No Name in Chur

There were 6 of us who had reserved in advance. The food tasted very good, good cool modern dishes. Unfortunately there were far too many tables set up in the small restaurant for my taste. Everything was extremely narrow, crowded and therefore very, very loud, which made “normal” conversation impossible. To our surprise, at some point the condition came to inform us that we had to release the table in 10 minutes because it had been booked again!? It was 8:15 p.m.!!! So, we couldn't order any more dessert in time. I don't feel welcome as a guest there.

I am a frequent guest at No Name. But today, I was there to break my Ramadan fast. The waitress must have noticed that we wanted our food a little later because we were fasting. Very attentive and extremely warm, we were served dates and water at our table without being asked. You gave us great joy with this kind gesture. Thank you very much and see you next time!

One of those stylish shops with a stylish menu without soul and passion. An unmotivated waiter, one would think, almost reluctantly serves the guests at tightly packed tables so that every square meter generates as much money as possible. The food tastes good, even if it doesn't do justice to the price or the "special" image that the menu suggests. In the end it's just assembly line processing. No name, no story.

The second time we went to NoName we decided on take away. We ordered an hour in advance and when we picked it up we had to wait a few minutes for our order, almost 10 minutes. The staff hasn't actually become any friendlier, it's rather underground, it's just a shame. Look that you also have top waiters in such a beautiful atmosphere! When we arrived home (15 minutes later) the soup for the ramen was unfortunately a bit cold and there was a fly on the egg😕 The dumplings were very tasty but not really made for take away. Unfortunately, when we removed the dumpling, the cardboard remained attached, no matter how carefully we removed it. Maybe different packaging for the dumplings for take away? The Homemade Icetea Mango Passionfruit was also more thick juice than Icetea… Overall, the food is really great and delicious too! Next time we'll come back to the restaurant to eat :)

The chairs were very, very tight, people were constantly getting into my chair... Since it is a very small restaurant, it gets correspondingly loud. I think it's a shame how we as guests notice how the staff argues and discusses things. However, the food was good to very good, only the waffle for dessert was a bit too dry, a scoop of ice cream would have been easily included for the price.

Together with nine friends, we planned to have a drink at No Name. Unfortunately we were treated very unfriendly by the service staff and had to wait 20 minutes for our beer order. One of our friends who was celebrating his birthday and brought a cake was charged CHF 10.00 even though we didn't eat any of it. Disappointing experience!

Nice place but too narrow. The waiters are rude and the price/quality ratio of the dishes is terrible. We went to celebrate a birthday and they billed us 10CHF for the cake we brought.

Unfortunately, my experience in the restaurant was anything but positive. The service was extremely unfriendly and not very accommodating. In addition, the order took a disproportionately long time, which further clouded the overall picture. Not a recommended option.

We enjoyed our dinner in this restaurant. Service was quick, we managed to get back to our car exactly 60min after leaving it. And that's with dessert being ordered separately. Our favorite was beef shoyu ramen. Lava cake was also good. They have food from all over the world: Burgers, Lebanese, Asian food etc. Would be back even if it is a bit of detour from A13 autobahn.

Very varied menu from burgers to ramen and Indian specialities. The hamburger was good but the ramen and steamed dumplings were not very tasty. Excellent coffee and really quick service despite the place being quite full!

Hmm...well...price performance isn't right... It makes a classy impression with actually a very promising menu...the food is ok...given the fact that the dishes are simple, the price is definitely too high...fried rice with chicken is not art.. .however, one would expect more for the price... Same dish cooked by amateur chefs ok, but rather weak for a restaurant in this price segment... unfortunately more appearance than reality... Ok for a cozy evening with friends...but please...please put more sauce and salads on your burgers...

Food was OKAY. Nothing to shout about. We walked in about an hour before the restaurant closes at night and as soon as we walked in, waiter (lady and man) rolled their eye at each other. Waiter (lady) was extremely sarcastic and rude/probably racist, at us Asians.

