Poor experience. We came from far to try the experience but it was a disaster. First of all, on a Saturday why opening at 4pm? Please were queuing in stairs and when we finally got in - the owner told us we wouldn’t be able to play as we didn’t book in advance. We were only two and it wasn’t that busy. As he was « super stress and busy » he asked us to leave. We had a look at the course and at the end of the day no big miss as it looks quiet cheap and basic. Based on our experience we won’t recommanded to go there - for sure we won’t !

Positively crazy owner had a lot of fun

OMEGA Mini Golf is one of the coolest places I know. My kids love coloring and playing/golfing in the black light. I always enjoy going there with friends and family. I can only recommend it to everyone to give it a try. The owner takes a lot of time with his customers and makes sure everyone is happy.

Catastrophic. The owner is texting but cannot answer the call. Absolutely disrespectful and no understanding. We drove 50-60 minutes. It's not open 24 hours a day. Wrong statement. You can't leave spontaneously. And despite registering, many people apparently didn't get in. Mega unprofessional.

Super nice! Wow, so much attention to detail, good atmosphere, great owner! The moments we were able to experience today were legendary! The pictures are completely spaced out! Guys, honestly, where don't you have to make a reservation? I wrote a WhatsApp one evening ago and had an answer in 3 minutes, what can I do? This location is small but nice and an insider tip! Absolutely recommended, you have to experience it! KEEP IT UP!!!! TOP!!!!!

I'll say one thing: you shouldn't go there without a reservation, we were there at 4:20 p.m. On Google it says 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. I don't think it's that great if you don't write anything about reservations on the website. I don't recommend it to anyone!

I was there with my sister and brother-in-law. We had so much fun. We were able to paint ourselves with neon colors, and the effects with the glasses were really great! And the owner is so personable and funny. Thank you very much, see you next time😀

Very friendly provider, unique location! What is important and not entirely clear at first glance: REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!!! It's worth it, by registering, Nick (the provider) offers a lot of time and space for a great stay without waiting times in a very personal setting. A unique thing that is definitely recommended!!! Door was locked despite reservation. And no, the door didn't open outward, it was locked! Calls etc. were not responded to. Very bad customer service.

Extremely bad! We (group of 8) read the reviews beforehand and studied the website intensively to find out how to ensure that we ask for a desired appointment early. However, a good 2 weeks' lead time was not enough for the operator to react. Even asking repeatedly via email and calling (even from different numbers) didn't produce any response. Nothing! We even asked the local tourist office whether they knew if this facility still existed - they didn't know anything. It is unbelievable that a "company" that is even advertised on the regional tourism website can leave such a bad impression. The only thing that is certain is the impression of a bad businessman. After we agreed that the operator was probably not dependent on customers, we quickly found a replacement and probably had an even nicer day... Conclusion: Never and never again!

Nobody was on site / no contact person. We had a long journey for which we couldn't play golf. To date no response has been received from those responsible.

We called several times and no one ever answered back. (Very unprofessional) Then we tried our luck passing by during opening hours, but of course there was no one there. I would never go there again and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. With such poor customer service, you can assume that the "boss" doesn't need any customers. There are better, more beautiful and more serious places on the Bödeli.

You have to register in advance! Although it says open from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.! We'll probably never go there again. We drove there specifically and thought of something other than outdoor mini golf! Register a week in advance for just 2 people?! We'd rather go spontaneously and play bowling in our area! At least you don't have to register!!! Never go there again!!!

The two of us were there at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. But couldn't play because it was closed. Google is open from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Wouldn't go there anymore. Because you should have registered for 2 people. We'd rather go play outdoor mini golf next time, at least you don't have to register and you can go spontaneously!

Totally disappointing. We called and sent an email to make a reservation as instructed on the website and when we arrived at the place, it was all closed up. We waited for two hours and finally after another two hours received a weak excuse. Obviously, our small group was not important or a good enough deal. And we were all disappointed as it was our daughter's 16th birthday. A quick message to tell us that it was not open would have helped and we would have made other arrangements. Pretty poor service really.

Everything went well, very nice operator. Great facility. What's great is that you can play the courses in any order. At times it was a bit warm and loud. But this also depends on how many people are playing at the same time.

Amazing experience! A minigolf with a special twist hosted by a very charismatic guy. Ideal if you are in Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen and have a rainy afternoon. Don’t forget to book.

It wouldn't actually be that difficult to find clear information on the website about what hurdles and tests you have to overcome in order to be able to play a round of mini golf. We also stood in front of a closed door, although according to the information on the web it was open... Sorry, but that is simply unprofessional and deserves 1*.

We came specifically to play mini golf here. When we got there, it had a sign that said “closed society” (which I couldn’t find anything about on the internet). Without further ado, we went in anyway to ask if it would be closed all day today. Unfortunately the reception was very rough and unfriendly. The employee kept saying how stressed he was and was unable to give clear instructions. Afterwards he just said “not today” in a harsh tone and then we left. Therefore 1 star because we were very disappointed.

