunnen! Our server Besa was so bubbly and kind we absolutely loved her. The food smelled so good when it came to us that we ate it right away without remembering to take a picture first! I did take a picture of the drink I ordered which was a gorgeous rhubarb spritz. It had a ton of lovely fresh fruit in it and was so tasty.

We, 5 people, have reserved for 7:30 p.m. Ordered mezze and main course….. we asked at 8:45 p.m.…. Forgot the mezze… Then the main course came 1 hour later. Everything was freezing! The meat was as through as the soles of a shoe! The salad was full of onions and some small tomatoes! My son's chicken tender was full of bread and 3 small pieces of chicken meat! We complained...the waitress confirmed the meat wasn't good but she can't take it back she said. Kids wanted dessert, after that we tried dessert. 2 scoops of mango sorbet and 1 baklava… was ok… The waitress apologized and admitted that we couldn't eat, but she had to take the full price. We paid CHF 380 for it!!! I can't recommend it at all...neither the quality of the food nor the type... Gastronomy is different!

Very disappointing evening! Very long waiting times. We only got our drinks after 3/4 hours. A huge drama with the wine (first not found, then the wrong one was brought and in the end you only had 2 different bottles to choose from). We ordered 2 starters and only got 1, the 2nd came when the first was ready. Beef tenderloin was fibrous and with fat. It also took forever to clear away and half of the things were still on the table by the time we left... Conditions kept apologizing, but that didn't make our evening any better.

Super-friendly service and excellent food - we enjoyed it very much. Not exactly cheap, but definitely worth the price. Not so easy to find these days - they also serve very good coffee :-) A star deduction for the rather loud atmosphere when a few tables are occupied and the icy winds that surround you when someone opens the front door. There definitely needs to be a lock or something similar.

We were in Natolien for the 4th time today since the CoVid restrictions were relaxed and we will be back. Service: super friendly and attentive, the food, whether skewered meat, mezzeh or steak, was simply very tasty.

I wish I could give Natolien Grillhaus 10 stars. I’ve traveled a lot of places on the planet, and I must say it was a pleasure to eat here. I don’t know the meal I ate there , but when I pointed to the meal on the menu, the waiter said ,”good choice, that’s my favorite, you won’t be disappointed.” When our meal arrived, they were beautifully displayed,I took two bites and look at my friend who was enjoying his own meal, I told him I think this is the best testing food I have ever eaten. My friend said his meal was amazing also, I asked for a taste, and I was blown away. I highly, highly, highly recommended this restaurant. I’m currently visiting my friend in Tubingten Germany, it’s about 3 hours drive to Switzerland where Natolien Grillhaus be . I have two days before I return back to the US , going to ask my friend if we can drive back to Switzerland, so I can experience Natolien Grillhaus once again. A must if you are in the area.

The different dishes are absolutely delicious, the homemade baklava was wonderful and generous. The service is very friendly. Large selection of very good cocktails. On the other hand, the price is high for the quantity of dishes, especially the Mezze for 2 which was very tasty, but the quantity does not seem to me to justify the high price.

I was in Brunnen in Natolien again this afternoon. And once again I wasn't disappointed. Very tasty chicken skewer (Tavuk Shish) and extremely friendly service. Only recommended!

This restaurant was highly recommended to us by friends. We went to Brunnen especially for our wedding anniversary on July 11th, 2022. Approximately 50 km. The food wasn't bad. The waiter friendly. But that's all I can think of. Therefore 3 stars.

It takes about 40 minutes for me to order and then another 40 minutes for me to receive it. Prices are exaggerated for the quality.

Stylish restaurant. Good service. Before our dishes was served we got portion of salat (which was very crispy and fresh) but honestly I find it kind of food waste while child doesn't eat salats, my parents also not the biggest salat fans, and because of cold weather outside we would prefer warm soup or just hot drink (during summer salat is ok I think, but also I would ask customers do they want or no). Our ordered Pizza was nice. Chicken wrap was at my surprise not a wrap, basically it was onions, cabbage, grits, pepper, and grilled chicken with small roasted bread and spoon of sauce. Spagetti carbonara was extremely oversalted and the portion was too big even for a man. Generally not bad but also there are better places.

Near the lake. Is, supposed to be a Turkish restaurant. Menu is all over the place from Italian to some Turkish dishes and burgers. Felt no passion in the place. Food is really nothing to write home about. The nun of the burger was OK. The patty was not home made and very salty. Most ingredients are not made from scratch. Go elsewhere Brunnen has nicer places.

WORST BURGER I HAVE EVER SEEN. It ended up in waste because it wasn't edible, thank you very much! Meat wasn't good too much cheese. Never again!! Price ratio 😡 a disgrace. (burger/fries and 2 cokes 97fr.. When we asked if they could bring us something new and come up with the price, he said “we can't, it's too much loss” on a Monday, of course! I would NEVER miss anyone again! stay away from this store! Ps: 0 stars

Freundliches Personal, engagierte Besitzer. Inneneinrichtung ist stilvoll und brandneu. Und die Speisen sind wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Türkische Küche ist nicht nur Kebab: ganz toll schmecken die diversen Meze und natürlich die verschiedenen Fleischspiesse vom Holzkohlegrill. Sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

On a very quiet Monday evening in November 2020 we visited this new, great restaurant in Brunnen. Ignorant and unsuspecting, we wanted to be surprised - and we were! In the most positive sense! The super friendly, very attractive and always attentive service lady pampered us and even made a big impression on my friend who was trained in the job! The wine recommendation was very daring, but excellent! There wasn't a single thing wrong with the food, from the amuse bouche to the dessert. The ambience and furnishings are great! All the best and much success in the future.

Top location, the food has its price, but is absolutely top and recommended. Reservations should be made on weekends and you should allow enough time if there is a lot of traffic (long waiting times on Saturday evening). During the week things went very quickly. Beef fillet was one of the best we have ever eaten.