2 burgers with fries ordered for delivery for 55.- Delivery came quickly, but unfortunately the burgers aren't worth the money. Although the meat itself was very good, as was the roll of absolute top quality, the size of the product and the 3 leaves of arugula with 2 small dots of sauce were disappointing. I hope this feedback helps achieve better performance in future offerings.

The three of us went - when we entered we had to actively approach the staff so that there was a greeting. Waited too long for our order to be taken. When the waiter saw that the other waitress was on her way, he canceled our order in the middle and told us that she would take over. When the fries came; Served way too warm and insufficiently seasoned. The highlight of the evening; My friend was asked whether he would like his burger “well done” or “medium”. When he laughed and asked us what that was, the waitress started to smile. we felt unwelcome and disrespected as guests. Noname decorates itself with the prices, but when it comes to service, unfortunately the behavior does not correspond to the price segment. It wasn't my first time, but this time too I was disappointed. I can't recommend it more, it's not a flagship restaurant in our beautiful city. Unfortunately my last visit.

Staff, 4/5: The staff was generally very friendly, I really can't fault that. We were even moved to another table because we didn't want to sit directly at the entrance. That was very nice. After that, however, the hospitality waned somewhat. It took quite a long time until someone even came to take the order. But we discovered a sticker on the table where you can place an order yourself using the QR code. I thought that was really fantastic. I don't like having to beg for the attention of waiters and waitresses. Towards the end, however, we were quickly dismissed because we had to give up the table again. But I'll get to that later. Food & Drinks, 4/5: The food was really tasty. I had the Thai curry with crispy chicken and it was more than enough for me. However, the burgers are very small and the meat inside is almost raw - not everyone likes that, which is something you should think about. There is a slightly smaller selection of drinks (which is quite enough) but the offerings on the physical menu do not correspond 100% to the online offering. That should be cleaned up. Location, 2/5: I actually really liked the location itself and the chairs/benches were very comfortable. But the restaurant has far too many seats. The noise level is extremely high and you can hardly communicate at your own table. But the restaurant itself seemed clean. Would I come back as a guest? No, 1/5: I wouldn't visit the restaurant again. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. After 2 hours you are, so to speak, shown the door, regardless of whether you want anything else or not. To be fair, it should be noted that the booking confirmation states that you can only occupy the table for 2 hours. However, I think it would be better if this was pointed out to you right away during the booking process. I go to a restaurant to have a leisurely meal and then enjoy a dessert and end the evening with a delicious glass of wine. Here, however, you feel like this: "Eat, pay and then disappear again.". Tip: The restaurant still seems to be very popular, so be sure to make a reservation and stick to the 2 hours.

The place was pretty small and cramped. Sometimes difficult to get through with the thick jackets. The service was very good and attentive. We all also really enjoyed the food.

Food was great as always: this time I tried the Bao Burger. Burger perfectly fried with delicious umami sauce (that's really what it's called 😁). I can also highly recommend the Thai curry with chicken breast or the ramen. Service worked excellently even though it was completely booked. The boss supported his team (@RICOS Tenerife - that's how it works!!!!) so that drinks and food were served quickly. Unfortunately it's always a bit noisy when it's full, but that's just the way it is since the restaurant is relatively small (tip: definitely make a reservation in advance!).

Although some things are good, for me it is one of the worst restaurants in Chur. Everything on the menu from Bao Bun, burgers, curries and much more. However, none of it is really good. A pity.

We were in the restaurant on a Saturday evening. Every seat was taken, so I would definitely reserve in advance. The restaurant is rather small, so it was quite loud. The food was brought quickly and was delicious. The burger and the sweet potato fries were very good, as was the chocolate cake.

The food was delicious, but you were essentially sitting at a table with strangers - as the tables were very close to each other. That evening the restaurant had double reservations, so after we were seated we were told that we would have to leave after a maximum of 2 hours. Because the place was very crowded, it was very loud and it was difficult to carry on a conversation.

The food and salads are well portioned and served with delicious rolls. The service is comparable to the April weather, sometimes sunshine and sometimes rain after a bad mood.

