Amazing space for kids, flawless event organization and brilliant communication. Thank you Natalie for making it a special day for kids and easy for us parents :)

Very good place to spend a rainy afternoon with small children. However, the prices are very exaggerated (15fr for ages 2 and up). You pay between 6-7fr for a drink and the small children are not allowed to eat the snack they brought me there (because it crumbles too hard, but the piece of cake sold there crumbles much more). Plus there are too many rules.

I warmly recommend Nuejo's Family Center. Natalie and her team are doing a fantastic job; always cheerful, always helpful. I am very impressed with the variety of activities, the loving and caring environment that they create, the healthy food - the list goes on and on and on :) My son has been to other camps but Nuejo's is the best by far. Every morning he's super excited to go and so happy and content when he returns in the evenings. Knowing that he is in such good hands and having an absolutely fantastic time is a huge relief for me. I don't spend one single minute worrying as I trust Natalie and her team wholeheartedly. We love Nuejo's!

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my son's second birthday party at the Nuejos Center, and I cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had. From start to finish, the Nuejos Center and their team exceeded our expectations and created an unforgettable celebration for my son and all his friends. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the Nuejos Center for creating a birthday party that exceeded all expectations. It was a day filled with joy, laughter, and cherished memories.. I highly recommend the Nuejos Center to anyone looking to host a special event for their little ones. We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday earlier this year - it was a wonderful event, enjoyed by both parents and kids alike. Natalie and her team took care of everything from invitations, classy decorations for the little ladies, to expertly cutting the cake in record time. I really appreciated Natalie’s party planning expertise as well as her ability to accommodate parent wishes and even cultural celebration aspects. She and her team are absolutely amazing hosts - they have an instinctive feel for how a party is progressing and are able to alter the flow of the event based on children’s attitudes and energy. This meant that parents could have a moment to themselves too - truly priceless! We had a girly unicorn and princess party but the NUEJO’s team is able to cater to any tastes and ages and are extremely competent at making a dream party into a reality.

My children attended the Summer Camp at NUEJOs!! They really enjoyed the Camp. They loved the variety of activities, trips, food, snacks etc. Every morning they woke up excited for the what was to come that day. I throughly recommend the camp.

My daughter loves staying at Nuejos, always great programming, attention, care and affection for the children, I trust her a lot and I highly recommend it!

Register your kids for holiday camp in Neujo's and just forget worrying about them. They take such good care and kids get to visit so many wonderful places. My daughter loved musical camp week. Highly recommend for holiday camps.

We love Nuejo’s Family Centre! My kids went to several of their camps throughout the year and absolutely loved them. Full of great activities, highly recommend.

Nuejos is absolutely a great place for children. I use them for after school activities as well as summer camps. Kids are always happy and learning! The owner is able to provide a very professional service while also making it feel warm, personalized and familiar! Definitely recommend it!

It is a great location and awesome toys. But the time it is closed is only updated the morning of. We have been disappointed more than a handful of times with it being closed when I checked online that morning. Updates about closures should be done the day before at least to help us moms plan our busy lives

Can't recommend it unless you feel like being giving out to a lot for kids being kids by moody staff. Pity, as it's one of the few options in Zug on a rainy weekend.

Highly recommend the holiday camps and after school classes at Nuejos - I’ve had a great experience with my children (age 5yrs and 8yrs) attending both during the last year. Excellent quality of care with engaging activities - I have no doubt that my children will be very well looked after and enjoy themselves.

Natalie kindly hosted our son's 4th birthday! A hot wheels theme. She did an amazing job! Happy children and happy parents! Needless to say our son had a blast!

My son loves his time at Nuejos; the free play, the after-school classes as well as the week long holiday camps. There are plenty of activities to choose from including yoga, musical instruments and art. Check out the amazing paintings in the posted pics done by a 5 year old!!! The indoor play area is large and maintained in excellent condition. Parents can also spend time here and have a snack or drink. The themed evening parties like Halloween and Christmas are a highlight for parents. Dinner out alone!! I whole heartedly recommend Natalie and her team.

My 7 year old daughter attended the Asian Fusion High Tea at Neujos earlier today and she had an amazing time. She loves Neujos anyway ( she has attended a few holiday camps), however this was her first time going for a High Tea with her close friend. It was a fantastic experience and we cannot thank Natalie and her team enough for organising yet another great event at Neujos. Thank you🥰

My 3 years old daughter had the time of her life at Nuejos for her birthday party! Everything was top notch and the unconditional care and thoughtful planning is just priceless! A big big thank you for making the 3 years old celebration of my daughter such a moment to remember and cherish for her entire lifetime.

In December 2022 we had another great Birthday party for our son organized by Natalie and her Team. This year we approached Natalie and her Team with very special requirements and they were over met completely! We all had super time and our son and his friends are happy and we as parents had this all-in experience in a very smooth and very easy for the parents way!😃👍

Great family center perfect for small children :-). Everything is safe, you sit right next door, you can keep an eye on the children and you can also treat yourself to a break with a coffee and a piece of cake! My two little ones, 9 months and 2 1/2 years, love it Everything was also very clean, hygienic and good changing facilities. I've been to many play parks and this is by far the best for me with small children

We had a great time in Nuejo at our son's birthday party! Natalie and her team did a great job! A special thanks to Natalie for her commitment beyond just a service! we could feel that the well-being of her guests was important to her! we would recommend Nuejo! We have already friends who was present and want now to choose Nuejo for their children's next birthday party!

