Nooch in Uster

The all you can eat sushi offer was definitely worth it. The sushi was very tasty and you can have as much as you like. Unfortunately, the waitress was so stressed that every now and then you were forgotten, parts of the sushi round you ordered were often forgotten, and there were mix-ups.

It was our first time at nooch and it was very tasty and I would recommend it.

Very good selection, appealing atmosphere, maybe a bit cold and gloomy for some, but I feel comfortable there. The food is above average and the staff is very friendly.

The sushin was okay, but the quality of the fish was better. When I picked up the food I ordered, I had to wait a few minutes because two employees still had to talk. Unfortunately, when we ordered the food there were no chopsticks, soy sauce wasabi and gingwa. Accordingly, the meal wasn't really an experience. It's a shame, actually.

After more than an hour we left the restaurant without eating. A real disappointment. First we wait over 30 minutes until we can order something to drink. When we order our food we find out that we have to wait an hour for sushi. We decide on a bowl. When it still wasn't there 30' later, we left the restaurant extremely disappointed. You, who served us, improved the situation somewhat thanks to your honest and friendly manner. Thanks for that.

I visited this Nooch restaurant for the first time, I already know other Nooch restaurants and I found these good so far. Ordering via the QR code at the table proved complicated, even though we had the latest software on our smartphones. We were constantly redirected to an incorrect homepage and had to make do with an iPad menu card. Our order was then transferred to the server's device, which was a hassle... I also unfortunately have to report that the food (wok noodles with tofu) wasn't really tasty, really not convincing and not a recommendation. After the meal we were pressured by the waitress to give a good Google review in exchange for a coffee or a dessert. She wanted to give us a card with a QR code. I find this worrying, as Google reviews should reflect the visitor's experience and not be a barter for dessert. I would recommend the business owner to stand out better with good service and good food in the future, then good reviews will automatically follow.

Food very fine. However, everyone in a group always sits in front of their cell phone to study the menu and fill the shopping cart. There are no placemats, cutlery, napkins etc. Also in self-service. All you have to do is put the food in front of you. A bit styleless and loveless. It's ok for a quick meal, but not great on a weekend evening.

Today we celebrated an occasion in this restaurant as a group (13 people). The evening was great, the food was tasty. Nevertheless, the evening had such a dull aftertaste that I shared my bad experience with one of the service staff. We had a very great and friendly service staff the whole evening. We paid the bill of approx. 650 separately. We were able to clarify the difference at the end (which we were sure we hadn't consumed, estimated at 20 euros) with the friendly service staff. Up until then the evening had been great and there was no reason to complain. Now a service employee came and took the following steps: 1. She assumed that we no longer knew what we had consumed. At this point we had already clarified the whole thing with the service employee. 2. She reprimanded her colleagues that separate payment is not possible for groups of 6 or more people. She did the whole thing with our group in mind and also said that he had to take 20 minutes longer (which is far from true, I guess it was about 10 minutes). 3. She pointed out to us that it says in the menu that this is not possible. Several people at the table were upset about this behavior. She also couldn't change anything (at this point the meal had already been paid for). I then asked her politely if she understood German (since the previous conversation with her colleague was in English). She answered this question with “yes”. I explained to her in a friendly manner what I thought was wrong. 1. It is unacceptable that if it is not clearly stated in the menu that payment cannot be made separately, we will end up being accused of it in this way. 2. Reprimanding a work colleague who had been kindly serving us all evening in front of the whole group. During the whole conversation I wasn't sure if she didn't understand me and was trying to smile away, or if she was making fun of me. My interpretation was the latter (she laughed at me). Afterwards she tried to show us where it was clearly stated in the menu that payment cannot be made separately. However, she couldn't find it either. Conclusion: food and first service top. Supervisor, however, a disaster. The second star (that it is not a one-star rating) is thanks to the great service staff and the good food. EDIT: Anyone who has finished reading the review will probably be surprised at the 4 stars rating after this experience. This rating can be explained by the good and honest exchange via the support email address.

