I really appreciate having a Nespresso store in Biel. However, the renovation of the store is, in my point of view, unfortunately, not a success. The customer cannot place his basket anywhere to put the coffee cases in it, he must hold it in the air. There is a back and forth between the "wicket", the capsules, the payment. Further accentuated by covid distances. As for the tasting corner (not in service at the moment), it is not friendly at all compared to the "old one" which was warm! Damage! Despite everything, the very friendly and efficient staff seem to be stressed and the customers are rushed...

As is usual in all Nespresso shops, the range is extremely broad. The staff is helpful and very friendly. You are always invited to a coffee tasting if you have time. As in all shops, the prices are rather high. Free stations for recycling coffee grounds and aluminum are offered. Nespresso is also trying very hard to promote fair trade.

Was in a Nespresso shop for the last time today. I had a voucher to redeem for a new coffee machine. Nespresso told me on the phone that it can only be redeemed in shops. I went to the shop in Biel two weeks ago. The lady told me I had to Specify the serial number and type of the machine. I'm going for the second time today with the serial number and type. Another lady now wants the receipt and another number. I'm going to switch to coffee beans from the fully automatic machine. Customer-friendly behavior has apparently become a foreign word in Biel. Unfortunately, that fits sad appearance of this sinking city.