Food is ok but nothing special, the burgers are good but rather small. The seating is very tight in the restaurant and the volume is very high due to the number of people. The staff is usually hard to find or seems to ignore you. We tried to draw attention to ourselves several times and when someone finally came they asked us quite harshly what we wanted. We asked for the dessert menu and never received it, ended up googling to make our selection... another 15 minutes passed before we could order the dessert...

The food was fine, the order was taken correctly. Very long wait until the main course comes. Restaurant not even half full. The tables are almost stacked on top of each other and you can hear the person sitting next to you breathing. After the main course we sat there for about 1.5 hours and we were treated like air. When we asked if we wanted anything else, we waited in vain. When you called the waitress she came running towards us demotivated. The tone is already slightly subliminal and annoyed. Some time passed and we wanted to pay. The lady came said the amount and waited and demanded that I give her a tip. She walked away from the table without saying a word, without saying goodbye. When we left the restaurant, none of the service staff managed to say goodbye. You didn't understand your work either. If you can't deal with customers, don't do it! :)

Disappointing experience!!! My visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. There were several issues that negatively impacted the entire experience. The main problem was the temperature of the food. Unfortunately the food wasn't warm, which significantly reduced the enjoyment of the meal. Furthermore, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service. Wait times were exceptionally long and service was unprofessional. We ordered a variety of dishes including Indian Curry, Burger Bao, Kottu Rotti, Ramen and Dumplings. Unfortunately all dishes were disappointing. Not only were they cold, but they lacked flavor throughout, especially salt. It was difficult to eat more than a quarter of the dishes. Finally, the price-performance ratio was extremely inadequate. The prices for the food were too high considering the quality and taste. The food was simply too expensive for what we received. At the end of the meal we told our waiter that we were out of salt. His cheeky reply that they have salt in the kitchen was unhelpful and reflected the staff's lack of attentiveness. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing restaurant experience. I would recommend avoiding the different dishes here and maybe just choosing one where the restaurant might be better. Maybe the burgers are good, but I don't plan on coming here again. LG M

Minimum waiting time for food and drink on a Sunday afternoon = AT LEAST 60 minutes (there were three service staff and the place wasn't even half full) Food was average to poor! When we wanted to pay they brought the bill from another table. Later they called us in a storm and demanded the difference. Price for four people = 180.- Conclusion: - Food quality and price, incomprehensible! - Waiting time despite there being enough staff => incomprehensible - Ambiance was the only positive thing about this place

My visit to this restaurant was a disappointing experience. The food had little taste as it obviously contained far too little salt. It felt like the chef forgot to add spices. The staff was also extremely unmotivated. They seemed disinterested and listless in their work. When the staff came to us their attitude was anything but friendly. Overall, my visit to this restaurant was disappointing and I would not recommend it. Better food and more motivated staff are definitely necessary to improve the quality.

Great variety of food along with friendly service! Highly recommend!

The food wasn’t bad overall just the humous was very salty and all the crispy chicken was dry. When we informed them of the salty humous; the staff rolled his eyes, shrugged at us and said “but I think it’s not salty”. We simply asked him if we could swap it for the burger and he almost had a tantrum at us. Exceptionally poor service to say the least

The restaurant has a great outdoor area in summer. The chairs were super comfortable, the service was super friendly and the menu was also super appealing. Everything was delicious and tasted good. Unfortunately and this is really an urgent request to the restaurant owners: please check hygiene, meat, kitchen etc. I felt really sick all night and my boyfriend also got it early this morning. We would like to come back but if after eating you feel like you just have to spend time on the toilet, then it's better not to. I hope you can follow up on this quickly and it doesn't affect anyone else...

On a Saturday afternoon the place was almost full and all inside available tables booked. Luckily we found a table outside on the terrace and we enjoyed our dinner. The burger was really tasty and juicy.

We ate very well and had a lovely evening.

I have been here a few times, and it is a great place with Asian influence and vegetarian options. Even a neatless schwarma that I haven't tried.

I met a very nice team at No Name in Chur. We arrived 10 minutes before closing time. The team welcomed us as guests, entertained us and kept the restaurant open a little longer. There are still people here who look after their guests and provide for them. Exemplary. Thanks to the kitchen and the service!!! The food, burgers, was good and very tasty, the beer quenched our thirst, we left No Name happy. Gladly again!!

