It was a wonderful lunch experience and a pleasure to enjoy the freshly prepared sushi rolls and a healthy soup in this family owned Japanese restaurant. Seating space is limited and it is recommended to place a reservation in case take out is not your preference.

I go to Ninja Noodle regularly and think they have the best ramen around. Really super tasty! You need a little patience because they are always very busy, but the wait is worth it. The few seats are simple and fit the concept.

An authentic Japanese food oasis in the culinary desert of Jona. Best Tonkotsu Ramen I had outside of Japan. Very friendly owners. Don’t forget to try the delicious Sushi. At the new location they have now more space to eat in a cozy atmosphere.

It was my first time eating ramen here and I haven't been able to live without it since. We visit at least once a month. The menu is clear but you don't need anything more. The portions are very good and the food is incredibly tasty

Yesterday we had a medium-sized sushi platter as a starter, which was enough for two hungry people. The sushi was fresh and tasted great. Afterwards we had Tan Tan Ramen with minced beef. It was spicy and incredibly creamy. The spiciness was quite good, but not so much that it overshadowed the other flavors. And the minced meat was so well seasoned with a slight sweetness, which I really enjoyed. I've never had such authentic ramen! The service was also great. It's rare to find employees as friendly, helpful (we had a small but funny incident that we were helped with immediately) and in a good mood as at Ninja Noodles. The restaurant is small, clean and very cozy. And the prices are very fair for what you get served. If I could give 10 ⭐ I would. I'll definitely be back, even if I have to drive for over an hour... This is my go to place in Jona. It is a Japanese Gem in the middle of this little town. They have wonderful sushi selection, including inari sushi (which is a nice treat) as well as tasty Ramen, Udon and Soba noodles. The only minus is the ramen is tailored to the European palate which is normal. I would have liked to get more traditional flavor profiles but its a minor point.

The place has been suggested to me by a Japanese friend and I shall not be disappointed! Start with some Edamame and a cold Japanese beer, it's worth it, while waiting for the main course which are.... the NOODLES! Definitely the best noodles I have eaten so far in Switzerland, the broth with a depth I have enjoyed in Japan so far only. The ingredients fresh prepared and added to the broth, each giving it's specific flavour to the bowl. The staff is very friendly. Reserve a spot well ahead, as the place has unfortunately only 3 tables.

November 2021: I visited the take away again on November 24th, 2021 and noticed that the service had decreased. The portion of Tan Tan Men without soup was only half full and I was charged CHF 19, even though the menu board listed 18 as the take-away price.

English wasn't problem, they served us really really good! Local is small but still enough space for everyone! For 1 month in Rapperswil this is number 1 place to eat for now! Sushi was excellent! Fresh and tasty! I took also spicy soup with meat and noodles. It was super tasty and really the best dish for now in Rapperswil.
