Osteria Dodici in Basel

It is the second time in last month when we were seated the order is taken and then after 1h they found out that they completely forget about food. When the food finally arrived, the vinegar in salad was so acidic it could not be eaten. The meat in the main dish is overdone. Pizza took longer than should The quality is clearly getting away.

Italian restaurant for pizza and other dishes. The food tastes good and is of higher quality. However, as a group we had reserved for a business launch and it took quite a long time, especially since there were only two main dishes to choose from: meat or vegetarian. 90 minutes for 3 courses is quite a long time, especially for a restaurant in a purely work area. There are separate rooms for groups, but otherwise there are rows of tables.

Yesterday, Thursday, November 3rd, 2022, I had lunch The Novartis is open and therefore the Osteria is also open. A lovely, friendly, accommodating and very tasty place. Everything was perfect from the reception to the exit. I will gladly come again Greetings Fabian

The best restaurant on campus and a great team

Lunch menu of grilled fish with breaded asparagus was an imposition. The asparagus was lukewarm, the pieces of fish were burnt and had such a bitter taste that I returned them. The waiters can't handle that, no excuses. Generally slow service. Pretentious shop with overpriced food.

The food here is very tasty and beautifully garnished. There are fish, pasta, salads, vegetables, pizza, meat sauces.

Offers great selection of Italian food from Salad, starters, Pasta and Pizza. They have a daily menu which is worth having a look. Really good place to have a business lunch or catch up with a colleague.

Great restaurant on the Novartis campus. Friendly staff, good iron and the prices are pretty good too.

Fine food and great ambiance. A bit pricy but worth the money. Outdoor seating if weather allows it with a nice view.