We'll definitely come back there. The food was super tasty (shawarma and Thai curry). In addition, the food came so quickly that we easily caught the train in 45 minutes without any stress. Everyone was also very friendly. Hopefully we can make it back to Chur soon.

For the first, but certainly not the last time. Nice restaurant. Small map. Everything fresh. Top quality. Very good craftsmanship. Nice plate language. We recommend.

Very convenient - Just opposite Chur train station entrance. The staff spoke English and we enjoyed the food. (There were some flies also enjoying the afternoon sun inside). Good options for vegetarians too. Close at 2 pm in the afternoon.

The menu is great, with a good selection of vegan dishes too. The food was very, very good. However, the service was a disaster. As soon as we entered, the guests warned us that it would take an extremely long time today. The staff was unmotivated and disorganized. We had to wait a very long time before we could order, we even had to call the waiter that we had chosen and it wasn't like they were stressed, they were standing at the bar and talking to the bar staff. The food came pretty quickly and the kitchen does a great job. It's a shame, with better service the beautiful restaurant could score even more with its good food. We would still like to come back.

Take away was ordered an hour before pickup. I had to wait 25 minutes on site. When the boss handed me the dishes, there wasn't even an apology or a goodbye. A pity. The food was good as always.

Delicious food! Very diverse menu with Asian influences, something for everyone. Allergies such as gluten and/or lactose allergy are no problem, as is vegetarian or vegan food. Drinks menu is also very extensive. Located in a central location next to the station with a beautiful terrace where you can dine outside. The staff was very friendly. The drinks took a while to be served, but the food came very quickly. All in all a great experience, and one of the few open on Sundays!

Every dish is really delicious. My favorite combo is the beef ramen with spicy, plus 4 dumplings and the home made ice tea. I can only recommend!

Great restaurant, very good food

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant at Churer Bahnhof, which features a garden terrace and serves a wide range of Asian and vegan dishes alongside burgers. Overall, I loved my visit and although there is one criticism, I would like to emphasize that this is a place you should definitely visit. The ambience of the restaurant is charming and inviting. The garden terrace at the junction is beautifully landscaped, with lush greenery and comfortable seating in the shade under trees. It is a perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining and experience the warm summer days. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the staff is attentive and helpful. As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety on the menu. The burgers were apparently delicious - judging by the look at the neighboring table - and were prepared with fresh ingredients. It was obvious that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. But what really impressed me was the selection of Asian and vegan dishes. The combination of these different cuisine styles made the restaurant a unique place that offers something for everyone. The Asian dishes were authentic and full of flavor while the vegan options were creative and refreshing. Unfortunately, there was construction work on the street in front of the restaurant during my visit, and the noise could affect the enjoyment a little. It was difficult to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere on the terrace when the construction noise kept coming through. But the restaurant can't do anything about it. Despite this point of criticism, I can warmly recommend the restaurant in Chur. The combination of garden terrace, burger selection and Asian and vegan dishes makes it a unique place worth exploring. I look forward to leaving the construction site behind me on my next visit and having another wonderful culinary experience.

Great food, great service. Despite the restaurant being quite full when we arrived, the food arrived very quickly max. 10min and it was very tasty, particularly Beef Shoyu Ramen was amazing. Also the location is great, right next to train station.

Great venue just steps away from the train station! You can dine inside, outside or take away. Meals were very good! Fun bar selections!

1hr waiting for the food, service forgot us as soon as we came. Food was very average and not worth the price. For that take your money and go to tres amigos or to another restaurant that will be much better and cheaper than this. Really disappointed. Never coming back even gf is having stomach pain after eating dinner.

The burgers are really tasty! I tried the Thai curry for the first time - the taste was okay. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service - passion is different.