Not a relaxing place for mom and child... I understand that you have to set certain rules... but everything is over-regulated here. As a mother you have to constantly run after the child and say: please don't do this, don't do that... don't take that with you... the staff are constantly running around, tidying up, reprimanding the children, not letting them play outside the area... etc. Statement from an employee: "we try to keep it super hygienic"... I wasn't even allowed to take my stroller to the changing room (which, mind you, is huge).. so I had to take my 2 month old daughter, all the stuff and my 2 year old take your arm... all in all it's just not comfortable when people are constantly looking over your shoulder to make sure no crumbs are left on the floor. Children are loud, wild and not “super hygienic”! You always have a guilty conscience when the children take out the toys and of course leave them lying around... someone will come and put them back together 🙈🙈🙈 Btw I think 15fr is currently very expensive!

My boys are regulars at Neujo’s. They absolutely love it. In fact they don’t want to come home every evening when I collect them. Thank you to the Neujos team for fun filled holidays . Happy kids and happy parents!

Nuejo’s is by far our family’s favorite camp we’ve found for our 3 year old daughter and 9 year old son (in Switzerland or in the US). The daily activities are always exciting and special (the kids’ favorite outings included a waterpark, amusement park, and scooter park, among many others). The kids love the socialization opportunities as well. There are many delicious meals to satiate my (especially) food-oriented toddler. Natalie and her team are patient and always attentive with the children. I have full confidence in them and don’t have to worry. I have been recommending to my local friends. I wish I could have gone to a camp like this when I was younger!

Great place for parties, and amazing summer camps. My daughter had her birthday party there. Everyone had a great time thanks to Natalie and her staff. Highly recommended!

They were amazing, best camp. My kids really enjoyed this summer camp Jul/22, activities and trips were very entertaining.

My daughter has been in to many camps and always has a great time. She meets other children .She does many activities outside and inside she is always happy. I highly recommend it. And the people who take care of them are very kind and responsible. I am very satisfied and happy too .

My son loves here! He enjoyed all his vacations here. The staff are very friendly and nice.

Very improvised warehouse, industrial hall with some toys placed around. Very unfriendly staff. Just a very sad place in general, nothing for happy kids.

My son absolutely loved the autumn camp with Nathalie and team at Nuejos. They had a fantastic and varied programme which my son raved about and he cant wait to go back! I’d recommend Nuejos to all parents looking for a safe, well run and super fun place for their little ones.

This is such a nice concept, my kids love it. Natalie, and team, are great at what they do. My kids (5 and soon 3) have done the activities since last year and all are performed with upmost professionalism and care. Well worth trying, this is what Switzerland really misses at the moment!

My 5- and 7-year-olds tried the autumn camp and loved it, and can't wait to attend the next one! It was well organized, with a great balance of fun and interesting activities. They are still talking about it. :-) As other parents said, it is wonderful having a safe place where the kids are happy for school vacations! Nuejo's also allows early drop-off at no extra charge and sent photos of the kids at their activities, which was a great bonus.

Great experience for the kids in the fall camp!

We tried Nuejo's Fall Camp for our 5 y.o boy for the first time this year and he absolutely loved it! The camp is very well organized, the activities are various and kids get to discover and play outside a lot. I very much recommend Nuejo's to all parents that are looking for great care for their kids from 9am to 6pm, also very helpful when you have to be in office through the day.

My 8-year old daughter joined the Summer Camp for two days - one making chocolate at a chocolate factory and another at Alpemare. She loved it! We were greatly impressed by the program and overall by the Nuejo's facilities and we will be signing her up for after school activities going forward.

A fantastic place where kids of all ages can have tons of fun while mom and dad relax. My children had the best time there during the April holidays when I dropped them off for a few hours so that I could run errands unencumbered. They are also looking very forward to attending the summer holiday camp which is packed with outdoor activities and adventures.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday in Nuejo's. It was a fantastic day, all kids and especially our daughter really enjoyed this party. The them was "Spa party" and everything was perfect (food, activities, products used for the makeup (this is so important to have really good products for the skin), deco....). it was Amazing, i just can advise do your kids birthday party in Nuejo's. I really recommended.

Great new and spacious place for kids with lots of toys, activities, video games, clubs etc. We‘ve had a Harry Potter themed birthday party there for our 9-year old, and everyone loved it, including his younger sisters. Nice areas for parents as well to chill out with either coffee or a glass of wine. Totally recommending it.

This place has it all, I celebrate my sons b-day, I went there to study and hang out with my oldest one and we are looking forward for the summer camp!. I think what makes this place so special is that natalie (the owner) is always there, making sure everything is perfect!. The place is very spacious snd well decorated and it has a special space for everyone, it doesn’t matter if they are teens or toddlers, all family is gonna have fun!

Nuejo's is a wonderful Family Centre. The centre has some fun attributes. For instance, if you want time to relax and talk to friends while you want your kids to be occupied, Nuejo's can do that. They have a nice sports bar where you will be able to watch sport while having a cold one and also a nice lounge where were you can play board games or just talk. Overall this a great place to have fun. My fiends and I had fun here playing pool and Chess.
