Nouvelle Terre in Martigny

Small restaurant with a unique, vegetarian menu, always with very good products and absolutely delicious! It’s a restaurant we love to go to with my mother! The service is great, the waitresses are adorable and the atmosphere is very sweet and relaxed. I recommend you try this cute little restaurant! But don't forget to reserve your table!

Went to Nouvelle Terre for a quick breakfast in Martigny. I was pleased to find that they had some delicious chocolate pastries that were vegan and the coffee was exceptional. The staff was very nice and helpful. My French isn't the best but one of the people working was able to help me in English. The best part is that they have a small health food grocery store in the back!

I cannot rate it because the establishment is small. I didn't have a reservation for lunch. What I will do next.

Delicious food made with love by beautiful people… menu with salad (super fresh and abundant + exquisite sauce) or always very tasty soup; then the main course with lentils, tofu or other with steamed vegetables topped with a velvety but light sauce! And Thaïs’ vegan desserts are to die for….

Lovely lunch menu. Salad with a superb sauce followed by a main dish with falafel and vegetables. I also had a vegan cookie for desert.

Everything is very good. The two waitresses were super friendly. In addition there is a back shop to buy lots of ORGANIC, Vegetarian or Vegan products. And even bulk items, a dog and cat corner and Essential Oils. They have everything, it's great. I highly recommend the restaurant AND the store.

It would be great to update the hours when you are closed for vacation!

THE place to eat and drink healthily, while breathing the natural and organic atmosphere in a very pretty decor. The hot ginger-lemon drink, hummmm.. The juices are a pure delight and the daily specials have flavors that make you want to come back. So we're coming back! :) My pleasure.
