Neuveville City in La Neuveville

I had the opportunity to dine at Restaurant Neuveville City recently, and I must say it was a memorable experience. My wife and I chose to taste their burgers, and we were not disappointed, a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The dim lights and modern decoration create a pleasant atmosphere for a couple's dinner. The highlight was of course the burgers. They were delicious, with fresh ingredients and juicy meat. The staff was friendly and attentive. They took care of us from start to finish which added to our positive experience, if you are looking for a place to enjoy succulent burgers in a nice atmosphere I highly recommend

Served at the top, passing through the village of Neuveville we stopped at this establishment, the welcome was very warm, the quality of the pizzas was there and a real fast and quality service. We will come back soon 😌

Generous burger BUT...dry ground steak, the red onions offered as described for the menu are replaced by white onions. The sauces are good, the bread is ok. The fries are not homemade. As a result, the price is a little overpriced (approx. Chf 24.00). The menu is not up to date. You have to consult it on their site, except that the network is a little difficult to cross the walls of the place. So, it was not possible to consult but the server informed us of what was not on the menu. The smell of old fried foods in the room permeates clothes and does not give a good impression. The decor is not very interesting. At the end of our meal, we were informed that the restaurant was going to close even though on Google Map it was written that it was open non-stop until the evening. It's a shame, we hoped for better given the photos and the number of stars.

Really great and very nice, the burgers are really great with the menu formula and a small ice cream tray for dessert, could do better in that regard, highly recommended.

Considering the price of burgers for a stand at the wine festival (from 21.- to 27.- without fries) more expensive than in the restaurant with fries and service, that they are made by the minute with the ingredients facing the stove , a change of sauce will make the cook "go crazy". I preferred to leave and will never set foot in this place.... I hadn't heard good things about it, I wanted to form my own opinion.. .. Well I shouldn't have.....

Regular customer, I have always been well received, well served, with high quality burgers. One of the best in the region between Neuchâtel and Bienne!

The burgers are good, however the waiting time is way too long, this is the second time that I have to call them 3 times with 30 minutes intervals for them to take my order into account, once they even forgot, in total 2 times when I had to wait 1h30 from ordering until arrival at my house (the Landeron is 5 to 10 minutes by bike) with only 2 burgers as an order. So I can understand that there are people on Friday but when I call 3 times to find out where things are and I have to wait 1h30 even though I live nearby and I only order 2 burgers, and that happens twice it's just abused and poorly organized. All they could say was to offer us 2 ice creams for the wait. Really not enough to make the waiting time profitable, especially when I see the competition being at my place in 40 minutes even coming from Erlach. Once but not twice, this is unacceptable.

As someone who likes to eat good burgers, I can say that excellent burgers are made here. You can taste the beef in a way that is rare and the bacon is really perfectly fried. Everything is of excellent quality, including the bread roll. And just before the end of the day. Thank you

More than mediocre food, exaggerated waiting time not to mention the value for money. The portions are small but the prices are overinflated. Not to mention the prices set (and quantities) for the 2022 Wine Festival. We were really taken for pigeons at the FDV. To boycott... Even refuses a 5 year old child to use the toilet on the pretext of “not having one!” !!!!. In addition, their car is parked for hours in a meeting area. Zero respect for pedestrians and the neighborhood. I would have given 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible.

Too expensive (27chf a burger menu with uncooked meat, 14chf 25 fries with a little cheese sauce in a paper), slow service (the manager told us 10 min, we waited 35), not very good, not friendly , only bad.

Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars. The food itself was good. Nothing to say about that. On the other hand, the service was really bad at all. To give context, it was a busy evening in the city with events. The restaurant was full. Although we arrived before the majority of people, the service took quite a while. I ordered a Burger without fries, but I still got them with it. I reported this to the waiter. Then the drinks never arrived. We had to ask to receive them. Several minutes after asking for the bill, the server returned to our table to ask for confirmation of what we had consumed. We also heard a table next door had to call out to the waiter to order after they had gotten drinks. Perhaps it was a particularly busy evening given the influence. But the big downside was the service.
