Nespresso in Winterthur

We have had a Nespresso machine for a long time and really enjoy drinking the coffee. The only thing that annoys us are the aluminum capsules. Even though Nespresso recycles a lot of the aluminum and coffee and does cool things. Today we entered the shop in Winterthur by chance and immediately noticed the eco-capsules. We were able to taste an espresso and were thrilled. A competent employee explained everything very well and also told us the pros and cons. Top service!

I had a great experience with Nespresso's service in Winterthur. The customer service was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The selection of coffee machines and coffee capsules was impressive. The coffee from Nespresso is delicious, with different flavors. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and can only recommend Nespresso in Winterthur.

We just wanted to take a look at the new Vertuo machine on site, as we need a new small one, especially for camping. And in the end we came out with a new one. Great service from everyone. The only shame I find is that there isn't a range of the new coffee capsules to test, where there is one of each type of capsule apart from the starter pack.

My Nespresso store. A nice shop that I rarely visit anymore because it works great online with home delivery. Order hay and have it delivered tomorrow - unlike other online retailers, it works perfectly here. And the Quickpac delivery service works promptly here!

The service in this café boutique is always very friendly and first aid was also provided last Saturday! After hitting my head on a street sign, I was given a professional ice pack and a coffee! Thanks to the friendly service (with 3 children)

Store is easily accessible via public transport. They have a large range of coffee, sadly only about 3 flavours of decaf coffee, this is not the fault of the store but of the company. So no blame can be put on the staff. Friendly and helpful staff. I only go there to buy my coffee pods so cannot comment on the range of coffee machines etc. so for coffee pod purposes , can highly recommend going here.

For staff a 5, service 1, no replacement after a defective machine is not possible

Basically needed a new machine. Old way was on it's last legs. Nespresso rep Dauti is worth his weight in gold. Thoroughly knowledge, awesome advise. I left on 2nd meet with the new Vertuo machine.

According to phone calls with Nespresso, I personally needed our broken coffee machine to Nespresso Boutique Winterthur. Unfortunately incorrect information, Nespresso could not take the machine! Lost 2 hours of time.

It's been a long time since I've been to a Nespresso boutique. Would have expected more: - Attention well (hello, I'm in the room) - Tasting not possible (Vertuo system only) - Advice for other varieties? weak If I was looking for a shopping experience, I was sorely disappointed. That was a different class in the Glatt Center!

Too fake friendliness! Certain employees often appear arrogant. I visit this boutique in an emergency because my way to order the capsules is online. Without Nespresso it would be difficult to “get through” the day😉!

I'm confused about the following 1. At the counter I am immediately asked if I would like to taste a café afterwards.🤔 2. If there are 10 poles I can give you a cloth bag 3. I clearly decided on a lungo with milk. But then I was asked if I wanted cream and if I needed something to stir!?!?!?🙄 I still think it's a shame that I can no longer take a capsule with me. 😏 As a result of a newly installed filter, the taste of the water has changed a lot. Staff was not helpful at all. They stood together and chatted instead of greeting their customers. As a long-time Nespresso drinker I was disappointed by this experince.

Was there at 6:30 p.m. but didn't let you in. It's a shame I only needed 350 capsules. Very unfriendly to customers.

Somehow noble, but still, or perhaps because of that, not quite my shop. I would prefer a more relaxed, relaxed atmosphere than the artificially exclusive atmosphere here in the shop in Winterthur. But maybe that's exactly how it's intended and the same in all other Nespresso shops. (?)