Not my thing about the store. The food was pretty good, but the rest left a lot to be desired. What upset me was that we had reserved a table, arrived 5 minutes early and were then directed to a waiting area and waited another quarter of an hour. The furniture is uncomfortable and the seating is cramped. As soon as we were seated, the service person stood at the table and wanted to take the order. There were no menus, you have to get everything via the app (what does someone do without a cell phone?) The food itself was good, but as soon as we were finished, the lady from the service asked again whether we wanted anything else or whether she would bring the bill should. She was visibly annoyed because we weren't as fast as she would have liked. Sorry, but I don't want to be rushed while eating. When you go out to eat with your family, you want to enjoy their company over a good meal and talk in peace. But here you were literally dismissed. A pity

I've visited a few Nooch, but so far this one has left the worst impression. The three of us ordered “all you can eat” sushi. The speed and friendliness of the employees steadily decreased. It's a shame actually. Sushi is always top quality and the bowls are great.

Mega cool booths. The high backrests give you a feeling of privacy and you feel comfortable. I wish every restaurant had that. The Karaage Chicken bowl was delicious and the Beef and Zen was so tasty. I recommend it.

The visit to Nooch was a very positive surprise. There was a wide selection of delicious dishes. I chose the restaurant because my granddaughter eats vegan. She was thrilled by the wide selection. The service was friendly, helpful and very friendly. I enjoyed the food extremely well. In contrast to other vegan restaurants, you didn't have to collect the food yourself, which usually means that everything is cold when you finally sit down. Rather, the food was brought and was really warm. I will definitely come back.

Our service specialist was very friendly, unfortunately we had really long waiting times and then a dish was brought to the wrong table, so we had to wait twice. Nevertheless, the lady tried very hard to make up for the mistake and the waiting times, for which she could not do anything, and offered us dessert. Apparently the kitchen is overwhelmed with internal guests and external deliveries. We will think very carefully about whether we come back again.

The online reservation worked perfectly, including our request for a table by the window. For the first time we weren't on the terrace, but inside, and we also really liked the interior design. We already knew the great sushi selection and quality, but this time the presentation was also spectacular. And the whole thing was rounded off by the warm and attentive service from Ana! Gladly again soon...

The price-performance ratio didn't stop for me. The food was nicely prepared, but with dry meat and little sauce. The service also left something to be desired. The digitalized something destroys the restaurant experience and the attention of the service staff.

Since the renovation, only card payments are possible. The map is also only available digitally. Unfortunately for me it's the last time I'll eat there. A pity. As long as this situation doesn't change, I won't be coming back.

I don't know if it has to be that way, but the ramen tasted like pure star anise... I'm a chef and usually find star anise very tasty in dishes as long as it's in bulk. Some of the mushrooms were rock hard. We couldn't finish the ramen. (Perhaps you could warn the guests about this if cinnamon and steranise are mentioned on the menu.) The Pad Thai was okay. The gyoza came to the table cold, but was still tasty. The Blueberry Magic Lemonde is very tasty. The ambience is awesome. We love eating at Miss Miu. The whole menu is very tasty. We wanted to try out the Nooch now. Unfortunately we are disappointed with this.

Food and staff tip top. The entrance is very unfortunate. With today's outside temperature of 11°, a lot of cold air flows into the guest area every time the door is opened. We had cold feet after eating, which was a shame.

After work, I went to the Asian Kitchen with the family and ordered a sushi combo for 2-3 people. We were very pleased with the service we received from the staff and the food was delicious. Sushi is prepared by a sushi master, where you can tell the quality that it doesn't just taste like something from the supermarket. What surprised me a bit was the price, which is a massive difference compared to other restaurants, even if it is a sushi combo. Although the staff was very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs, they came across as a bit intrusive and made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

I've been there a few times and have also gotten take away a few times. The sushi is great. The menus with rice and noodles were so-so. The staff was always very friendly. Yesterday my friend ordered something to pick up and I actually bit on a pebble. I immediately wrote to “customer service” and heard nothing. Of course, they “only” had one day to respond. I'd love to have sushi again. The rest prefer not to.
