Polite and friendly staff, unfortunately the quality of the food is really poor and of paltry quantities. the wrap ordered was, in addition to being small, practically full of only salad, there was only one falafel cut in half... it was practically made up only of chips. Good. The mayonnaise is also very good. A little dirty place, full of cobwebs. They also had few choices for kids.

Excellent restaurant, I wanted to make this review for the girl in the dining room with the Spanish accent who served us. She was very kind, very professional and always made us feel at home, definitely the most positive note of the evening! Compliments!

Unfortunately over the last few months the service has practically expired. This evening, for example, after more than 30 minutes of waiting without anyone coming to take the order despite having been called several times, 6 people were forced to get up and go to another place nearby. Over the years, prices have risen dramatically to the detriment of the quality of the dishes. It's a shame, even if it's more expensive, we very often find ourselves in this place before going to the cinema. But with this terrible service and some not so friendly waitresses we will decide if it is still worth visiting.

As soon as you enter you feel a good atmosphere, however once you sit down it may take them a long time to serve. They have a really wide choice of food and drinks but the prices are really too high, despite having a more than decent quality of food the prices slightly exceed the margins. However, I would still recommend going there if you are looking for Mexican or slightly more exotic food.

Unfresh meat, unfriendly staff, shame

I find the prices quite high compared to the quality of the food. Tacos are fine, ditto for chicken with bacon. The onion rings were very good. Furthermore, I would have appreciated being told when ordering that the chips were not included and that there was a typo in the menu, but instead the answer was given to me promptly when I asked after a quarter of an hour that the dish was on the table, so that the chips wouldn't arrive.

Unpolite staff, we finished eating and they never cleared our table and mostly they put us next to the entrance. Rather go to other fast food restaurants.

I ordered the BBQ ribs. Absolutely dry, stinky and disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t eat these ribs even if they paid me to.

Very nice environment, but the staff is not trained on intolerances and allergens. Besides the fact that a bottle of beer really costs a lot, 8 francs, it's crazy. I am lactose intolerant, and despite having warned them, they brought me a dish with a milk-based sauce inside. I noticed it later and asked him what was the matter. He confirmed the milk to me, with fear on his face.

The price performance of the food has dropped significantly. The size of the menu has become smaller, but the price has remained the same. Service was okay, but only 3 tables were occupied. The ambience was still decorated for Halloween, which I personally didn't like as this is only appropriate on that day. Parking is free and relatively close.

The food was also good, other than a tiny plate of tacos. Except the food the service was really bad. a long time before a dish arrived, but then to pay... something impossible. I paid with a franc note and they didn't even have change, we're in Switzerland and they give me change in euros! impossible, I won't set foot there again, we are in Switzerland, you should have at least the minimum amount of money in cash and then perhaps in francs! Interesting chain specializing in meat

I hadn't eaten so well in a long time. We were seated quickly and I decided on the quesedillas. Even if communicating in English was a little more difficult. The quesedillas tasted very good, were beautifully prepared, the house sauce was just as tasty as the fries. The little details in the decoration and theme make you feel like you're in good hands in the Old Wild West.

The western decor is really well done, even down to the toilets. The welcome was good and the waiter was very friendly with our child, he even brought pencils to draw. The menu offers a large number of dishes even for vegetarians. The price is right and the quality is there. The burger is balanced. There should be a few vegetables in children's menus. I recommend this establishment.

For an average meal with average service for an above average price, I would have preferred to go to McDonalds, 50m away.

We travelled there from far away to eat at this beautiful restaurant with a cool menu. However when we got there we had a strange experience. First of all we waited in a long line. We thought ok this place must be great with this long line! Everyone wants to go there! When we got to the front, we noticed the restaurant was only half full. Why the Long line then? Well after scanning the place we saw 10 dirty tables or unbused tables. The staff was kind of confused and mean to each other. Some host type guy was walking around with a bottle of windex half washing some tables, arguing with some waitresses. Every once in a while he would let a couple people in, after a big conversation about god knows what. Sometimes he would appear at a table and take the payment of people who were finished long ago. So you had a lot of staff working, yet a huge confusion as to who should do what. They need a busboy or train the staff or something. Finally we left when we got to the front of the line before the host dude saw us. Just seemed all weird.

Terrible experience! Burger with burnt meat, mentioned, but as if nothing had happened they didn't offer me an alternative or a discount on the bill! The results can be seen, a place with at least 100 seats with only 2 people for the whole evening!

We went to eat here last week. What to say! Not to be repeated again! Having paid in euros and received the change in francs because "no, we don't have change in euros" when we all know that it is a place frequented only by Italians, so an unbelievable excuse! If you want some advice, go back to Italy to eat.

My experience in Mendrisio: - degassed and lukewarm coca-cola - no salt (requested but they brought me an empty salt shaker 🤣), - mediocre fries - too expensive for what it is Also I have to say that hospitality is not your strong point...

I can't wait to go back. Important to book. Sometimes there aren't many people, but sometimes it's so full that if you want to be sure of finding a place and enjoying their menus, I recommend making a reservation. The food is great, can't wait to go back. I highly recommend both for goodness and kindness.

- Lettuce in the burger was about 3 days old and already had brown edges - Chicken was not cooked enough (still pink inside) - Fries were lukewarm at best and stale. + Ambiance was quite good

Today we had lunch at the Old Wild West, we hadn't been there for a while, I think the management has also changed, unfortunately, I say this for the simple reason that we were welcomed well by the girls who work there, but it hasn't been like this since part of one of the guys who served us, rude and arrogant, both in his ways and in his speech. Good Old Wild West in the immediate vicinity of Fox Town in Mendrisio. Nice big place, it's the first OWW where I found foosball tables and a piano! Prices perhaps a little high, not so much when compared to Italian prices but to the prices of some restaurants in the surrounding area.

Soft bread, dry meat, 30 minute wait to order and eat without cutlery. Compared to the past, the quality has dropped to levels below McDonald's.

Embarrassing price-quality: 96 francs for 3 badly cooked and old burgers, the bread seemed to have been taken out of the packaging and thrown there on the plate. The veggie burger had a ferrous taste, and the meat on the other 2 was very bitter. Very poor service: 30 minutes of waiting before ordering and 30 minutes of waiting for the dishes, cutlery excluded. I honestly didn't expect that the quality of the food could go below that of McDonald's.

The drink was not correct. The Coca-Cola was flat. I asked them for salt and they never brought it to me. It took them 20 minutes to take note. Then things went faster but they brought the starters before the drink and since they got mixed up with the beer it took even longer. The food was not bad but nothing to write home about!! I asked for the bill and it was time to pay at the cashier but after queuing I had to go back to my table because I didn't know the table and no one had told me so I went back to queue at the cashier.

Unfortunately everything was served cold and the fries were barely salted. In the vegetarian dish, the rice wasn't cooked properly and tasted awful. The burgers are quite ok. This is not a quality that should be served to guests! The chef should urgently think about his standard.

I went a few weeks ago, and I was really struck by the very poor quality of the food. I ate the BBQ ribs in addition to waiting for them for almost 1 hour (they are pre-cooked, so they just have to heat them up) the meat was old and had a bad smell which they tried to disguise it with a lot of BBQ sauce. Are we talking about the waiting times to receive a beer? Biblical!! Yet you stapled very badly. Never again!