We called on Thursday and made a reservation for 2 people on Saturday. When we arrived we found the door closed and no one could be reached by phone. We had about an hour to arrive and after waiting 30 minutes we went home disappointed. Very annoying & therefore not recommended!! Dear Stefanie.. I'm sorry for you.. I've been waiting for you.. the door has been open since midday and all groups (the last group of 9 people came in at 4:05 p.m.) managed to open the door . Children too;) The door is electronic and I can't rule out the possibility that something doesn't work, but it's usually because the customers push instead of pull, hence the sign on how to open the door correctly. It's not nice to give me a 1 star rating because of this, especially because everyone else did it. Maybe you'll think about it again, how much you're damaging a company with something like that and maybe it wasn't my fault ;) and take that back. What a cool experience! We spent my friend's birthday there and were warmly greeted by Nick. You can really feel how much love and passion this place was built with. We're definitely going back🙏🏽

The mini-golf course is covered by blacklight and coloured with fluorescent colours, which together with the diffraction googles that are provided makes it a unique experience that should definitely be tried - and the opening hours along with the good bus coverage makes it easy to find time. The owner is very enthusiastic and passionate, so all-in-all a great experience!

1x via contact form, 1x by email and because there was no answer, reserved by phone. When we arrived he didn't have a reservation, but we were still allowed to play. There are rules all over the walls about what you can't do. You get neon paint for your face, but you're not allowed to paint the whole face, otherwise the person with anxiety will need 10 minutes per pair of glasses to clean them?! The instructions also took a long time due to the prohibition rules, which irritated us a bit. 3D glasses were scratched. Railways OK "hand-made". There are drinks at the bar, but not all of them are cold...It's actually a cool idea, but unfortunately for us the evening was characterized by the strict "rules" and the not-so-friendly staff. We wouldn't go anymore.

Great way to play mini golf that we have never experienced anywhere else. We and our children had a lot of fun. The operator is very nice and hard-working. We reserved a few days in advance and received confirmation that same evening. We can definitely recommend it.

While the place is still being worked upon, it is still very nice to visit esp. with kids. The person managing it was quite cheerful. We feel the 3D glasses are a bit of a gimmick, and some of the holes are really difficult to play, but this can vary based on how good you are at the game 🙂

The tracks have new elements and are very fun. The layout is cleverly displayed and all the neon colors that you can paint on yourself are what makes the whole thing a fun evening. No matter what age, a visit is worth it. Above all, the owner/worker Nick is unique. He takes time for each guest, works constantly to ensure everything runs smoothly, and is happy to join you in a Holl-In-One. I would go there again and again just for him.

We went there for our little man’s birthday and had a fantastic time! The courses are well designed, the neon paints and designs add a whole new level to the mini-golf experience. I’ve played a fair amount of mini-golf in my time, but this has to the best! Nick was amazing with the kids and listened to their stories of near misses and holes in one etc. All in all I couldn’t recommend this more!

We had the place almost to ourselves on a Friday evening and it was fantastic! The courses are fun and the 3D UV lighting and painting is fantastic!! Plus the owners are pretty chill and helpful too! Honestly, the place was great but the people running it were better!

I played indoor mini golf here for the first time and find it a good alternative to the usual. I think this is a fun activity for a group of around 10 people. The courses range in difficulty from easy to demanding. Most of them are beautifully designed and the 3D glasses give the whole thing an interesting effect. Without glasses it is sometimes easier to estimate the distance. All in all, I was satisfied with my experience and think the price performance is justified.

A great idea when the weather is bad... the tracks are very cool and the painting is the highlight :-) the owner is very friendly and he put a lot of effort into setting up the whole thing... All in all it was a successful evening👍

Unfortunately very bad service. The website says you should get in touch in time to make a reservation. However, I received no response to my emails and no one was ever reachable by phone. It was very difficult to put together a different birthday program at short notice after everyone was so looking forward to it. No star deserved...

According to Google and the website, the facility is open, why is there still no one present and no one can be reached by phone? There were also 3 groups on site who waited in vain to play mini golf, so I expect the minimum if the website is so modern that you can Keeping opening times up to date and adjusting them if necessary (Facebook group / Google) is an absolute disgrace. Not even worthy of one star.

Still trying to wrap our head around the terrible experience we just had! There is a guy (from his accent I presume German), who wastes 10-15mins with every single customer just sharing his complaints and difficulties of their working conditions, lack of resources, too many emails, too many requests blah blah! We just got fed up waiting for him to be finished nagging at the customer in front of us, also considering that they never answered our calls, so we decided to leave. He chased us!! In the staircase, asking us to wait and right when we said we dont have the whole day to wait , he went nuts and crazy! I really believe such behaviour doesn’t belong to Switzerland where so far I never had a bad experience. And to be perfectly honest, we are not living in New York or London, so a mini golf in Interlaken, Switzerland cannot be so crazy demanding and busy to receive such a terrible customer service! Sort yourself out and change your job! People are not responding for your life choice!

It was totally casual. According to the homepage, the OMEGA next level mini golf opens at 4 p.m., or earlier if the weather is bad. It's worth calling to ask. We called the evening before and since 2 school classes had already registered for 2 p.m., we (family of four) were able to reschedule for 1:45 p.m. A reservation in case of bad weather is highly recommended! The owner is a really laid-back and nice guy - thank you for the great afternoon.

Very nice host/owner. The 3D Paint worked better than expected and was pretty fun even for adults. The holes themself were perfectly fine but not that special. Some really cool decoration but also some totally blank walls. Price was fine for the experience. Overall good way to spend an hour with preferably a small group. Paint was more impressive then the minigolf itself. Super friendly service.

Very original, the manager is full of life and super friendly. The environment is completely alternative which delighted us, we feel at home. A bar is available and makes the experience even more fun! To do, especially if the weather is lousy!

During a rainy day we were at next level mini golf and had an unforgettable evening. The owner is super friendly and makes sure you have a good time.