I was served by a waiter and waited for more than 10 minutes to be asked what I would like to have to for the menu. Keep in mind that it was at around 11, when the restaurant was empty when I came in. I felt like he forgot about me. Luckily, the waitress, Steph, served me instead, when she saw me impatiently waiting at the end. When I was given a dish, I stood up with an empty glass to ask for water. The waiter saw me with pure confusion with his raised hand, it was like "what are you doing??" kind of vibe.. I didn't feel welcome and the attitude of the waiter (slim tall and short hair) was bad. No smiling, lack of positive vibes, lack of eye contact = bad service. It was my first time too... People will notice that. Food was alright with generous amount of meat so that's a plus.

It was only there to drink, the service wasn't really attentive, you weren't asked if everything was ok or if you still wanted öppis. When you come to an aperitif, something nice and small (nuts, crackers) would be very welcoming, then I would have had more than one drink!

Restaurant very close to Chur train station with an interesting menu. There are also some vegetarian and vegan menus on there and they are quite tasty. The teas are also fine. Beer is not only available in bottles but also by the glass. If the weather is good you can also sit outside.

Went for dinner as a family. Table reserved. Location of the table right in the entrance area. Because the restaurant was full, the table was completely in the wrong place and then the coziness was lost. It's a shame. Why don't you put several people in the winter garden? Food was from ok (Thai curry was very bland) to great (Classic burger fries and Los Pollos) Dessert was good but prices were exorbitant 1 ice cream ball of mango passion fruit 6.- The waffle was also too much in terms of quantity at 13.-. Because the table was in the middle of the entrance area, we were of course aware of the reservation chaos that exists in this restaurant. You can reserve by phone or email, which seems to be particularly difficult for the boss. TIP only 1 person takes over the reservations. Service from: oh yes, I'm annoyed to I want to be funny. But what bothered us the least. Conclusion: it would be a great restaurant if you changed the concept a little and perhaps made “a little less is more” with the tables.

The team was not well-coordinated and uncertain, the guests' reservations were out of control - not good service. The food, however, was served quickly, was very tasty and in sufficient quantity. Beautiful, modern restaurant in a great location (easily accessible by public transport).

In terms of taste, the food was completely okay, but it had nothing to do with the astronomical prices. Expectations were therefore very high, but unfortunately they could not be met. Ordering a portion of hummus with "shawarma" for 27 francs, which is listed under "Levante", was a mistake. Shawarma in No Name means an ordinary grilled chicken breast and for a second flatbread they charge 3 francs (!) without comment. So 30 hammers for hummus and something that should under no circumstances be called shawarma!

Great restaurant and definitely one of the best in Chur! The service is top and the food is always very tasty (especially the chocolate cake ;)). It's always busy, so I recommend making a reservation.

When I placed my order for jasmine rice with wok vegetables and chicken breast, this clown told me in all seriousness that I could also call it normal rice. When I told him that I wanted the whole thing without sauce, he sarcastically asked me if he should weigh the chicken for me. I have rarely received such substandard service and I seriously wonder why such a clown works for you. The waiter's behavior was just disrespectful and rude. To be fair, the food was very good.

Went in and went straight back out again because we dared to sit at a table and there was no reserved sign on the table. Were bullied by the waiter. We've lost our desire for that. I will avoid the restaurant in the future. I've never seen such a conceited waiter

There is a nice restaurant in a small half-timbered house near the train station. It was packed inside. The menu offers a very nice selection. My hummus with chicken shawarma was a modern interpretation but very tasty.

Nice place, on average with the prices of the area

The food was well prepared, the plates weren't overflowing, and it tasted very good! Even when the restaurant is full, the friendly service takes care of your wishes quickly Unfortunately, the tables are kept very small, so that meals with two plates, a side dish and drinks tend to require shift work.

It seemed to me as if the team was new or not quite well established yet. There was a certain hecticness and slight uncertainty about who had to do what and how. But still a very great restaurant. I spontaneously got a seat at the bar. I really enjoyed the burger. I'd love to come back.

What a great experience! The venue is a very well thought out mixture of classy and elegant but also modern and innovative. A quick, friendly and professional service, a medium sized menu with a lot of variety and many rather light and extremely tasty dishes make this place more than worth a visit. What's also very special here is the selection of drinks. They have some of the if not the finest non alcoholic beverage options I personally experienced. P.S. Tried some of the alcoholic beverage options as well and they have the good stuff there as well.
