Hello, At the moment I am experiencing very beautiful moments in various places. Today it was at the Nespresso boutique, rue du Marché in Geneva that I first discovered a very beautiful shaker model at a very reasonable price, then I chose 2 glasses to accompany this one. this and a case of capsules, for deliciously brewed coffees. For those who read my long comments, of course, I favor welcome, exchange, this simplicity of human contact, which more and more dissolves faster than effervescent aspirin in a glass of water!! ! Thank you to Mr. JONATHAN who with his warm smile, these qualities and this knowledge, gave me a moment that will live beyond my visit. Frédérique.

I went on 08/07 to buy some capsules. I order hazelnut flavored capsules. Unlike the Balexert store where you can fill the basket yourself, in this store they bring back the order ready-made. Arriving home I discovered that I had been sold caramel capsules.

Usually there's good experience but today I had to wait 10+ min with no staff to attend

Ugh, we don’t sell Louboutin or iPhones here, just coffee capsules! Wait 5 minutes in line for a tablet seller to give you what you had already spotted before on the shelves... A concept of luxury which must delight some but really, meh...

I always use it in this store in the city center where we are very well received. We always receive small, much appreciated gifts.

I came to your store this Saturday, 8/27, wanting to buy 10 cartridges of Tokyo Lungo. The seller offers me 15 with an argument of 15% discount. I buy 15 and pay with the credit card. When I arrive home I check the receipt. No discounts have been applied!

The experience is unique with each visit. It sounds like an advert but it’s my experience. Always warm welcome. Guide on choosing or renewing my old order: I always get a little attention, a gift, a discount… always. Recently bought another machine, and I didn't like it. I brought it back to find another: no debate. The team even apologized for not giving me good advice even though it is a matter of taste. Very stylish and elegant boutique in the heart of Geneva. The service is very efficient, quick, friendly without any familiarity and a little bit different from Geneva boutique services, where either it doesn’t exists at all, or it is super artificial. We have been kindly offered for a cup of coffee, whilst someone immediately took care of our machine. Good business. Keep doing it 👍😊

Just a shop selling coffee and a good formula I’m not far from the Swiss pen knife shop which also makes penknives from used capsules so that’s quite interesting

The welcome is completely different compared to the previous store. The sellers, when you enter the store, come towards you and greet you courteously. There is no ticket to take. And the coffees are delicious because you can taste them!!

Thinks of itself as an Apple Store of coffee without having the means: a sort of physio stares at you at the entrance and notes without smiling, and without speaking to you, the order of arrival of customers so that they are then served by the mobile salespeople, as if by magic. Weird feeling. I almost prefer to take my ticket like at the post office 😅. Seeing a pregnant woman waiting in line, I suggested to the physiotherapist that I give her my place on her secret list. “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” Except no. After a few minutes of standing, without being offered a chair or a priority, she leaves. And me the same a little later. I rather recommend the Nespressi corner in Manor, more humble ;)

Team attentive to customers and who knows the products well.

Not bad but the skills of the saleswomen are very uneven (some recite "learned by heart" but don't understand anything about coffee). Too bad for a brand that wants to be high-end. Might as well buy it elsewhere.

Nespresso store Too small, a shame for this brand

Disappointed, because some new products are already no longer available (CUBA coffee + white capsules with checkerboards among others). Apart from that, the welcome is always top notch.

Very nice storefront from the outside, but when you arrive inside, you find yourself with 3 sellers with tablets. I helped myself, went upstairs. There, a useless and empty floor with machines like on the ground floor. It would have been ingenious to make a Nespresso coffee there like in Miami. Once back on the ground floor, I couldn't pay at a cash register...I had to wait for one of the 3 tablet sellers (who provide advice, make coffees and cash) to took care of me and there was a queue of 10 random people in the store waiting...I left without a purchase and disappointed with my visit. Too bad because it's a beautiful place from the outside and well centered.

Free coffee when we entered the store, good explanation from the saleswoman. On the other hand, I have the impression that the prices there are higher than on the French site (for the pods in any case)

Very nice shop and very friendly staff, but I think they are trying to do too much. We are asked for our name without any explanation (for capsules? I find that strange), someone has to go get the requested coffees (which, depending on the day, takes a lot of time), we are asked if we want “some sweets to accompany our coffees”. Give me my coffee, that's all I want 😩... I just came to buy some capsules... Ultimately let me serve myself and it will be fixed in 2 minutes, unlike the current 7-10 minutes which does not are absolutely not necessary. In short, too many unnecessary steps in a process, strongly inspired by Apple Stores, but without any justification. These are capsules. It should be basic and efficient.
