Nespresso Point in Lugano

I called around 7.30pm asking if they had any special artificial milk that my daughter uses that I hadn't had time to pick up from the usual pharmacy and the station pharmacy had it!! They saved me! congratulations on the service!

The customer service representative, the bLonde middLe-aged woman who assisted my husband lacks proper training in customer care and did not have the courtesy or decency to offer me a cup of coffee too. it's as if i did not exist and has never bothered to acknowLedged my presence. is it because i am Asian, that i am not sure of, but aLtogether it was dowright very rude. wiLL not shop there ever again.
