We had wanted to try this young chef's cuisine for a long time, I booked saying "I think he will receive the star soon" and, as if on purpose, it arrived immediately after booking. The location, located in a very well restored ancient courtyard, is beautiful and unpretentious. There is no entrance hall but, leaving the venue, I saw that there is already a project to fix this small inconvenience, perhaps as someone has already written, we should also find a way to muffle the noise and make it more "intimate". But let's move on to the most important things: wonderful dishes from start to finish, plating like a true artist, dishes balanced and masterfully executed. They were all worthy of note but both the lamb tongue and the spaghettone with butter and smoked eel certainly deserve a taste. Not a discordant note but everything extremely balanced and cared for. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say it immediately deserves a second star. Impeccable service, friendly and unpretentious. Well done, keep it up!!

We went to eat at the Cuntitt Titt tavern on the advice of a CTE acquaintance who works in the gastronomy and catering sector. The place pleasantly surprised me, quite basic but with attention to service and dishes worthy of a "starred" restaurant. I haven't eaten so well in a restaurant in the canton of Ticino for several years, we will definitely go back. The price is adequate for the quality of the service and cuisine. The saying better to go out less and eat better certainly applies. We were very satisfied with the preparations and the welcome we received. Abbiamo percorso la proposta dello chef in quattro portate a base di pesce. abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere chef Palladino prima che aprisse il suo "nido". E di apprezzarlo. Ma ora...ora che è in questa meravigliosa cornice, questa antica masseria splendidamente riattata, ha davvero "quello che si merita"! Una location suggestiva dove assaggiare, piatto dopo piatto, la ricerca, e anche quel pizzico di follia che noi amiamo, quello stupire, quell'azzardo sempre ben bilanciato. Non amo descrivere i piatti, penso sia inutile e riduttivo. I piatti bisogna provarli. Noi abbiamo scelto il menu deciso dallo Chef Federico, accompagnato dai vini sapientemente abbinati dalla sommelier Nicole, scelta che consigliamo! Bravi, bravissimi...Lo diciamo da qualche anno: "a star's shining... e raramente ci sbagliamo ;-)

Cenato in questa cornice di una masseria perfettamente restaurata con una coppia di amici. La proposta dello chef riflette la stagione, chef giovane ma a mio avviso molto molto promettente. Delle entrate con una battuta di capriolo zincarlin della Valle di Muggio, delle uova croccanti con porcini (una delizia di croccantezza, morbidezza per la base vellutata e sapidità esaltata dal fleur de sel). A seguire abbiamo scelto una lombatina e coscia di cervo sviluppata in due metodo di cottura diversi con delle risultanze dissapori differenti ed articolati: la lombata cotta sous vide era particolarmente morbida e succosa, la polpa di coscia formatta a crocchetta tendeva ad essere di sapore molto più pronunciato. Decisamente gustoso anche il ganassin (guanciale). Invitanti i dessert con un fuori carta spettacolare: tartelette di pasta frolla con crema vaniglia fave di tonka gocce di cioccolato! Notevole il lingotto castagne cioccolato, delicato il morbido al cioccolato bianco... Anche i sorbetti sono fait maison... concludo dicendo che una visita vale veramente la pena, architettonicamente parlando, e soprattutto per un viaggio culinario rispettoso del territorio del km 0, anche nella scelta dei vini. Bevuto un merlot Pedrinate. Essendo questa osteria anche enoteca, potrà stupirvi, volendo, anche con un Petrus!!!

Finalmente dopo mesi di attesa apre le porte il ristorante dell'osteria enoteca Cuntitt non che del nostro caro amico Chef Federico.La location è molto bella,elegante e curata,il parco che la fa da padrona e la vista non hanno prezzo.Entriamo nel ristorante dove di questi tempi le misure anti covid si fanno subito notare...disinfettante per le mani e tavoli distanziati ti fanno sentire al sicuro.L'interno della struttura è caratterizzato da quadri moderni ma che non annoiano affatto...è impossibile non notare il grande bancone con una moltitudine di bottiglie che richiamano l'attenzione.Il menù è territoriale ma rivisto in chiave moderna...d'altronde si sa,la cucina dello Chef Federico è innovativa ma nel rispetto del territorio e dei produttori locali!!La carta vini....la parola giusta è PAZZESCA...difatti per non "perdersi" troppo hanno deciso di farne una molto più easy dove a colpo d'occhio potete trovare la selezione fatta da Nicole.Decidiamo di provare il menù degustazione più completo... (notare..ne troverete 3)da 4 / 6 /10 portate.Forse Stupefacente non rende abbastanza l'idea della passione che troverete in ogni piatto, poi...abbinamento vini gestito dalla bravissima Nicole è stato veramente la ciliegina sulla torta.In conclusione...da provare e da ritornarci assolutamente.Prezzi allineati a ciò che si mangia e beve!!
